"Alright!" The President nodded and had someone bring over the golden Aurora Dove—Chirpy (a legendary golden messenger bird who only recognizes the Alliance leader as its master).
This golden Aurora Dove was raised by a President over six hundred years ago.

But if it refuses to accept someone, that person is considered lacking in virtue or otherwise unfit for the role.
