Chapter 989: Blazeforge Battlefield
Leon casually put away the Bloodstone Gem, his face calm and unruffled.
"No need. Solidifying this Plane Path did cost some materials, and my people spent quite a bit of time on it. There ought to be some compensation. Ten level-35 Soul Mana Crystals will suffice."
Dida La grinned widely.
Ten level-35 Soul Mana Crystals? Is that really all he's asking for?
A level-35 Soul Mana Crystal is considered quite valuable—each one is worth as much as a dozen level-30 Soul Mana Crystals, and that's under the best circumstances. Typically, a dozen level-30 crystals might only trade for a single level-33 or 34 Soul Mana Crystal.
But once you enter the Blazeforge Battlefield, running into level-39 magical beasts is pretty much routine. Anything below level-30 is basically just fodder for the higher-tier monsters here. Those low-level creatures only survive thanks to sheer numbers; any rare, low-level beast has long since been wiped out on this battlefield.
Slaying a single level-39 magical beast would net you far more than ten level-35 Soul Mana Crystals.
And honestly, magical beast crystals are the lowest-tier treasures you can get in the Blazeforge Battlefield. Any rare artifact you stumble upon is worth far more than a mana crystal.
Compared to the ten percent total profit that Diras demanded, this is basically free.
