Extraordinary Talent

"Master, let's hurry to the Mo‑Tai Tower!"

Bailey hopped about excitedly, its exposed teeth making it look unusually happy.

Bailey was convinced that its master could absorb the energy within the Mo‑Tai Blood to the greatest possible extent.

"Mm."

Andrew nodded, standing with his hands behind his back beneath the azure sky.

The boundless western plateau stretched out beneath a sky so clear and blue it resembled jade; the air was incredibly fresh.

Looking out over the land, it was unmistakably the magnificent landscape of Sinovera, enough to lift the spirit and stir a sense of vast ambition—a feeling that, beneath such a wide sky, one ought to accomplish something meaningful.

Andrew did not rush to depart; he simply gazed quietly into the distance.

Facing the biting wind, he looked up at the blazing sun above and down at the endless plateau below, mostly covered in snow and ice... It was as if the world held only Andrew.

The air was pure, tinged with a sharp chill.

Bathed in sunlight, the unique plateau scenery—majestic snow peaks and vast grasslands—was all taken in by Andrew from ten thousand meters above. His sharp, clear eyes reflected the western plateau below.

A Law Realm expert’s vision was already terrifying, let alone someone at the Starlight Tier.

If he pushed his sight to its limits, Andrew could pierce the clouds and see a hundred li away.

Beside him.

Bailey, manifesting as a phantom, had only emotions—not true feelings—and quietly observed Andrew.

Life is divided into many ranks, and intelligence varies in level as well.

For example, most of the Chenriver Empire’s intelligences are just chips—at best, they can hold a hundred Earth internets, but they’re not true intelligent cores... An intelligent core stands far above a mere chip!

Bailey was an extremely advanced intelligent core.

In the Chenriver Empire, a single intelligent core would be enough to spark fierce competition among countless powerhouses.

"Strange," Bailey mused quietly. "I may not have true feelings, but I do have emotions. Somehow, I sense that Master is hesitating, worried, facing a difficult choice."

Wandering, confused, conflicted, and indecisive.

This was Bailey's analysis of his master, Andrew.

It was late April; the not-yet-hot sunlight shone on Andrew's calm face. After gazing for a long time, he softly said, "Let's go. We'll head to Mo-Tai Tower."

Sssht!

Silent gold and red light transformed into a rainbow beam, spanning the ends of the earth.

Following Bailey's thorough advice, Andrew concealed his power and speed, leaving only a thin gold-red line across the sky, connecting all things and gradually fading.

Mo-Tai Blood was that drop of golden blood Andrew saw on the fifth floor of Mo-Tai Tower.

It was the greatest opportunity of Mo-Tai Tower, containing endless cultivation secrets, including but not limited to various paths and rare inheritances, possibly even touching realms beyond Void Rift Tier.

It was Andrew, clad in his Green Mountain Robe, who had crossed the Sinovera continent alone and quietly arrived here.

Even while hiding his presence, Andrew moved at a speed like chasing stars and moons.

It was as if a gold-red thread pierced the Atlantic from top to bottom, even causing the seawater to part and form a subtle, almost invisible channel.

The vast Atlantic submitted before him.

The dignity of a Starlight-tier lifeform was fully revealed... At least on an ordinary life planet, a Starlight-tier being truly has the right to dominate the age.

There was no life at the seabed, just as there were no more Netherfiend giants left on Earth.

This was Andrew's great achievement!

Three days earlier, he had followed Bailey's methods and, together with many Law Realm experts, resolved the Antarctic crisis and made a global disaster vanish.

A body length of over a hundred kilometers—such a terrifying concept. Even at full speed, an ordinary Law Realm expert would need more than a minute to travel from the dragon’s head to its tail.

Dragon-type demons are considered noble by birth on Earth.

But among the endless stars, Starry Sky Fiends are renowned as truly noble by nature.

Deep beneath the Atlantic, the ocean was silent and shadowy.

The relic’s light-shield continued to operate, utterly unmoving, while the immense water pressure rendered the deep sea utterly still.

Cracks and trenches covered the surroundings, littered with massive reefs and strange corals. Not far away, bizarre, steaming underwater caves exuded colorful currents.

