Infinite Reincarnation

1/18/2026

That’s right—Ian Song had already dragged this Lower Heavenly God into Infinite Reincarnation.

The first world.

Ian scripted the scenario so that after their clash, the opponent was killed by him and then entered reincarnation.

But the world he entered had no spiritual energy at all. He retained all his Lower Heavenly God memories, his mind filled with countless techniques and divine abilities, but he simply couldn’t cultivate. At age ten, he was kidnapped by traffickers, had his tendons cut, and became a miserable child beggar.

Because he resisted and refused to cooperate, he was often beaten by the traffickers’ gang. After only a year, he died of illness.

In his second life, he was born congenitally paralyzed, abandoned by his parents, and eventually starved to death in the wilderness.

In the third life, his situation was slightly better, but he had congenital heart disease...

In the fourth life, he reincarnated as a girl—except she was extremely ugly, despised by her parents from birth, and looked down on by everyone growing up. She lived for over forty years, then died of depression.

Even after four lifetimes, he didn’t give up hope. Instead, he waited for a chance to reincarnate into a world where he could cultivate again.

In the fifth life, he finally reincarnated into a world where cultivation was possible.

The moment he sensed spiritual energy in the world, he was so happy he almost wanted to laugh out loud. Unfortunately, before he could enjoy it, a gang of bandits broke into his home and slaughtered his entire family.

He was utterly frustrated—if only he’d had time, he could’ve become a peerless powerhouse. Why give him hope, only to take it away?

The sixth life...

The seventh life...

After reincarnating hundreds of times, he had lost all faith in ever becoming strong again. It felt as though some giant hand was controlling his fate, never letting him rise.

“Mm! Infinite Reincarnation really is powerful!”

Watching the Lower Heavenly God’s soul-fire grow weaker and weaker, Ian nodded in satisfaction. The soul power consumed was purified and flowed into his body.

But Ian didn’t absorb this batch of soul power. Compared to his own soul, even purified soul power wasn’t as pure, and besides, he still had plenty of gray origin liquid. Rather than absorb the soul power, he’d rather use the gray origin liquid.

Still, just because he didn’t value this soul power didn’t mean he couldn’t give it to someone else.

Not long after.

After another hundred cycles of reincarnation, the Lower Heavenly God’s soul-fire was completely extinguished.

Bang!

His body crashed to the ground, becoming a living corpse.

Ian didn’t bother searching his storage God-ring; instead, he moved him straight into his own Divine Temple.

With formation shielding, Yuchi Hawk and the others had no way of noticing.

Still, the appearance—and disappearance—of this Lower Heavenly God made the group suspicious of Ian.

So Ian immediately followed their trail.

Two hours later.

Ian finally caught up with Yuchi Hawk and the others in a huge ruin. There was a god-temple twice as big as the previous five, but the formation protecting it was even stronger.

Right now, the formation expert Darren Chang was working on breaking the array.

"Where’s Owen Ouyang?"

Seeing Ian arrive alone, Yuchi Hawk frowned and asked.

"Who?"

Ian looked puzzled.

"I sent Owen Ouyang to look for you. You didn’t run into him?" Yuchi Hawk stared at Ian.

"No, Sir Yuchi!"

Ian replied.

"Send a message to Owen Ouyang—tell him to get here right away!" Yuchi Hawk ordered another Lower Heavenly God.

"Yes, Captain!"

The Lower Heavenly God quickly took out a sound-transmission talisman, made a hand seal, and the jade talisman turned into a streak of light and vanished.

Time passed slowly.

Darren Chang gave up—he couldn’t break the array outside the god-temple, and Owen Ouyang still hadn’t returned.

For a moment—

Yuchi Hawk’s eyes fell on Ian again, suspicion in his voice: "Are you sure you didn’t see Owen Ouyang?"

"Sir, I really didn’t!"

"Kid, if you dare lie, don’t blame me for being rude!"

A Lower Heavenly God threatened him.

Ian simply stayed silent.

But just then, the Lower Heavenly God who threatened Ian suddenly froze in place—Ian had dragged him straight into Infinite Reincarnation.

At first, none of the Heavenly Gods noticed anything strange.

But soon, they noticed that the Lower Heavenly God’s soul-fire was fading rapidly, yet he showed no sign of awareness—just stood there, blank-faced.

"Hey, Linden Lin, what’s wrong?"

One of the Lower Heavenly Gods shook Linden Lin’s body, but he still didn’t react.

"Could our attacks on the formation have angered some unknown being?"

Ian suggested anxiously.

"Shut up!"

Yuchi Hawk shot him a cold glare.

The group tried everything to wake Linden Lin, but nothing worked—they could only watch his soul-fire continue to fade.

In less than half a quarter-hour, his soul-fire was completely extinguished, and he became a living corpse.

For a moment, all the Heavenly Gods felt a chill of fear.

Another Lower Heavenly God died without a sound—and the worst part was, they had no idea how it happened.

"Captain, what should we do now?"

One Lower Heavenly God asked, worry and anxiety written on his face. Linden Lin’s silent death had truly shaken them.

A Middle Heavenly God chimed in, "Captain, maybe we should leave. There’s nothing to find except the god-temple, and we can’t break the formation to get inside!"

Hearing this, Yuchi Hawk bowed his head in thought.

After a long moment, Yuchi Hawk raised his head and said, "Let’s search a while longer. If nothing changes, we’ll withdraw!"

The group found dozens more god-temples shrouded in formations throughout the Divine Ruins World, but couldn’t enter any of them. Owen Ouyang’s disappearance cast another shadow over them.

"Captain, I didn’t expect that kid to still be alive. Since we’re leaving, why not get rid of him?"

The female Middle Heavenly God said coldly.

But as soon as she finished speaking, her expression turned blank, and her soul-fire began to fade rapidly.

In the end—

Everyone could only watch as the female Middle Heavenly God’s soul-fire was completely extinguished.

"Captain, this place is cursed. Let’s leave!"

"Yeah, if we don’t go now, we’ll all die here!"

"Captain, let’s go!"

"The mission is important, but our lives matter more. If we don’t leave now, we’ll all die here!"

…………

The remaining Heavenly Gods all hoped Yuchi Hawk would lead them out of this world.

They didn’t notice the fear in Yuchi Hawk’s eyes. Before, only Lower Heavenly Gods had died, so he hadn’t cared much. Now that a Middle Heavenly God was dead, he realized he could die too. Even if the others hadn’t suggested leaving, he would have.

Now that everyone spoke up, he naturally went along and agreed.
