Evil King Scorch nodded. "That's right. All my subordinate forces have withdrawn as well."
Evil King Darren Duan frowned. "Strange, who is opposing us so fiercely—who could possibly have called in the madman?"
"Madman? You mean that outsider madman?" Evil King Scorch asked suspiciously.
"Yes, that's right. I just checked my subordinate forces—many were bound, using the same methods as the madman." Evil King Darren Duan said.
"Damn it, who could it possibly be?" Evil King Scorch said angrily.
"Looks like all our effort was for nothing—every force has retreated." Evil King Darren Duan said, frustrated.
"Let's go ask the Twin-Spine Evil Kings for their insight." Evil King Scorch said after thinking for a moment.
Evil King Darren Duan nodded, and the two went to the place where the Twin-Spine Evil Kings were recuperating.
When Evil King Highmore saw them arrive, he opened his eyes and asked, "So? Did you defeat those Saint Kings? Did you get the Evil Orb?"
Hearing this, Evil King Darren Duan realized Evil King Highmore was eyeing his own forces, hoping Darren would break through the Saint Kings' territories, reach the Saint King Divine Hall, defeat them, and seize the Evil Orb.
Evil King Darren Duan was using this opportunity to get help from the other two. He said, "We didn't get it."
"You didn't get it, and you still dare come here? Did something happen?" Evil King Highmore asked.
"Yeah, all our subordinate forces suddenly stopped moving, and some were defeated and sent back." Evil King Darren Duan said.
The three Saint Kings saw Evan Yang standing below, smiling up at them, and were stunned.
"It's not the Saint Kings. It's someone else." Evil King Darren Duan said.
"That's him!" Saint King Cheng confirmed Evan Yang's identity.
Evil King Darren Duan said, "It should be the madman—the one who can bind people."
"Madman?" Evil King Highmore frowned, searching his mind for such a person. Finally, he came back to himself. "Are you sure it's him?"
"Alright. You two go for now. We'll help you investigate and let you know afterward." Evil King Highmore said.
"Okay, no problem." Evil King Darren Duan replied, then withdrew with Evil King Scorch to the outside of their cultivation area.
"What do you think the Twin-Spine Evil Kings will do?" Evil King Darren Duan asked curiously.
"No idea." Evil King Scorch replied.
"This is a huge loss. If it's really the madman, we're in trouble." Evil King Darren Duan sighed.
"Forget it. Let's wait—they'll help us figure out the reason." Evil King Scorch said.
Evil King Darren Duan nodded, and the two left helplessly.
Meanwhile, Evan Yang had already arrived outside the Saint King Divine Hall by following the Saint Kings' territories. The hall was hidden in the sky, invisible to the naked eye. Evan stood below and attacked upward—though his strike vanished into the air, seemingly hitting nothing, the people inside the Saint King Divine Hall sensed it.
"Could it be that the Evil Kings have defeated the Saint King Divine Hall?" Master Spirit Caller sensed the change below and wondered aloud.
"Looks like we still can't find Saint King Duran." Saint King Wood said helplessly upon hearing this.
"Don't be discouraged. At least this place can't be breached by just anyone. Let's hide here for a while." Master Spirit Caller said.
"Yeah." Saint King Wood said.
Saint King Cheng asked curiously, "Should we check who it is?"
"Yeah, let's see if it's Evil King Highmore or Evil King Lowen." Saint King Wood nodded. The three gathered, and before them was a pool—this pool could show what was happening below.
When they saw a man standing there smiling up at them, the three Saint Kings were dumbfounded.
"Isn't that Evan Yang?" Saint King Wood said, unable to believe it.
"That's right, it's him." Saint King Cheng said.
"Good kid, I thought it was the Evil Kings. Hurry up and let him in." Master Spirit Caller laughed.
Saint King Wood nodded, and infused power into the pool. A beam of light fell from the sky, and Evan Yang saw it and stepped right in without hesitation.
In the blink of an eye, he arrived in another space. Seeing the familiar faces around him, Evan Yang smiled, "Senior masters, long time no see."
"You really are something else, kid. You gave us such a shock—we thought the Evil Kings' forces were attacking." Master Spirit Caller laughed.
"No way. Their forces have already been completely swept away by me." Evan Yang grinned.
"Swept away? How could that be?" Saint King Wood said, not believing it.
"If you don't believe me, just check on your forces below." Evan Yang smiled.
Saint King Wood and Saint King Cheng curiously contacted their subordinate forces. The news came back: many cities had been recovered, and the Evil Kings had disappeared.
Hearing this, Saint King Wood and Saint King Cheng were stunned. Master Spirit Caller also asked in disbelief, "How did you do it?"
"Oh, that? I just cleared out their forces bit by bit. They had no idea it was me. Once I finished, I came straight back." Evan Yang laughed.
"Good job, well done." Saint King Wood laughed.
