Killing a Thousand with the Left Hand, Eight Hundred with the Right
“Looking to die?” Right now, Ryan Ling wasn’t hesitating for even half a second. If he’d paused just now, it was only to let Primeval Heavenwood fully absorb the essence of the Blood Clan Blood Formation. For other powerhouses, this formation was a deadly weapon—something to be terrified of. But Ryan? Not only was he unafraid, he was absolutely thrilled.
The reason was simple: this blood formation was basically the condensed essence of the thousands of Blood Clan elites all around. And Primeval Heavenwood feeds on exactly that essence. With such a tasty treat delivered right to his door, how could Ryan not lap it up?
Now that the essence had been completely drained, Ryan didn’t hesitate for a moment. There was only one thought in his mind: kill!
None of these Blood Clan scumbags were good people—they were all henchmen for the Kunlun League. Today, they had to be wiped out.
“Die!” Ryan swung the God-Slaughter Halberd in his hand—one fierce thrust, and Old Ninth was skewered on the spot. In an instant, his organs were practically ripped straight out of his body.
“Excellent fertilizer!” Ryan grinned, and Primeval Heavenwood immediately accepted the offering with a smile.
“Old Ninth!” Old Eighth, right next to him, howled and charged at Ryan. But the blood formation technique they’d been using had already collapsed into dust.
“With just you? Die!” Ryan didn’t bother with pleasantries. These three Blood Kings were, at best, late Nascent Soul Stage. But Ryan’s current power was late Nascent Soul—and thanks to absorbing Blood Clan essence, his strength was still skyrocketing, getting stronger by the second. There was just no stopping it.
And the moment Ryan finished speaking, that hot-blooded Old Eighth was grabbed by the head—Ryan inhaled sharply, and Old Eighth was instantly sucked dry, his flesh and blood gone in a flash.
“Run! Run for your lives!” The rest of the Blood Clan troops who’d come to surround Ryan didn’t dare stick around for a second. This Chinese teenager was beyond terrifying—he’d not only broken the blood formation, but had also killed three Blood Kings in one go. It was completely unheard of. In all of Europe, nobody had ever dared to pull off something like this!
“Kill them all—leave no one alive!” Ryan didn’t hesitate. With a single sweep of his eyes, countless Primeval Heavenwood roots went wild, stabbing deep into the earth veins. In an instant, the remaining two or three thousand Blood Clan elites were all snared.
“Absorb!” As soon as Ryan gave the order, every single Blood Clan expert was drained absolutely clean!
This jaw-dropping scene spread like wildfire—the whole of Europe was shaken to its core!
......
“What the hell? Old Eighth, Old Ninth, Old Tenth—they’re all dead? The blood formation’s gone too? No way, that’s impossible!” A few minutes later, the news reached the Western Holy Court. The faces of the remaining Blood Kings all froze.
“Report to the Blood Empress. This guy’s caused a huge disaster—we have to use our trump card. His current strength is unfathomable!”
“Alright, I think Her Majesty’s breakthrough is just about done. She’s the strongest Blood Empress in the last five hundred years—her power is insane. That punk won’t stand a chance!”
“Let’s go. Time to notify the Blood Empress!”
“Wait—should we boost our defenses? What if that kid comes straight for the Western Holy Court?”
“He wouldn’t dare, even if you lent him a hundred lives!”
......
The remaining Blood Kings didn’t hesitate—they all marched straight up to the highest hall of the Western Holy Court.
......
Meanwhile, just as things were getting tense in the Western Holy Court, Ryan got a message from Sherry Long.
“You’re sure? The way to break the Blood Rune is in the Third Blood King’s estate?” Right now, Ryan had learned from Sherry that the curse threatening his father’s life—the Blood Rune Curse—came from the Third Blood King. This guy was the Blood Clan’s top curse-crafter, famous for making all kinds of evil poison curses specifically to deal with anyone who dared oppose them.
“Absolutely certain! And the guy who made the curse is still at the estate. I’ve already got people watching the place day and night—should we go now?” Sherry pressed.
