Second Primeval Duty—become unmatched throughout the Lunyis Star System.
Andrew paused for a moment, letting the silence settle as he gathered his thoughts. He summoned Bailey, his rabbit-like intelligent core, to help him process the new duty.
Andrew Han read the final clause of the duty, his mind in chaos, a little dazed and somewhat at a loss.
"How is this possible?" Bailey blinked, its holographic ears drooping in confusion.
Gulp, gulp—he took two large swigs of the emerald-green exotic fruit juice.
He drank the juice.
With each sip, Andrew felt his mind clear, thoughts running faster. Bailey, sensing his mood, perked up and began scanning the mission details.
Primeval Geniuses represent the extreme of Genius status, perfectly adapted to all kinds of environments, and thus shoulder Primeval Duties.
The true nature of Primeval Duties is to assist the Spark-Heritage Zone in collecting comprehensive data, tracking precise changes and conditions in cultivation, thereby shaping a new Star-Sky Human qualification where everyone is like a dragon, and raising the overall standard of the Human Race.
In short, Bailey—the intelligent core—was already sorting through the data, preparing to analyze every angle.
Information and data are what matter most.
As for whether combat power is overwhelming... the Spark-Heritage Zone does not deliberately supervise this. Primeval combat strength is bound to be formidable; even reaching the Cosmic Eternal Realm is only a matter of time—this is an indisputable truth!
"Primeval stands for the pinnacle of Genius."
"Given enough time, what's so difficult about being invincible in a stellar system? This duty feels like gilding the lily, adding horns to a snake."
With these thoughts swirling, Andrew Han shook his head and stood, pacing slow circles along the edge of the main hall. Bailey hovered nearby, projecting star maps of the Lunyis Star System and its Source Dusk phase.
He kept the emerald fruit juice in hand, glancing at Bailey’s projections of local cultivators and their gene-focused survival strategies.
Every so often, he would take a thoughtful sip, eyes lingering on the fading sunlight as he pondered. Bailey explained that in the Lunyis Star System, 'cultivators' relied solely on their bodies and genes to survive—true survival of the fittest.
Perhaps...
The key lies in those three star-years...
So what exactly is the state of the Lunyis Star System, and what realm is its strongest being? What if there's a Cosmos Union Realm lifeform...
"Bailey."
Andrew Han halted his steps, reread the details of his second Primeval Duty, and softly called out to Bailey, instructing the high-grade intelligent core to begin a preliminary investigation using its vast database.
Bailey perked up, eyes sparkling with excitement.
Bailey appeared in a flash, wiggling its short legs and spinning in a joyful dance.
"Check the latest records on the Lunyis Star System and send me a brief summary," Andrew instructed.
"Understood!" Bailey replied enthusiastically.
Bailey bounced in place, tail twitching as it set to work.
The universe was truly vast; to recite the names of every life planet in Human territory would take an ordinary person an entire lifetime.
That’s why intelligent cores came into existence.
They store massive amounts of information, process data at incredible speed, and provide comprehensive support—this is the role of an intelligent core.
Huffing and puffing, Bailey analyzed the difficulty of becoming unmatched in the Lunyis Star System while compiling a concise summary for Andrew.
In the boundless starry sky, what is truly most important?
Information, of course!
Without information and knowledge, one could easily become lost in the darkness of the cosmos.
Andrew’s expression grew serious as he gently patted Bailey’s soft, white paw. “The Lunyis Star System is in the Source Dusk phase—cultivation paths are broken, evolution channels are narrowing, and the road to advancement grows ever harder. Only the life-gene system can truly develop here; every other method is strictly suppressed.”
Lifeforms in the Lunyis Star System dig deep into the mysteries of their genes and bodies.
They follow a philosophy of survival of the fittest, forming a cultivation system known simply as 'cultivators.'
This feature is crucial.
Given all this, my Stellar Palace-tier martial arts will finally have a chance to shine. The thought alone makes me a little excited.
But...
Andrew Han lifted his juice, musing quietly, "Can the suppressive atmosphere of the Lunyis Star System really restrain my Soul-Will?"
He actually hoped it could.
But it was unlikely—his Nameless Crystal Diamond would never allow it.
The Nameless Crystal Diamond was so domineering that even the Nether-Fame Stele in the endless blood sea had to obey its will, never allowed to sink beneath the waves.
Andrew remained uncertain.
He suspected the Lunyis Star System was still not on that level; the endless blood sea and Nether-Fame Stele contained far greater power.
"Nameless Crystal Diamond."
Andrew took a deep breath, briefly sensing his soul-space.
The radiant diamond spun on, endless and unyielding, radiating an aura of eternal immovability.
After a moment, Andrew glanced at Bailey’s summary. “This star system really is special. Interesting.”
“Mhm!” Bailey waggled its paw, perched on Andrew’s shoulder.
Andrew asked, “The strongest being’s realm is unknown, estimated at peak Void Rift Tier... Is your estimate reliable?”
At these words—
Bailey’s fur puffed up in indignation.
"╭(╯^╰)╮!"
“Bailey never makes mistakes!” It conjured a tiny black flag out of nowhere, waving it back and forth.
Immediately after—
Seeing Andrew’s calm expression, Bailey’s face brightened again: “Actually, with your current strength, you could already roam the Galaxis Stellar System. The Void Rift experts of the Chenriver and Tianyu Empires are mostly only first or second stage.”
“That’s true.”
Andrew smiled, his mood inexplicably lifted.
