"You actually chased all the way to Drake Abyss?" Raina Zane’s voice rang out, loud and clear in the quiet Sacrificial Hall, drawing everyone’s attention.

The Celestial Empress frowned, glancing at them, but said nothing.

"That’s right! I came all the way to Drake Abyss," Grace said.

"Hah!" Raina glared at her. "Pretty cocky, aren’t you!"

"Not really," Grace replied. "I’m actually super low-key."

"You—" Raina was so furious she couldn’t get another word out.

But Bianca Whiteshire, standing beside her, was much more combative. She sneered, "You really have no shame! But what’s the point? Crown Prince Evan Xiao is already Sophie Shang’s husband! All you can do is stand on the sidelines and watch!"

Grace gave a leisurely smile and said, "That’s not a sure thing! It’s just an imperial marriage grant. Whether they’ll actually get married is still up in the air!"

"Oh?" Bianca arched her brow. "Would you dare say that right in front of Sophie Shang?"

"Of course!" Grace said. "I’d say it to anyone’s face!"

"Great!" Bianca exclaimed, then spun around and actually went to fetch Sophie Shang.

Grace watched Bianca’s scheming expression but said nothing.

Sophie Shang arrived, looking icy-cool. "What is it?" she asked.

"Sophie Shang, Grace just said something about you! I thought you should hear it for yourself!" Bianca announced.

Sophie turned to Grace and asked, "What did you say?"

"Grace, didn’t you say you’d say it to anyone’s face? Go on, repeat it!" Bianca challenged, full of provocation.

"Yeah, say it!" Raina joined in, egging her on.

"Raina! Bianca! What are you two doing?" Leon Zane rushed over to stop them. "The Celestial Emperor and Empress are here—quit making a scene! Come with me!"

He grabbed his sister Raina with one hand and his cousin Bianca with the other, trying to drag them away.

As the Azure Dragon Heir, Leon still commanded some respect among the clan. Neither girl dared defy him and reluctantly followed.

But suddenly, Leon couldn’t budge them.

He turned to see Sophie Shang holding onto Bianca’s hand.

"Sophie, what are you doing?" Leon frowned.

Sophie smiled slightly. "No need to be so serious, Leon. I’m just curious what Grace said! Raina and Bianca went out of their way to call me over."

Then she turned to Grace. "So, what did you say?"

Bianca grinned and said, "Grace, if you’re brave enough, repeat what you just said!"

"Let go, Leon!" Raina took the chance to shake off his hand and challenged Grace, "Grace, say it! If you don’t, you’re just a coward!"

If Leon hadn’t come over, the gods might’ve thought it was just some girls chatting.

But as soon as Leon showed up and made a fuss, even more people gathered around.

Everyone stared at Grace, curious about what she’d said.