“We move now!” Ryan didn’t hesitate. Sure, the core of the Western Holy Court was risky, but finding the way to break the Blood Rune was the most crucial thing—nothing else mattered!
Without delay, Ryan charged straight for the Third Blood King’s mansion at the heart of the Holy Court. The center of the Western Holy Court was in Turin, Italy, and the mansions of the top Blood Kings were all lined up on the city’s most luxurious Versailles Avenue—each one like a royal palace, dripping with insane extravagance.
“Master Ryan, Versailles Avenue’s defenses have suddenly gotten super tight—all our people have been kicked out!” As Ryan and his group arrived, a few of Sherry’s subordinates rushed up to report.
“Are they trying to run?” The Ghost Elder inside Ryan immediately grew worried. “Right now, everyone in the Holy Court definitely knows their blood formation failed, and they’ll realize you’re coming for the Blood Rune solution. Anyone who can break the Blood Rune will either be evacuated or silenced. That means we have to act now—no time to waste!”
“You’re right! There’s no time to overthink!” Ryan knew every second counted—hesitation was money down the drain. He quickly turned to Sherry Long: “Which one is the Third Blood King’s mansion?”
“The one furthest inside—it’s got the tightest security, and it’s the hardest to approach!” Sherry had barely finished speaking when Ryan shot off like a rocket.
“Master Ryan, you—?” Sherry was startled. This was the absolute core of the Western Holy Court, and the defenses here were way tighter than anywhere else. With security just ramped up, Ryan’s sudden charge was bound to trigger an explosive reaction!
“Don’t move. Find a good escape route. Lee Min-ho, you help Sherry Long. As soon as I get the method to break the Blood Rune Curse, get it back to China—got it?” Ryan knew the Holy Court’s core was nothing like that small town, and definitely not the same as three bottom-tier Blood Kings leading ten thousand troops. Here, it was experts everywhere—Saint Realm, Nascent Soul, even some auras stronger than his own.
When Ryan had examined his father’s Blood Rune Curse, he’d sensed Heaven-Tribulation energy. That meant the Western Holy Court might have Heaven-Tribulation-level experts. If so, even Ryan would have trouble escaping in one piece—so at the very least, he had to make sure the secret to breaking the Blood Rune got out.

“Understood!” Lee Min-ho nodded immediately. After witnessing Ryan’s supernatural feats so many times, he already saw Ryan as a god—every word Ryan spoke, Lee wouldn’t dare disobey even a little.
Sherry Long, on the other hand, seemed reluctant to leave. Deep down, she saw Ryan as a real god, and honestly wanted to stay with him forever. Europe needed Ryan desperately; for a drifting overseas Chinese like her, Ryan was the backbone she’d never had!
Ryan, though, wasn’t about to waste any more words. Time was tight, and he had to act fast—he instantly dashed toward the cluster of Blood King mansions.
“Who goes there?” Ryan’s sudden appearance drew the guards’ attention at once. They were already on edge, and now, seeing someone suddenly show up, every one of them jumped to their feet.
In no time at all, it wasn’t just the road—every building, every rooftop was crawling with armed Blood Clan. The massacre in that small town had already reached their ears, and they all knew a top Chinese powerhouse had appeared in Italy. Ryan looked the part, so naturally, they were all on edge.
“The guy who’s here to kill you!” Ryan bared his teeth, and the God-Slaughter Halberd in his hand, along with hundreds of blades at his back, all flared into view.
“That’s him! That’s the Chinese cultivator who entered Italy—how did he get here so fast? Defense, defense! Attack! Kill!” Instantly, countless Blood Clan experts sprang into action, unleashing a hailstorm of bullets at Ryan.
“Die!” Ryan didn’t hesitate or think twice. The blades at his back swept out in a frenzy, and in the blink of an eye, the hundreds closest to him were shredded to pieces.
The rest just stared in shock—they’d clearly never faced a monster like this before!
“Stand in my way and die—move!” Ryan gave a cold smile, eyes locked on the Third Blood King’s mansion. He strode forward, and anyone caught in his gaze exploded on the spot. In an instant, Versailles Avenue was awash in rivers of blood...
