Uproar and Wrath

In front of the small wooden hut outside the cemetery.

Ian Song casually tossed Colin Chu to the ground, then went to the kitchen and scooped a ladle of water to splash on his face.

The unconscious Colin Chu quickly woke up, shivering as the icy winter wind hit him—he was wearing nothing but his underwear.

"Tell me—who was the one that ambushed my father?"

A sudden voice rang out.

Hearing the voice, Colin Chu's expression changed dramatically. He scrambled up from the ground and staggered, trying to escape down the mountain.

"Whoosh!"

A stone shot out, striking Colin Chu's calf. He screamed in pain and fell to the ground.

"Don't try to run—you can't get away. Answer my question properly, and maybe I'll let you live!" Ian Song stepped forward, looking down at him from above, speaking calmly and unhurriedly.

Colin Chu was desperate, then surrendered. Trembling, he stood up, glanced nervously at Ian Song, and said cautiously, "We're both Chu family—please don't kill me, okay?"

"I hope you're not lying to me, or else...!" Before he finished, Ian Song pointed a finger and sent a strand of Puppet Mastery Divine Art into Colin Chu's brow.

Ian Song dispelled the Puppet Mastery Sigil from Colin Chu's sea of consciousness and let him go. He had already ruined Colin's dantian—now he was just a cripple, so killing him wouldn't make much difference.

When Drake Chu learned that Colin Chu's dantian had been ruined, he nearly fainted from rage. He was filled with regret—if he'd just killed Blake Chu outright back then, none of this would be happening now.

The next day, the Chu Family issued a bounty: anyone who could provide information on Blake Chu's whereabouts would receive ten thousand taels of silver, and anyone who could capture him dead or alive would get one hundred fifty thousand taels.

The four froze. Their boss was a ninth-level Tempering Body martial artist—how could he be grievously injured in a single move by Blake Chu?

Soon, news that 'Blake Chu' had appeared spread throughout Gracefield Town. Martial artists hoping to get rich swarmed out, all trying to capture Ian Song.

Even more shocking was that a first-level Divine Power martial artist was defeated by Blake Chu.

However, Drake Chu had already gathered a group of Chu Family martial artists and was waiting at the town entrance for Ian Song's arrival.
