Easy to Control a Fool
Benjamin Zhang burst into loud laughter, pointing at the ridiculous crowd in the house and sneering at May Parker: "You little harlot, after letting other men sleep with you, you still want to marry into the Miller Estate?"
May Parker's face turned deathly pale. She bit her lip and protested, "I... I was only following your orders! How could you say such things about me?"
Benjamin Zhang laughed as he put on his clothes. "May Parker, are you as brainless as your brother? Think about it—what man invites his friends to mess around with the woman he plans to marry? You, a lowly village girl, dreaming of marrying into the Miller Estate? Keep dreaming! Someone like you is filthier than the brothel girls. Forget about setting foot in my house!"
May Parker's mind buzzed, suddenly coming to her senses. If Benjamin Zhang truly wanted to marry her, why would he let other men toy with her? Regret and anger surged as she bit her lip until it bled, then leapt off the bed to attack Benjamin Zhang. "You heartless bastard! You ruined me, took my innocence, and now you want to walk away? I'll go to the magistrate and report you!"
Benjamin Zhang slapped her hard, sending May Parker flying and crashing into the bedpost.
Benjamin Zhang lounged lazily. "Go ahead and report me. Did I force you, or what? You climbed into my bed on your own, shameless as you are—how is that my fault? Go on, let everyone in Greenfield City know that May Parker is a filthy harlot who slept with three men at once!"
May Parker collapsed onto the bed, clutching her face, her eyes vacant and lost.
Benjamin Zhang and the other two men finished dressing. Each tossed a piece of broken silver onto May Parker, grinning shamelessly. "Not bad service. This is your reward—take it and get lost."
That night, May Parker wept uncontrollably in her room. Helen Parker cried beside her, wailing, "Oh, my poor daughter! What are we going to do? How will you ever find a husband now?"
After crying for a while, May Parker wiped her tears. She knew she was no longer pure; even if she kept it a secret and married, the truth would come out on her wedding night. Then, she'd surely be beaten and sent back to her family in disgrace.
"Mother, stop wailing! Do you want the whole village to find out?" May Parker snapped, glaring at Helen Parker. Helen quickly covered her mouth—if this got out, it wouldn't just be a matter of marriage; May Parker would be drowned in a pig cage!
"Then what should we do, May?" Helen Parker asked anxiously.
A ruthless gleam flashed in May Parker's eyes. "I want to marry Lucky! He's a simpleton—easy to control!"
"How could that work? Our family and Lily Evans's are sworn enemies. If you marry in as a concubine, won't Lily Evans torment you to death?" Helen Parker protested, shaking her head.
"Who torments whom is yet to be seen! Mother, Lily Evans's family is rich. Once I'm in, I'll quietly get rid of those two bitches—Lily and her mother—then all their wealth will be mine..." May Parker gripped her handkerchief tightly and whispered in Helen Parker's ear, "Mother, you have to help me..."

"Wifey, I want kisses!" That night, Lucky looked up with a sweet, obedient smile, trying his best to act cute—completely unaware that two village women were plotting against him.
"More kisses?" Lily Evans frowned. Her silly husband had become obsessed with kissing games lately. Every night before bed, besides storytelling, he insisted on a full round—cheek, lips, and forehead.
"Wifey... I can't sleep without kisses. I'll have nightmares, boo hoo..." Lucky snuggled into Lily Evans's neck like an octopus, his starry eyes pleading like a child begging for candy.
