Chapter 613 Completion

This world has undoubtedly grown larger than before. When we first entered the demi-plane, it measured one hundred and twenty square kilometers; now, it's expanded to at least two hundred and forty. In other words, the area has doubled. Standing beside the colossal bowl and looking out across the demi-plane, there’s no end in sight.

It’s almost absurd…

And that’s not all—the jungle has grown even more lush, sprawling across dozens of square kilometers. Calling it a green ocean wouldn’t be an exaggeration. There’s even a towering tree, a giant that rises a full kilometer high. At a glance, it seems to pierce through the entire demi-plane.

Afterward, he tried to sense the changes in the flow of mana—and Leon was utterly astonished. He didn’t even need to analyze it to know the mana concentration had reached an incredible level.

At the very least, it’s forty times the normal mana concentration…

What does that even mean?

It means Leon barely needs to activate the arcane gear array; simply running the core meditation law is enough to instantly replenish all his spent mana—including the mana within the alchemic vortex.

Just think about it—how astonishing is that? After a fierce battle outside, you could step into the demi-plane and, in the blink of an eye, restore all your mana. That’s hundreds of times better than any potion.

What shocked Leon even more was the forest: the Arcanavine was thriving, and as the natural demi-plane grew vaster, the area covered by Arcanavine had reached an astonishing extent. For dozens of miles around, Arcanavine had taken over—and it was still wildly expanding. It wouldn’t be long before it matured.

Leon estimated that once the Arcanavine matured, at its current scale, it would be able to draw mana from the void even faster. At that point, the growth rate of the natural demi-plane would double.

That would be truly terrifying…

Leon was almost overwhelmed, sitting on the lush grass as he summoned a water-elemental puppet and sent it into the Arcane Pool. He soon discovered that the mana concentration within the natural Mana Crystal had increased again, nearly rivaling a Tier-27 Mana Crystal.

At that moment, Leon felt a surge of delight—because it meant that, before long, the natural Mana Crystal could even reach Tier-30 or higher!

After the water-elemental puppet dissipated, Leon gazed out over the demi-plane, a smile gradually forming on his face.

In the vast, decaying library, Leon had read countless records about demi-planes—including the one possessed by the Grand Astrologer. Compared to his own natural demi-plane, the Grand Astrologer’s evolved much more slowly, taking decades just to perfect the Four Great Laws.

Now, Leon realized he could already wield a portion of planar power. Though he couldn’t yet match the Grand Astrologer, Leon was certain it was only a matter of time before he caught up.

"Master Merlin... Master Merlin... Come look, Hubert’s undergone an incredible transformation!" Just as Leon approached the colossal bowl, Hubert the Dragonblood Orc’s voice rang out, urgent and excited—like a child eager to show off a new toy.

"It really is incredible..." Leon had just lifted his head when he saw Hubert emerge from the blood, his eyes wide with disbelief.

There was no denying it—Hubert’s transformation was immense.

Hubert’s body—once dark red—now gleamed with a golden sheen. Standing there, he was dazzling, his muscles bursting with raw power. Every movement radiated wild energy. What left Leon utterly speechless was that Hubert’s aura had reached the level of a Tier-1 Swordmaster.

And then there was Slaughter—Hubert’s massive warhammer, now tinged with blood and transformed into a dark gold. Leon was astonished to find that the infinite stacking array inscribed on it had undergone a natural evolution, boosting its gravity effect to a thousandfold. Weighing tens of thousands of pounds, it could easily crush a dragon in an instant…

No exaggeration—Hubert with Slaughter was now strong enough to challenge a Tier-5 Swordmaster…

"Isn’t Lord Hubert amazing?" The Dragonblood Orc’s face was full of pride, but it didn’t last. As a resounding dragon’s roar echoed, his expression turned pale. Even Leon, standing beside him, felt an overwhelming surge of power.

In the next instant, a deafening boom rang out. A golden mushroom cloud rose into the sky, its rays shooting out with a bone-chilling cold. A Frost Dragon unfurled its massive wings, each beat stirring up sandstorm-like gales.

