The Gui Brothers

1/11/2026

In the Interstellar Terminal hall, Lynn Ning sat quietly on a bench, resting with her eyes closed. Just thinking that she would see her husband in a few days brought a blissful smile to her lips.

At that moment, a pair of twin brothers strode into the hall, followed by more than a dozen imposing bodyguards—each tall and exuding a powerful aura, clearly the twins' personal security detail.

These twins were named Drake Gui and Hugh Gui, but outsiders simply called them the Gui Brothers.

Within the Federation Empire, there were countless great families, but three stood at the very top: the Tian Clan, the Doen Clan, and the Gui Clan.

The younger generation of the Gui Clan alone numbered more than a hundred.

But among them, the Gui Brothers were absolutely among the most outstanding.

Moreover, Drake and Hugh shared an especially close bond. When the brothers teamed up, almost no one in the younger generation of the Gui Clan could match them.

However, the Gui Brothers were infamous for their womanizing ways.

For ordinary people, such a flaw would be unacceptable, but for the Gui Brothers, it was hardly a problem at all.

With their power and influence, even if they didn’t chase women, plenty of women would still flock to them on their own.

Drake Gui swept his gaze across the hall and instantly spotted Lynn Ning, who had just revealed a gentle smile. He was stunned—he’d played with more than two hundred beautiful women of every type, but had never seen anyone so fresh and ethereal.

Sensing Drake’s gaze, Hugh Gui followed his brother’s line of sight and saw Lynn Ning too. His heart skipped a beat, and he subconsciously murmured, "So beautiful!"

The two brothers exchanged a glance: "We have to get her!"

Few outsiders knew the secret: the two brothers enjoyed sharing the same woman. But this time, the woman they had their eyes on—Lynn Ning—was no ordinary beauty. She was Ian Song’s beloved and cultivation partner, a powerful dual-cultivator whose status was far above that of any plaything.

On the other side.

Long Tian had just received word that five of his men had been killed, and he was seething with inexplicable rage.

"Old Jiao, do whatever it takes—capture Lynn Ning!"

"Yes, sir!"

Old Jiao bowed and left the room.

Back in the Interstellar Terminal hall.

As Lynn Ning rested with her eyes closed, she sensed two people approaching. Instinctively, she opened her eyes and saw a pair of handsome twin men coming her way.

"Beautiful lady, may I get to know you?" Drake Gui flashed a charming smile and asked Lynn Ning.

Lynn Ning’s expression turned cold. "I have no interest in knowing you. Please leave and don’t disturb me."

Drake’s face froze for a moment, a flash of irritation flickering deep in his eyes. Hugh quickly spoke up, "Sorry, miss, we were being rude."

With that, Hugh pulled Drake away.

"Hugh, what’s your deal?" Once they were off to the side, Drake complained, clearly unhappy.

"Rushing things never works. Let’s figure out her identity first and then come up with a plan to win her over!" Hugh replied calmly.

Drake curled his lip in disdain. "Is all that really necessary? If we just tell her who we are, she’ll be begging to climb into our beds!"

"I doubt it!"

Hugh glanced back at Lynn Ning and continued, "I have a feeling this woman isn’t like the others. Even if it takes more effort, I’m determined to win her over!"

"Don’t you find that exhausting?" Drake remarked dismissively.

"That’s what makes it exciting! Think about it—those other women always came running with just a snap of our fingers. The more easily we played with them, the more boring it got. I’ve always wanted a woman who truly refuses me; the harder she resists, the more I want her... and the greater the sense of achievement when I finally get her!" Hugh explained, visibly worked up.

As he spoke, Hugh’s expression grew increasingly excited—bordering on fanatic.

A quarter of an hour passed in a flash. Suddenly, dozens of flying cars roared up to the Interstellar Terminal at high speed, and a large group of people surged out, pouring into the hall.

As soon as they entered, their eyes swept the hall, quickly locking onto Lynn Ning.

"There—surround her!"

The long-haired leader gave a low order, and instantly, dozens of people formed a ring, enclosing Lynn Ning and the other resting passengers.

"What’s going on?!"

Seeing this, both Drake and Hugh looked genuinely surprised.

"Those are Tian Clan people!"

A black-clothed elder quietly appeared beside the Gui Brothers and spoke.

"Hmph, the Tian Clan!"

At the mention of the Tian Clan, both brothers’ faces turned cold. Though their families were the Federation Empire’s top three, the clans were bitter rivals.

As they spoke, Lynn Ning slowly stood up from her seat, having been resting with her eyes closed.

Her gaze toward the Tian Clan group was unmistakably cold, while the ordinary passengers looked panic-stricken.

"Everyone except her, leave immediately!"

The long-haired man pointed at Lynn Ning as he spoke.

"Damn! Those Tian Clan bastards are here for that woman!" Drake cursed, about to rush forward, but Hugh stopped him. "Drake, don’t be impulsive. Let’s wait and see what happens!"

"But what if those Tian Clan bastards hurt the beauty?"

Hugh shook his head. "Relax. If this beauty can draw so many Tian Clan experts to surround her, she’s definitely not ordinary. When she’s nearly overwhelmed, that’s when we step in. That way, she’ll be even more grateful to us!"

Drake’s eyes lit up, nodding in agreement. "You’re always full of clever ideas!"

Meanwhile, Lynn Ning was already engaged in combat with the Tian Clan.

This time, the Tian Clan had spared no expense to capture her, sending thirty-four people: nine War Gods and twenty-five War Saints. Except for the long-haired man, the rest formed a battle formation to attack her.

Fortunately, Song Yan was a master of formations, and Lynn Ning, who liked to serve as his maid, had picked up some knowledge from him.

So, this seemingly powerful battle array couldn’t do much to her. In fact, guided by her subtle manipulations, the Tian Clan fighters occasionally wound up attacking each other.

Seeing this, the long-haired Tian Clan leader couldn’t hide his surprise.

The Gui Brothers, meanwhile, were utterly shocked.

"Wow, this woman is insanely strong! If I could get her in bed... ha, just thinking about it is exciting!" Hugh exclaimed, face flushed with excitement.

"She’s no ordinary girl. Even I wouldn’t fare well in that formation, yet she handles it with ease!" the black-clothed elder praised.

As time went on, the Tian Clan fighters made more and more mistakes, with six of them ending up injured.

The six injured fighters were deeply frustrated—their wounds were all caused by their own comrades’ mistakes.

Realizing things couldn’t go on like this, the long-haired man made a quick decision and shouted, "Break formation! Attack freely!"
