Joe Di couldn't be bothered to say another word. He simply raised his hand and slapped out, sending the attendant—just a Dao Forging cultivator—flying. Against Joe Di's strike, the attendant couldn't even react, let alone resist.
Smack! A spray of blood shot out as the attendant was sent flying by Joe Di, crashing straight into Angus Oak, who had just come down from upstairs.
Angus Oak's anger instantly erupted. He'd heard Joe Di was a Prime Realm Saint Emperor, so with the three Guildmasters absent, he hadn't wanted to waste words. He never imagined this supposedly minor Saint Emperor would dare storm Surging Alchemy Hall and even try to extort an Origin Fruit.
"You're courting death—" Angus Oak hadn't finished speaking when the Dao Forging attendant crashed into him. He saw it coming, but was utterly unable to dodge.
"Puh!" Angus Oak spat out a mouthful of blood, the sound of his bones fracturing clearly audible. He couldn't finish his sentence. As for the Dao Forging attendant, his bones were shattered and he collapsed to the ground.
"Even with our three Guildmasters absent, you are not qualified to cause trouble in Surging Alchemy Hall!" A gray-haired cultivator lunged from behind Angus Oak, reaching out to seize Joe Di. Before he arrived, his violent domain aura had already enveloped the entire area.
Joe Di's spirit surged. He was certain this was a true Prime Realm cultivator. It was his first time facing such an opponent head-on—a real test of his Transformation Realm breakthrough. Though he had killed Prime Realm experts before, that Saint Emperor had already been severely weakened by his array barrage.
As the opponent's domain swept over, Joe Di felt the surrounding space no longer belonged to him. As for Dean Carter and Bolt, they were completely immobilized.
Joe Di unleashed his own domain, sweeping outward. The Prime Realm Saint Emperor's previously seamless spatial domain began to loosen. Though not collapsing, it could no longer bind the area.
Bolt and Dean Carter quickly retreated, seizing the moment. Joe Di, however, slashed out with his blade.
The Prime Realm Saint Emperor's expression changed—not because Joe Di's domain matched his, but because it was even stronger. More importantly, he realized Joe Di's domain wasn't even a Prime Realm domain. In other words, Joe Di was still only at the First Step of Dao Ascension?
That was impossible. Haim had never seen anyone at the First Step of Dao Ascension who could stand against a Prime Realm Saint Emperor.
A terrifying killing intent swept over, stopping Haim's thoughts cold. He hastily summoned his Octagonal Copper Seal. The seal expanded into an octagonal space, nearly enveloping all the blade intent from Joe Di's Azure Veil Blade. Haim breathed a sigh of relief—apparently, Joe Di's domain was powerful, but his techniques weren't worth mentioning.
Joe Di didn't care in the slightest; his Azure Veil Blade had already struck the octagonal space.
The expected clash of divine energy never came. Haim only felt his Octagonal Copper Seal's technique lose its structure, turning limp and powerless.
Not good—this is a technique that rends the laws of divine powers! This isn't a weak technique; it's a top-tier one.
Haim's hands trembled. Though they'd only exchanged a single blow—without even showing signs of defeat—he no longer wanted to fight. To withstand a Second Step cultivator while still at the First Step, and to use a technique that could tear apart his law of divine powers... This young man was the most terrifying opponent Haim had ever faced.
Haim hadn't reached the Prime Realm by relying on Surging Alchemy Hall. He was certain he couldn't kill Joe Di today. With such a terrifying opponent, if you can't kill him, offending him means you'll never have a safe place again.
"Sto—" Haim had just spoken a word when Joe Di switched tactics. The Azure Veil Blade sliced through the void, forming a curtain of blades. Then, a blade light emerged, dazzling and mind-stealing.
Haim desperately activated his Octagonal Copper Seal, but it could no longer gather the laws of divine powers. He could only rely on his divine energy to clash with Joe Di's Azure Veil Blade.
Boom! Terrifying divine energy erupted, and with just this single clash, Surging Alchemy Hall was torn to rubble. No matter how strong its protective array was, it was designed for threats from outside. Now, with two Prime Realm powerhouses fighting inside, its destruction was inevitable.
Splurt—a burst of blood exploded as Joe Di's Azure Veil Blade slashed open the Prime Realm cultivator's chest, exposing even his organs.
It wasn't that Joe Di crushed him outright, but that Joe Di's Rending Blade technique overwhelmed his own divine power.
"Stop, I withdraw..."
Haim couldn't even finish his sentence before Joe Di's powerful domain completely enveloped him. One wanted only to flee, while the other pressed forward relentlessly.
"I said, I withdraw from Surging Alchemy Hall." Haim's chest wound had already healed in an instant, though the recovery was only superficial.
Joe Di didn't pause for a moment. His Azure Veil Blade drew a twisted blade pattern through the void, locking Haim in completely.
Haim felt the breath of death. He dared not bargain with Joe Di any longer; his Octagonal Copper Seal spun frantically, filling the space with ancient bronze light.
To the onlookers, it seemed Haim held the advantage—his Octagonal Copper Seal had nearly locked down the space. But only Haim knew it was all a facade.
In truth, the moment he asked Joe Di to stop, this space had ceased to belong to him.
The twisted blade pattern appeared as a single line, yet within the bronze glow filling the space, a matching distortion formed. That distortion allowed Joe Di's Rending Blade to break through. This was his second strike—the Rending Blade.
Crack! The sound of bones being torn echoed, followed by Haim's anguished scream that every cultivator present heard.

Joe Di didn't wait for Haim's Primordial Soul to escape. He flung out a stream of flame and swept up Haim's ring.
Joe Di let out a breath. Haim wasn't that formidable a Prime Realm cultivator; defeating him hadn't taken much effort. It seemed Joe Di could now slay most late-stage Prime Realm experts. Against truly powerful ones, it would depend on whether his techniques could counter theirs.
The bronze glow faded. All that remained were a few bits of ash and a copper seal—Haim, the Prime Realm Saint Emperor of Surging Alchemy Hall, was already gone. Joe Di promptly swept up the copper seal as well.
The surrounding cultivators all gasped. Not a single one dared speak up.
Crimson Sanctuary doesn't allow fighting—but this wasn't a fight, it was a one-sided crushing. In Crimson Sanctuary, crushing your opponent is fair game.
If the Unity Realm City Lord of Crimson Sanctuary were still around, maybe he would step in to stop it. But now, only a late-stage Prime Realm Deputy City Lord remained.
The fact that Joe Di had killed Haim so easily meant that unless the Deputy City Lord was a fool, he wouldn't come here looking for trouble.
