Charles Yin, Do You Love Me

1/4/2026

Originally, Charles Yin only bent down to kiss Cecilia Gu to coax her.

But as he kissed her, Charles Yin couldn't bear to let go.

It had been a long time since he'd properly kissed his Little Mole.

Even though his Little Mole looked so cute when she was angry, he just couldn't bear to see her upset!

Ugh, what a dilemma!

Mmm, better just kiss her properly.

Little Mole's tongue was so fragrant and sweet...

How could this happen!

She'd finally convinced herself to walk away from this battlefield of emotions, so how could he pull her back in without her permission?

Jerk, total jerk!

Taking advantage of Charles Yin savoring the kiss, Cecilia Gu suddenly pushed him away and ran off.

Charles Yin didn't miss the blush creeping up Cecilia Gu's ears, and his mood instantly brightened.

Is she... not mad anymore?

So tonight... can I sleep with her?

Charles Yin thought happily to himself.

At last, Charles Yin reluctantly let go of Cecilia Gu, and all his anger just mysteriously melted away.

By the time they returned to the living room, at least they weren't joined at the hip anymore.

But Cecilia Gu's ears stayed red the whole time.

Meanwhile, a sly smile lingered in Charles Yin's eyes.

Time for lunch.

A table full of exquisite dishes drew the attention of many.

Cecilia Gu was also overwhelmed by the spread before her.

This was truly a medicinal feast.

Each dish was tailored to the unique constitution of every guest at the table.

Because Cecilia Gu was pregnant, her dishes included ingredients to nourish her energy and support her kidneys.

For Nora Yun, ingredients were added to aid digestion and cleanse her intestines. Charles Yin and Max Mo, being in the prime of life, had their dishes focused on flavor and quality.

This meal took everyone's physical needs and tastes into account.

It had to be said, the Yun Family truly put their heart into preparing this meal.

Cecilia Gu nodded as she ate.

Seeing Cecilia Gu enjoying herself, Charles Yin, who rarely ate much outside, also joined in.

"Mrs. Yun, did you make all of these yourself?" Cici asked, her eyes sparkling.

"Only your portion was made by me," Mrs. Yun replied, smiling warmly. "I just can't trust anyone else with your food. I'd rather make it myself."

Mrs. Yun’s answer instantly won Charles Yin’s admiration.

Very good. Considering how much Mrs. Yun cares for Cici, the Yun Family won’t be dealt with for now.

Just then, someone brought over some porridge. Mrs. Yun took it, blew on it to cool, and handed it to Cecilia Gu.

"Here, try this. This is the kind of porridge only noble ladies in the imperial palace would eat to ensure a safe pregnancy. Too bad I didn’t have this when I was expecting… Oh, listen to me rambling. This is just for you. If you drink it often, it’ll make you stronger, help both you and your baby stay healthy, and you’ll bounce back after giving birth." Mrs. Yun gazed at Cici with such gentle affection, unconsciously treating her like her own daughter.

Cecilia Gu lowered her head and took a sip, her eyes lighting up instantly.

This is amazing!!

Charles Yin was very satisfied with the situation.

As long as no man showed interest in Cecilia Gu, he didn’t care at all!