The deep-sea creatures that once roamed here had long since been driven away by the Netherfiend giants.

The first to discover the Atlantic relic were not humans, but Netherfiend giants. More precisely, it was Lurian and the Arctic Savage Dragon who guided the Netherfiend giants to the Atlantic relic.

Whoosh!

A streak of gold and red light shot straight to the bottom of the Atlantic.

This was Andrew’s great achievement!

Three days earlier, he had followed Bailey’s methods and, together with many Law Realm experts, resolved the Antarctic crisis and made a global disaster vanish.

He alone looked down upon the world, sweeping across the globe.

With his spiritual sense, he could perceive nearly a hundred kilometers—and now, as Starlight-tier, even farther. Andrew roamed alone across nations and desolate lands, traversing the ends of the earth, scouring the four seas and eight wildernesses, annihilating every remaining Netherfiend giant.

Swift and decisive, unstoppable—like autumn winds sweeping away fallen leaves!

Netherfiends perished, giants died, and the world was finally cleansed!

Some Law Realm Supremes even sang his praises: 'With Andrew's might, danger has vanished; Green Mountain finally returns. The green-robed hero sweeps across five oceans—invincible, unmatched.'

As the subject of such praise, Andrew now stood before the light-shield at the bottom of the Atlantic.

"We're here."

Andrew brushed the dust from his Green Mountain Robe, his gaze sweeping in all directions.

Though he restrained his power, the sea was inevitably disturbed; the dark ocean floor turned turbulent, yet Andrew calmly raised his right hand.

Buzz!

A faint light appeared in the center of his palm.

In the blink of an eye, countless torrents of green light, like thunderstorm and tempest, swirled around his crystalline right palm, transforming into a jade-seal-like mark.

"Suppress."

Andrew uttered a single word.

As if invoking ancient legend, his words became law. When he withdrew his right hand, the spinning green mark fell into the ocean.

In that instant, all things fell silent!

The green mark became the center of the Atlantic, like a stone stirring a thousand waves. Pure green light spread silently in all directions.

A circle of light, spanning tens of thousands of meters, was born!

The circle expanded for tens of thousands of meters, then faded away like the ebbing tide. The ocean floor, seven kilometers deep, returned to its former calm.

Faced with the turbulent waters, there was no need to use Starlight-tier might; Andrew’s Super-Solid Inner Origin alone was enough to suppress the deep-sea chaos.

"Wow!"

Bailey hopped out and exclaimed, "This is the first time I’ve seen my master wield life-force power."

Andrew didn’t understand. "What?"

Bailey waved its paw and explained, "Life-force power is the cultivation of bodily strength! The vast cosmos holds countless cultivation paths... The evolution and sublimation of a lifeform isn’t limited to soul and willpower training."

The four most widespread cultivation systems are: body-origin power, soul and consciousness, life synthesis, and celestial sacrificial cultivation.

Because these four paths lead to infinite possibilities.

Their evolutionary potential is virtually limitless, so countless lifeforms have embraced them, and they’ve become the four mainstream cultivation systems in the starry sky.

Andrew was startled. "A limit?"

"A limit is an endpoint—once reached, you’ll never progress again." Bailey manifested as a phantom, patting its fluffy white belly. "Some cultivation systems can’t achieve true sublimation, because they never touch the source of life itself."

Bailey lifted a perfectly round chestnut.

"Let me give you an example."

Bailey chuckled. "For instance, those odd people on your Earth."

"Their strange powers come from the mutated energy of demons and ghosts. But demons and ghosts are just forced mutations created by the Nether Clan and Starry Sky Fiends, who project their power from afar. Their life essence is already twisted—self-destructive, with no future."

So no matter how strong their powers, they can never reach Starlight-tier.

Only cultivation systems that touch the source of life are true, legitimate paths.

"Oh."

A thoughtful look appeared in Andrew’s eyes.

Bailey’s explanation surprised him. He hadn’t realized cultivation systems mattered so much—if you stray onto a false path, you’ll never progress again; you’ll stagnate for life.
