A Win-Win Situation

1/4/2026

In the evening, the assistants brought supplies for everyone to rest. Julian King, Sophie Mo, and Susie each received their own set, as arranged.

Each person slept in their own Howard's Cabin, tossing and turning, unable to fall asleep. Sean Kerr, Rona Muir, and Jiro Hirayama were no exception.

The cameras had stopped rolling at this point, but Jiro Hirayama, Rona Muir, and Mr. and Mrs. Muir truly couldn't sleep.

And those waiting for answers from Sophie Mo couldn't sleep either.

Almost everyone had put down their work, quietly watching everything unfold here—especially Julian King and Sophie Mo.

Although there was no time limit for this game, if it lasted more than three days, Sophie Mo would be automatically considered to have forfeited.

Judging by the current performance of the four contestants—Sophie Mo, Rona Muir, and Cecilia Gu—the chances of forfeiting were pretty high...

But the next morning, as soon as the cameras turned on, they saw Charles Yin carefully building a beautiful castle outside Howard's Cabin.

Charles Yin was very skilled with his hands, and with plenty of materials, he could fix whatever was missing. Julian King and Cici watched him work.

Soon, he had finished a stunning seaside castle, with Julian King admiring the craftsmanship.

He even put up a sign at the castle gate that read: 'A safe harbor for my beloved wife.'

Everyone watching the livestream was stunned. Was Charles Yin planning to join the contest and fulfill the promise that Max Mo would voluntarily withdraw if he won?

Sure enough, in Charles Yin's heart, Cecilia Gu was the most important.

On camera, Cecilia Gu was still sitting in her room, lost in thought, her conflicted and struggling expression clearly visible.

Jiro Hirayama, who was watching the livestream, pushed the prepared breakfast to Rona Muir and said nonchalantly, 'Charles Yin really couldn't hold back, huh?'

Rona Muir shook her head as she held her bowl, saying, 'Even though he built that castle, it doesn't necessarily mean he wants to win.'

'How so?' Jiro Hirayama asked curiously.

'It's simple! He knows the cameras are filming from all angles. Even if the castle can't last, he wants to leave behind a memory.' Rona Muir said confidently. 'In Charles Yin's heart, Cici comes first. He would never do anything to make Cici uncomfortable! You could say, he's the worst bad guy, but also the best husband.'

Jiro Hirayama gave Rona Muir a meaningful look. 'You seem to know him well?'

Rona Muir nodded firmly. 'Of course. I've seen his despair and struggle before, so this is nothing. Honestly, ever since we came back from Fiji, a lot of things were already set. Whether the Mo Family made a statement or not didn't really matter. Calling them over probably wasn't just to test Charles Yin; there must be other plans. Besides, this game isn't really aimed at them, but at Sophie Mo and Julian King.'
