He Will Definitely Agree
Shannon tried to hold back her laughter, but looked at her seriously: "Honestly, when it comes to this, I really admire you!"
"Believe it or not, this time when I go to Drake Abyss, I’ll rescue him from Sophie Shang’s hands for the third time!" Grace added.
"You’re going to Drake Abyss?" Shannon asked in surprise.
"Mm-hmm."
"How are you going to get there?"
"I'm working on it," Grace said.
"Grace, I’m sorry. I really can’t help you with this. If I were going, my father would back me up, but for you… Even though they keep quiet about your issues with Bianca Yunshu, they definitely won’t help you go to Drake Abyss."
"I understand, Shannon." Grace linked arms with her. "That’s why I’m asking my mentor for help! He’s got serious skills—he’ll definitely get me there!"
"Hmm... Give it a try then," Shannon said. "If he’s willing, he’ll definitely help you."
"He’ll definitely be willing!" Grace replied. "He’s my mentor, after all!"
"Seriously, I can't do it!"
......
Jun Lionhead really has returned.
When Grace and Shannon saw him in the courtyard, Grace bounced over. "Mentor!"
Jun Lionhead looked at her with a gentle smile. "Where have you been running off to? I've been back for days, and you haven't come to see me."
"I went to Wuyue Mountain!" Grace grabbed Shannon and said, "Well, I thought some places in Mentor's courtyard could use a little fixing up—pulling weeds, laying stones, you know. So I brought Shannon to help me out!"
"Hello, Mr. Lionhead!" Shannon greeted Jun Lionhead with a polite bow.
"Thank you for your trouble, Miss Whitefan." Jun Lionhead replied mildly.
"It's nothing," Shannon replied.
Jun Lionhead said nothing more and went inside.
Grace leaned over and whispered to Shannon, "Shannon, you go pull weeds over there first. I’ll go talk to my mentor about going to Drake Abyss."
Shannon nodded and went over.
Grace followed Jun Lionhead inside. Seeing him sitting alone making tea, she hurried over and said, "Mentor, let me do it!"
Jun Lionhead let her take over and said, "Your cultivation seems to have improved again."
"I’m already Spirit Master Sixth Rank!" Grace grinned at Jun Lionhead, looking proud and mischievous.
Jun Lionhead’s eyes softened even more and he said, "Luke Kee’s cultivation support pills are unmatched. No one can compare to him!"
"Mentor, you’re amazing too!" Grace said. "Aside from the Divine Apothecary Master, you’re the best spiritual alchemist I’ve ever met."
Jun Lionhead said, "Levels Fifteen to Eighteen Spiritual Alchemist are tested at Blaze Summit. No need to wait for the annual exam—you can take it anytime. Want to go for Level Fifteen with me?"
Grace shook her head: "Mentor, I haven’t started reviewing the Level Fifteen Alchemist exam guide yet. I need to finish the book, study it thoroughly, and practice before I take the test."
You need to work even harder! Leon Young is about to take the Level Eighteen exam. If he becomes Alliance Leader, it’ll be much harder to replace him!
Grace pouted, "I really can't do it!"
......
Jun Lionhead really has come back.
When the two saw him in the courtyard, Grace instantly bounced over and called, "Mentor!"
Jun Lionhead smiled at her, "Where did you run off to? I’ve been back for days, and you still haven’t come to see me."
"I went to Wuyue Mountain!" Grace grabbed Shannon and said, "I thought some places in Mentor's courtyard could use a little fixing up—pulling weeds, laying stones, and so on. So I brought Shannon to help!"
"Hello, Mr. Lionhead!" Shannon bowed politely to Jun Lionhead.
"Thank you for your trouble, Miss Whitefan." Jun Lionhead replied calmly.
"It’s nothing," Shannon said.
Jun Lionhead said nothing more and went back inside.
