The Craziest Massacre in History

1/5/2026

Ryan Ling was stunned—these guys really are a pain in the ass!

Right now, facing this insane battlefield, it’s the biggest challenge Ryan’s ever had!

If he tried to tank it head-on, maybe he could hold out for a few minutes, but his body would take damage he could never recover from. Ryan knows exactly what he’s capable of.

He might’ve just hit mid–Nascent Soul Stage, but he leveled up way too fast and way too rough. Unless you’ve survived a lightning tribulation, nobody in their right mind would dare take on a scene this crazy!

“Ryan Ling, you might have epic skills and luck nobody else can match, but today you’re not escaping this nuke barrage or my Vajra Rage!” Ascendant Dragon Master Longfei saw Ryan’s face finally change and started laughing, voice dripping with smugness. He was clearly desperate to get back at Ryan for all the humiliation earlier.

But Ryan didn’t bother with any trash talk. He spun around and shot straight into the sky—he might not be ready to tank it head-on, but with his current power, breaking out was no problem at all.

“Commander, he’s running—our nukes can’t even keep up with him!” A blond missile officer yelled as Ryan blasted off.

“What? Is this guy even human?” Admiral Kane sucked in a sharp breath.

Longfei was stunned too, totally shocked by Ryan’s speed. Sure, everyone here had reached the Nascent Soul Stage, and Longfei’s raw power was higher than Ryan’s, but there’s a huge gap in Nascent Soul quality—Ryan’s was way better.

Just thinking about that made Longfei so jealous he was grinding his teeth.

At that moment, even though Ryan had escaped to a safe zone, he could still feel every bit of what Huaxia was suffering.

He stopped in his tracks instantly.

"Ryan!" Even Ghost Elder knew what was coming.

Instead of trying to stop him, Ghost Elder shouted, "Ryan, if you want to do it, do it! Our roots are tied to Huaxia—if these bastards bully us like this, we'll fight them to the death if we have to!"

"Kill!" Ryan didn't hesitate—he shot straight toward Huaxia!

The defenders couldn’t intercept all those nukes. The last round took out maybe forty or fifty, but at least a hundred more remained. Some planes had already crashed into warheads in suicide attacks, but there were just too many nukes, and the blast zone kept widening—it was impossible to shoot them all down.

Even the Saint Realm fighters couldn’t hold out against this kind of barrage—they could handle missiles, but nukes were way beyond them.

Guihai One-Blade was the strongest among them, but even he was horribly burned intercepting two nukes. These weren’t the defective bombs used on Japan—these were the world’s most powerful nukes. They weren’t old-school atom bombs, but their destructive power had been upgraded for decades, and now they were just as deadly as the ones dropped on Japan.

We can’t stop them—a warhead is heading straight for Yan Capital!" a sixth-tier God Realm master shouted.

Stop it—you have to stop it!" Guihai One-Blade shouted, and several God Realm fighters unleashed everything they had to intercept.

But that warhead aimed at Yan Capital was insanely powerful—even several God Realm experts were flung aside.

It’s over—Yan Capital is doomed!" The soldiers fighting nearby were totally stunned.

Ha! Aim for the busiest part of Yan Capital and blow it up!" On his flagship in the Bohai Gulf, Admiral Kane watched the scene with relish.

Just then, a lightning streak flashed in the sky—a figure appeared in front of the giant warhead and slashed with a halberd, batting it up tens of thousands of meters. It exploded with a thunderous boom.

Boss! Boss!" Seeing Ryan appear, the defenders cheered.

Intercept every single warhead—none of them can explode on Huaxia soil!" Ryan gritted his teeth and unleashed his mid–Nascent Soul power. Dozens, then hundreds of clones flew out from him; he'd reached a quasi-undying state. All his clones spread out to intercept nukes.

Ryan, be careful—the more clones you make, the thinner your power gets. That bastard Longfei won’t let you off!" Seeing Ryan risk everything to intercept missiles, Ghost Elder warned anxiously.

Doesn’t matter—deal with the crisis first!" Ryan bit down hard. He’d chosen to return, knowing he might die. In war, people die—especially in a fight like this.

As Ryan intervened, Huaxia’s forces finally breathed a little easier. Daniel Deng, catching his breath, immediately asked, "Are our nuclear subs ready? Have they entered the Bohai Gulf yet?"

Almost there—just a few minutes left!" a senior officer replied, wiping sweat from his forehead.

Transmit my orders: every nuclear sub, attack! Send in the rest of the fleet, and all remaining fighters—go all out! Concentrate all other military regions’ forces as fast as possible!" Daniel Deng ordered.

Good, all other forces are gathering—what we lack now is time!" another senior officer said, clenching his fist.

Huaxia’s military power should easily crush a Seventh Fleet—except Jiangnorth just went through civil strife, and Victor Hua’s meddling left the military in chaos. If Daniel Deng hadn’t been under house arrest, Huaxia wouldn’t be in such dire straits.

Daniel Deng knew full well—what they lacked now was time, and only Ryan could buy it for Huaxia.

No one knew how long he could hold out.

Right now, it’s clear they can’t completely trap him!

Kane, aim all the nukes at Huaxia—damn it, flatten a few cities first!" Longfei’s eyes glinted as he ground his teeth.

Great idea, that’s exactly what I was planning. If we can’t kill this kid for now, we’ll drag tens of thousands of Huaxia people down with him!" Kane agreed instantly. Several missile operators quickly reprogrammed the warheads, sending nukes arcing toward Huaxia’s heartland.

Alert, alert! Incoming danger—nuclear warheads are headed this way!" In Yan Capital’s top command, Daniel Deng and others were already braced for action. After a night of frantic coordination, they’d cobbled together a temporary defense system.

Launch interceptor missiles now, and send the air force up to intercept!" Daniel Deng ordered, and instantly Yan Capital, Hebei, and nearby defense nets sprang into action. Kenneth Li and others worked through the night, firing dozens of interceptor missiles in seconds.

Intercept us? Dream on—fire another volley!" Kane sneered, unleashing another hundred-plus nukes. Daniel Deng’s face went purple; his hastily assembled defense net was nowhere near enough, no matter how hard he tried.

Do whatever you can—use every anti-air gun, and steer the warheads away from crowded areas. Send every plane that can still fly into the air—even if they’re destroyed, we have to block those nukes!" Daniel Deng was out of options; only Huaxia soldiers’ lives could hold the line.

Brothers, we have to hold the line—even if we all die, you must not let those damn nukes explode on our soil!" Besides the Huaxia soldiers, every expert in Jiangnorth surged out: some Saint Realm, some God Realm. This was a true national war, as dangerous as the anti-Japan campaign. All the Saint and God Realm cultivators charged in, the spiritual core of Huaxia’s defense.

And not just them—Guihai One-Blade and the others who had just escaped the Bohai Gulf joined the fight to intercept nukes. Everyone was throwing their lives into the battle.

Because right behind them were tens of millions, even hundreds of millions, of innocent civilians and their own flesh and blood!