The overwhelming pressure made the timid Mountain Orcs tremble, cowering behind Leon and forgetting all their earlier bravado.

Then, the thunderous sound abruptly ceased. A full minute passed before Reina finally took human form and walked out from the depths of the forest. Much like Hubert, her pale skin was now tinged with a faint golden glow.

The Frost Dragon’s temperament had changed dramatically. What truly surprised Leon was that he couldn’t sense a trace of frost from her anymore.

Before this, whenever Reina appeared, she always carried an aura of bone-chilling cold and overwhelming dragon might. Anyone who saw her immediately recognized she wasn’t human, but a Frost Dragon.

But now…

Reina’s mana flow had become restrained; her golden hair cascaded straight down to her waist, and her features looked almost sculpted by magic. She seemed, at first glance, like an ordinary beautiful mage—no hint of dangerous power.

But both Leon and the not-so-clever Dragonblood Orc knew Reina was far stronger than before. It was as if she had returned to her roots—not losing power, but discovering a new way to control it.

"Reina, do you feel confident facing Cyrus Watson now?" Leon asked as she approached.

"I can give it a try." Reina lowered her head, thought for a moment, and gave her answer.

Leon nodded in satisfaction. Now, everyone was present—except the Alchemical Golem.

But just as the thought crossed Leon’s mind, a thunderous boom echoed from the distant jungle. Instantly, chaos erupted—vegetation was hurled skyward, disintegrating to dust before it hit the ground. The entire demi-plane seemed to tremble, rocks flying and dust swirling everywhere.

And then…

Leon’s expression changed. He led Hubert and Reina toward the jungle, casting a simple Tier-2 spell—Whipping Gale—to clear the thick dust. Soon, Leon could see clearly: the Alchemical Golem stood calmly ahead, a pillar of dark gold light shooting skyward from its body.

Quickly, Leon dismantled the Alchemical Golem’s power system. If anything went wrong with it, that would be real trouble. To his surprise, the Hydra Heart had shrunk to a tiny, dark gold lump—like a crystal—floating in the core of the power system’s mana reactor. It pulsed with life, stronger and more vital than ever before.

What was going on?

Leon knew the Hydra Heart better than anyone—he’d killed the Hydra himself and installed its heart in the golem’s power system. But now, the Hydra Heart had shrunk to the size of a thumb.

No, no, that’s not all.

Leon could sense the Alchemical Golem was far stronger now—at least Tier-38, and that’s without wielding the Doombringer Staff…

Looks like…

The entire team just leveled up…

Leon knew full well—Reina, Hubert, and the Alchemical Golem were all far stronger than when they entered the demi-plane. Even looking at the three of them now filled him with a sense of gravity, let alone the Watson Family members.

But…

This was only the beginning.

The benefits brought by the blood of the Elder Gods and Demons were far from limited to this. As everyone gradually absorbed that ancient blood, the advantages would only grow…

Leon smiled. Not long after, he sent Hubert and the others out of the natural demi-plane, while he remained behind to meditate deeply.

In fact…

The demi-plane itself had begun fusing with the blood of the Elder Gods and Demons. Otherwise, it couldn’t explain why the soul fragment had transformed into a green crystal.

Leon knew clearly what he needed to do next: further master the powers of the natural demi-plane.

Three days flew by in the blink of an eye.

When Leon opened his eyes, he was momentarily stunned. The blood of the Elder Gods and Demons had dried up completely—there wasn’t a trace left in the giant bowl. As he looked up at the forest, he suddenly noticed a startling change in the ancient soul fragments hidden within.

After three days, the two fragments had fused completely—from liquid to solid—transforming into a massive dark gold crystal.

It was enormous. Leon saw that the newly formed ancient soul fragment was three hundred meters wide and a hundred meters tall—it would take hundreds of people to encircle it.

A massive dark gold crystal radiated indescribable magical energy, filled with the aura of the Elder Gods and Demons. Leon soon realized the ancient soul fragments had completely absorbed the Elder Gods’ blood; the two had become one. The soul fragments now pulsed with even stronger primordial magic.
