If You Want to Watch, You Have to Win (2)
Ivy Shen’s relentless grilling had Lucian Vane sweating buckets—he was honestly worried their little White Rabbit (Liam Willow) was gonna crack under pressure. Meanwhile, those two numbskulls were still brawling off to the side, absolutely zero help. Lucian knew Ivy’s temper way too well: if she found out, their punishment was gonna be legendary.
“Are you even listening to me?” White Fiend barked for the first time, totally losing patience. Who gets distracted in the middle of a duel? Everyone in Jianghu knew the Black-and-White Fiend Duo were scary as hell, but Lucian was acting like he didn’t care at all.
“Wife...” Liam Willow called out softly, his gaze drifting over to the duel. Wow, just half a year apart and Lucian and Adrian’s martial arts had gone through the roof!
“You gonna spill or not?” Ivy Shen hooked his chin up, flashing a flirty little grin.
Nina Xu shot Ivy a look, totally baffled. Wasn’t now the time to worry about the boys? But Ivy wasn’t worried at all—in fact, she had enough energy to play around. What kind of scheme was she plotting this time?
Eli Crane’s smile just stretched wider—yep, that’s his clever Heart, always sharp, always full of new tricks.
"I..."
“If you confess, all their future alone time with me is yours,” Ivy announced loudly, zero shame, totally bold.
“Uh...” Liam Willow hesitated, the offer way too tempting for his nerdy heart.
“Little White Rabbit! Little White Rabbit!” Lucian Vane shouted, desperate. But Liam just ducked his head, lost in thought. Lucian could see half a year of alone time about to vanish into thin air—so he whipped out his secret move: shut his eyes, focused up, everything else faded. Next second, a hair-thin silver needle flashed as Lucian spun, and it stabbed right into White Fiend’s shoulder. With a dull thud, White Fiend dropped, totally paralyzed.
“Whoa...” Caleb Miles stared at Lucian, but before he could finish, Lucian zipped past him like a gust of wind.
“You...” Liam Willow’s eyes went wide as Lucian Vane popped up beside him like a tornado, slung an arm over his shoulder, and grinned, “Come on, let’s talk—let’s talk!” Before Liam could even reply, Lucian was already dragging him off.
“Hey, you two blockheads, get over here!” Lucian Vane hollered at the still-brawling pair.
The two fighting idiots paused and looked over. “Huh? It’s done? That was fast!”
“You finished way too quick! We’re not even done yet!” Butterfly Rogue blurted, totally gobsmacked.
Lucian Vane shot them a savage look. “What are you two idiots even fighting for? You almost doomed us to half a year of monk-mode, you dumb pigs!”
Butterfly Rogue and Caleb Miles shuffled closer, super curious. “Wait, what happened?”
Meanwhile, Ivy Shen strolled calmly over to Caleb Miles and Eli Crane, a deep smile playing on her lips.
“That move was savage—works great on him.” Eli Crane couldn’t help but smile too. He’d already guessed Ivy’s real goal: to provoke Lucian into ending the fight fast. As for bookish Liam Willow, Eli was sure he’d never sell them out.
“He really surprised me,” Ivy Shen nodded, satisfied but still a little shocked. She knew Lucian’s skills, but after just half a year, he’d gotten so much stronger it was honestly wild. What the heck kind of training had he been doing to level up that fast?
“Thanks for letting me win!” On the other side, Adrian Night finished up, giving a polite nod. Black Fiend stared at him, totally floored—how did it end so fast? And seeing White Fiend collapsed on the ground just made him more speechless. Who were these people? How could they be so ridiculously strong?
Just then, the three slowpokes finally wandered over. Lucian Vane hurried up to Adrian Night, “All done?”
“Yep, all done.”
Lucian squatted down and helped White Fiend up, then used a palm strike to pop the silver needle out of his shoulder.
“Can we go in now?” Lucian clapped his hands, raised an eyebrow, and asked, playful as ever.
The Black-and-White Fiend Duo gave an awkward nod. “Go ahead!” With that, they kicked off, and in a blink, both vanished from sight.
“Wait, why’d they leave so suddenly?” Butterfly Rogue mumbled.
