Cherry Miller was at a loss for words.
Seriously.
Her worldview had been overturned yet again.
She felt like life had lost all meaning.
Yina Yin happened to be there too, and she heard every word of the phone call.
So, Yina Yin also felt like life had lost all meaning!
Why? Why are there such bizarre people in the world?
Why does his brain work so differently from everyone else's?
What made him choose such a ridiculous path and never look back?
What kind of torment made him ignore all logic and stubbornly cling to his beliefs?
What kind of confidence makes him live so self-centered and persistent?
Stay tuned for tomorrow's episode: The Melodramatic, Hopelessly Macho Life!
Pfft, pfft, pfft!
After hanging up, Yina Yin looked at Cherry Miller sympathetically. "Cherry, even trash-talking yourself doesn't work! That guy is seriously devoted!"
Cherry Miller was exasperated, a metaphorical sweatdrop forming. "Miss, please stop messing around."
Yina Yin immediately leaned in. "So, are you going to meet him or not?"
"No way," Cherry Miller refused without hesitation.
"But what if he keeps pestering you?" Yina Yin looked at Cherry Miller sympathetically. "Getting harassed all the time is so annoying. Want me to handle it for you?"
Cherry Miller shook her head. "Forget it, I'll handle it myself. I can't cause trouble for the Yin Family."
"It's really not trouble at all," Yina Yin said. "This kind of thing is nothing for our Yin Family. Even one of our workers could take care of it. You're just too disciplined—you never use your own authority to help yourself."