Master Spirit Caller laughed, "Go see her right away—she's been heartbroken for you."
Evan Yang knew exactly who Master Spirit Caller meant. He had rushed back just to see her. Though it hadn't actually been that long, it felt like ages, and he was anxious about whether she was alright.
"Yeah." Evan Yang said, excited.
Master Spirit Caller and the others led Evan Yang to where Gavin was resting.
Outside Gavin's room, Saint King May and Huan Wuqin were chatting.
When they saw Evan Yang, they looked shocked.
"You—" Saint King May couldn't believe it, and Huan Wuqin was stunned too. "You're really back?"
"Yeah, Saint King May, Miss Huan." Evan Yang smiled.
Just then, Gavin rushed out at the sound of Evan Yang's voice. The moment she saw him, her eyes were red, as if she hadn't seen him for ages.
Seeing Gavin so haggard, Evan Yang felt worse than anyone. His own eyes were already red.
"Is it really you?" Gavin asked, hardly able to believe it.

"Yeah, it's me. Are you alright?" Evan Yang asked.
Gavin didn't answer. She rushed over and hugged Evan Yang in front of everyone. "You're finally back. I always thought you—"
"It's okay, I'm alright now." Evan Yang said with a bitter smile.
Everyone around was overjoyed—it was a reunion, and everyone liked that.
Eventually, the crowd gradually left, leaving Evan Yang and Gavin alone. Evan Yang smiled, "Everyone's gone. Are you planning to keep holding me like this?"
"Of course. You have no idea how scared I've been these days." Gavin said.
"It's all over now. Everything's fine." Evan Yang comforted her again.
Gavin got up from Evan Yang's arms and looked at him. "Now you're hiding something from me."
"Huh? What is it?" Evan Yang asked curiously.
"How did you know I was pregnant? Tell the truth, or else—" Gavin was ready to press him, determined to get an answer.
Evan Yang gave a bitter smile. "That? Last time, I asked you to give me power to help suppress that person. But you know, when your energy passed through me, I sensed a new aura—one that kept clinging to me. So I guessed it, and after studying your aura, I understood."
"So that's how it is. Why didn't you tell me?" Gavin pressed.
"Well..." Evan Yang said awkwardly.
"If it weren't for this, were you planning not to tell me at all?" Gavin asked.
"No, that's not it. I just wanted to find the right opportunity." Evan Yang said with a bitter smile.
"I've decided. When the child is born, I'll tell him he has no father. That's your punishment for knowing and not telling me." Gavin snorted.
Evan Yang hurriedly said, "Don't, that's not good at all."
"It's the right thing to do. Otherwise, you'd think I'm easy to fool, never telling me anything." Gavin huffed.
Evan Yang was helpless. "If I'd known, I wouldn't have told you."
"What?" Gavin's eyes widened.
"No, nothing. But you—why do you look so haggard? Haven't you been resting well?" Evan Yang asked.
"You're just asking what you already know. But I worried for nothing—you've been doing fine, and you even look energetic." Gavin said, frustrated.
Evan Yang gave a bitter smile. "I just had some lucky encounters. Otherwise, I'd be even more worn out."
"Lucky encounters? What kind?" Gavin asked curiously.
"I went to a place called the Purple Profound Sea. I thought I was going to die there, but a beam of light saved me. After it entered my body, I felt stronger—every moment, I was stronger than before." Evan Yang said.
"Really?" Gavin asked suspiciously.
"Yeah. That's how I wiped out the forces under Evil King Darren Duan and Evil King Scorch. It was a lesson for them. Next time we meet, I want to fight them." Evan Yang said.
"Fight? You're dreaming. Even if you've gotten stronger, you're still far from the Evil Kings' level. You shouldn't do it. If you don't listen, I'll leave right now and ignore you." Gavin said, worried Evan Yang would get hurt again.
Evan Yang said awkwardly, "Um..."
"Enough of that. Are you going to listen or not?" Gavin asked.
"I know you're worried about me, but since I absorbed the Purple Profound Moon, my strength keeps changing every moment. If you don't believe me, you can test me." Evan Yang said.
"Unless you can defeat a Saint King, otherwise, it's out of the question." Gavin was just worried about Evan Yang—last time had already made her anxious for so long, and she didn't want it to happen again.
Evan Yang asked, "Really?"
"Yes, as long as you defeat any one of the four." Gavin said.
Evan Yang sighed, "Alright then, I'll go find them now."
With that, Gavin and Evan Yang went to find the four Saint Kings. When the four saw them coming, they were curious. After Gavin explained, all four Saint Kings looked at Evan Yang with interest.
"Are you sure?" Master Spirit Caller asked.
"Yeah, is anyone willing to fight me?" Evan Yang asked.
Hearing this, the four Saint Kings looked at Evan Yang even more skeptically.