“You guys have gotten seriously strong,” Ivy Shen praised them without holding back.
“How else can we protect you?” Lucian Vane suddenly said, dead serious. And honestly, that was what all of them felt—even soft-hearted Liam Willow had grown tougher. After that cliff incident, they’d kept telling themselves to get stronger. Only by leveling up could they protect the one they loved.
Except for Eli Crane, who hadn’t fought, even Caleb Miles—who’d just rushed over and missed the whole thing—was constantly training to get stronger.
No one really knew what these guys had sacrificed over the past half year, but every single one of them did it willingly, no regrets.
“Yeah!” Ivy Shen nodded hard at their determined faces. After that last disaster, it was like everyone had been reborn—they kept getting stronger to protect their loved ones, not realizing that back in the valley, their loved one had been training just as hard to protect them right back.
“Ooohhh—uhhh—” From far away, those moaning sounds started up again.
“Let’s go check it out,” Eli Crane said, glancing ahead.
“Yeah,” the group nodded, heading forward. Nina Xu, trailing behind, was quietly stunned. She didn’t know what they’d been through before, but seeing how strong they’d all become, she finally got it—only guys this badass were worthy of her beloved Ivy Shen.
They walked down the corridor and through a door, only to find another super long hallway—it felt endless.
“Dang, this place is huge—almost like a palace,” Caleb Miles couldn’t help but say. The country wasn’t actually that big, and its palace wasn’t nearly as fancy as Draken City’s, but this Li Manor was massive, almost as big as his own palace. No way normal folks could afford a place like this.
Just then, people started rushing down the side corridor—one, two, three…actually, about ten guys in total. Each one was dressed as a servant, carrying a basin the size of a face-wash bowl. Whatever was in those basins was heavy, since every servant was hunched over, hustling along.
“What are they carrying?” They were too far away to see clearly. Caleb Miles tucked his abacus into his belt and blurted out the question.
“Faster, faster—keep up!” Suddenly, a shout echoed from up ahead. Another group of seven or eight servants hustled past with heavy basins, vanishing around the end of the corridor.
Seeing that, Ivy Shen didn’t hesitate—she sped up, curiosity and suspicion bubbling in her chest. What were these people up to? They all looked super rushed. What was at the end of that corridor, anyway?
Ivy picked up the pace, and so did everyone else. The whole crew seemed desperate to see what was going on.
In just a few minutes, they reached the end of the corridor. There, a man stood clutching an empty basin. They recognized him from the banquet—he’d been serving snacks earlier. Back then, someone in blue or pink had mentioned this guy used to be a male concubine, but now he was just a servant.
“Oh, you’re here! Looks like the Black-and-White Fiend Duo lost, huh?” The servant—now just called Dongdong—flashed them a grin, his voice deep and totally unlike the pretty-boy concubines from before.
“Can we go in and see?” Butterfly Rogue piped up, impatient as ever.
Dongdong nodded. “I’ll take you over.” Suddenly, he remembered something and added, “Just call me Dongdong, that’s fine.”
“Dongdong?” The group echoed, a little thrown by the name. Did this place have a Nannan, Beibei, Xixi, and Zhongzhong too?
Following Dongdong’s lead, they left the endless corridor. Suddenly, a whole mansion appeared before them, flanked by four stone-faced men in black—definitely bodyguards.
Who would’ve thought Li Manor had another mansion hidden inside? The plaque over the gate had three big characters: Immortal Hall.
“Come on in,” Dongdong said, waving them toward the door. The four black-clad guards didn’t say a word or move an inch—like statues.
“Aaah aaah aaah~~~” Only a thin door separated them from the sounds inside, and the moaning was crystal clear.
Next second, Dongdong gently pushed open the door. The sounds inside blasted right into their ears. “Please, come in!” Dongdong invited, stepping in first. The rest of them shuffled in one by one. The door opened, shut—just a few seconds passed.
“Whoa—” For the first time, even Iceheart Ivy lost her cool. She and the whole crew sucked in a breath together—the scene in front of them was way past anything they could handle.
Holy crap, what even is this?!
A hundred-person live-action spring palace orgy?!
