"Although I don’t know the way out yet, as long as you trust me, Fellow Daoist Joe, I’ll soon find an exit," Moria West said again, having noticed Joe Di’s disappointment.
Joe Di spoke excitedly, "I have no solution at all. If you can find a way out, Moria, I naturally trust you. May I ask what method you plan to use?"
Joe Di truly had no other options. If he had a way, he wouldn’t have wandered here for months.
Moria West smiled gently. "I have a sense about my own fate. I know where my path to survival lies. If you’re willing to trust me, you can follow me when the time comes."
This was the second time Joe Di had heard Moria West speak of mastering her own fate. Moved, he cupped his fists and said, "Moria, perhaps my cultivation is still shallow, but from my understanding of the Grand Way, unless our cultivation reaches a certain level, it’s not easy to truly control our own destiny."
Joe Di spoke tactfully. In truth, he meant that Moria West was likely only at the Third Step, the Domain Fusion Realm. For a cultivator at that level to claim mastery over their fate was rather exaggerated.
Moria West was gentle by nature and could hear what Joe Di was implying. She explained without the slightest concern, "My Way is different from others. If you don’t understand, I can share my Way with you."
For anyone, their own Way was a secret. At least, Joe Di would never tell a stranger what path he cultivated.
Do not impose on others what you yourself do not desire—Joe Di understood this principle well. He quickly waved his hand and said, "That won’t be necessary. I trust you, Moria."
Moria West smiled gently. "Actually, there’s nothing secret about my Way. Everyone who knows me is aware of it. But according to the path I’m seeking, we may eventually head to the Five Elements Universe. I don’t know which universe you’re from, and I worry I might delay your own matters."
