Soon, the convoy arrived at Skywater Port, a business marina in the southern suburbs of Nanning City. As soon as Shawn Young entered the port, he could see the Starlight Princess docked by the riverside from afar. In the cockpit, Helen saw the convoy approach and slowly lowered the boarding ramp.
Dozens of black Mercedes sedans surrounded a luxurious black Lincoln stretch limousine as they approached the waterfront. The men in black suits quickly got out of the Mercedes, forming a tight defensive perimeter with impressive discipline. Only then did the limousine door open—Shawn Young stepped out first, followed by Felix Eagleclaw, who was pushing Samuel Morin in a wheelchair.
Inside the cockpit of the Starlight Princess, Minnie Wang pouted and said with a hint of frustration, “Tsk tsk—looks like that old man must be the Morin Family patriarch! Heh—one of the Three Great Houses of China, and they sure know how to make an entrance! That guy lying in the bathroom has such a badass dad, no wonder he’s so cocky!”
Helen smiled and said, “Haha—I believe Mr. Shawn will surpass the Morin Family and the other two Houses one day!”
“Hehe—I think so too! I, Minnie Wang, have a good eye for men!” Minnie said proudly.
“Hehe—too bad this guy is such a flirt, Minnie. I don’t think a man like him will ever belong to just one woman!” Helen teased her with a laugh.
“Mm, I know, but I don’t care. All capable men are like that! I just like him, that’s all.” Minnie said unconcerned.
“Uh—okay, I admit you have a point. That’s just how things are! Sigh—” Helen sighed softly, gazing at Shawn Young as he stepped onto the deck, her blue eyes shimmering with a thoughtful look.
Shawn Young, together with Felix Eagleclaw and Samuel Morin, quickly made their way onto the deck of the Starlight Princess. Minnie Wang and Helen had already come out of the cockpit to greet them, walking up to Shawn with concern and asking, “Shawn, are you okay?”
“Oh—I'm fine. Is Charles Morin okay?” Shawn Young asked directly.
Minnie Wang deliberately replied, “That Morin heir is still lying motionless in the upstairs bathroom! Who knows if he's dead or alive—”
Samuel Morin grew anxious at this and immediately said to Felix Eagleclaw behind him, “Ah, Felix, hurry and push me upstairs to check on Charlie. The kid must have suffered a lot—”
“Mm—” Felix Eagleclaw knew exactly what Charlie had been through, so he didn't say much and promptly pushed Samuel Morin up to the top deck.
After they went upstairs, Minnie Wang stuck out her tongue and whispered to Shawn Young with a mischievous grin, “Hehe—if Charlie’s dad finds out you turned his son into a giant rice dumpling, what do you think he'll do?!”
“Uh—well, there was no other way. Anyway, let’s change the subject. Where’s that big iron cage for the local dog?” Shawn Young quickly diverted the topic, noticing the cage was no longer on the deck.
“Oh—I asked the crew to move the big iron cage down to the lower hold and lock it up!” Minnie Wang answered, blushing.
“Uh—why?” Shawn Young asked curiously.
“Oh—well, the male dogs kept harassing the female dog, and it got so noisy and annoying that we decided to move them down to the lower hold and lock them up!” Helen explained, her face turning red.
“Uh—then hurry and open the lower hold! I need that female dog right away! Charlie’s Life Soul is still inside her! I have to help him get his soul back!” Shawn Young said urgently.
“Oh—okay!” Helen replied, grabbing a bunch of keys and leading Shawn Young out of the cockpit. They went down the stairs from the deck to the lower hold of the cruise ship. As they reached the lower deck, a chorus of noisy barking could be heard through an iron door—clearly, the local dogs were fighting over something.
Helen quickly unlocked the iron door to the lower hold. Shawn Young followed her in, turned on the lights, and saw the big iron cage bustling with activity. Almost all the male dogs were gathered around Blackie, barking like crazy, their eyes full of excitement and longing. Blackie, meanwhile, was pinned in a corner by a burly mixed-breed male, who was thrusting away at her—no need to guess what they were doing.
“Woo—woo—woo—” As soon as Blackie saw Shawn Young, she started to whimper, her eyes brimming with tears of grievance. Clearly, she had been bullied by the male dogs for quite a while.
“Uh—alright, it’s okay, you don’t have to be so happy to see me. I’ll help you get your soul back right now—” Shawn Young said sheepishly, opening the cage. He had put Charles Morin’s Life Soul into Blackie for some ‘education,’ but now it looked like the lesson was pretty intense!
But there was a surprise—when Shawn Young pulled Blackie out of the cage, the mixed-breed male who was still on top of her got dragged out too, since he hadn’t finished yet. (Note: Dogs have barbs on their thing, so mating takes a long time and sometimes they get stuck together!)
“Uh—this is really a hassle! Miss Helen, can you help me out?” Shawn Young tried to pull the male dog off, but it wouldn’t come loose, so he asked Helen to hold Blackie steady while he gave it another tug.
“Oh my—dogs really are something…” Helen had no choice but to help Shawn Young hold Blackie down. She’d seen a lot in her life, but her face still turned red at the scene.
It took Shawn Young a lot of effort to finally pull the ‘reluctant’ male dog off, then he tossed it back into the cage. He turned to comfort Blackie, whose body was still trembling, and said, “It’s okay now. Now you know being a woman isn’t easy! Don’t go bullying other girls from now on!”
“Woo—woo—” Blackie nodded with a whimper, looking thoroughly shaken by the whole experience.
With that, Shawn Young picked up Blackie and left the lower hold with Helen, heading up to the top deck of the Starlight Princess. But as they passed a locked room on the second floor, they suddenly heard a faint cough from inside—a woman’s voice. Shawn Young paused, peered through the window, and saw that the stunning Female Ninja he’d captured was slowly waking up from her coma!
“Uh—crap, if she wakes up, we’re in big trouble. She’s no pushover!” Shawn Young exclaimed.
“Ah! What should we do now?” Helen asked quickly.
“Let’s deal with her first. We can’t let her recover! Miss Helen, open the door and let me in—” Shawn Young said urgently.
“Oh—okay!” Helen quickly unlocked the iron door with her keys and led Shawn Young inside.
