Number One Freshman Boss

1/5/2026

"Holy crap, somebody's gonna die!" The freshmen watching turned pale as sheets, and even Ryan Ling's three roommates were shaking in their boots. In a flash, a bunch of savage-looking thugs barged in, ready to drag Ryan out.

Just as Linda Ling was grinning like she’d already stomped Ryan into the dirt, two thugs froze half a meter from him—their faces twisted, bones cracking like popcorn.

The other thugs blinked, confused. Linda couldn’t wait and yelled, "What the hell are you two doing? Hurry up and grab him, now!"

Scarface He gritted his teeth. "Old Snake, Little Leopard, what the hell are you idiots doing?"

"Boss, we... we can’t move!" Old Snake stammered, but before he could finish, Ryan just snorted and shot them a glare. Instantly, those two losers went flying.

"You think you can touch me? You’re not even worth the dirt on my shoes. This is a school, so I’m not looking to kill anybody—now get lost!" Ryan’s eyes locked onto Linda. "You—kneel, right now!"

Linda’s face turned green with rage. She shot Scarface He a look. "Scarface, did you see that? This little bastard doesn’t even respect you!"

"Screw you! Who do you think you are? Got a little skill and now you wanna play king? Listen up—this is my turf!" Scarface He snapped, whipping out his machete and swinging it at Ryan.

Ryan didn’t hesitate for a second. His face went cold and he shot forward, bare-fisted and ready to throw down.

"Damn, this guy’s crazy! He’s totally outclassing Scarface!"

"It’s not just his vibe! This freshman’s power is unreal—holy crap, look! Scarface’s machete is melting!"

"No way, is this dude some kind of grandmaster?"

...

For a second, even Scarface He freaked out. He ditched his blade and stumbled back, clearly about to beg for mercy.

But before he could get a word out, Ryan smashed him in the face with a brutal punch. Scarface’s whole skull caved in, bones snapped, and his body slammed into the hallway wall, embedded like ground meat.

One punch. Scarface got turned into hamburger meat.

The whole freshman dorm went dead silent. Everyone was stunned. The thugs who’d come with Linda screamed and bolted—nobody dared even glance at Ryan now.

With just one punch, Ryan locked down his spot as the top dog among the freshmen.

"I wasn’t planning to kill anyone. But you talk trash about my mom, you die. Insult me all you want, but if you diss my parents, there’s only one way out—death!" Ryan spat, then whipped around and stared straight at Linda, who was frozen in the hallway.

Linda was scared out of her mind, shaking all over, legs clamped together like she was about to pee herself.
