How to Write the Report

1/11/2026

The three guns instantly seized control of the room—no one dared to make a move.

Jack Huang, pistol in hand, strode over and shut the private-room door. He barked at Ian Song and the others, "Get over here."

Meanwhile, Soldier, Baldy, and the other four traffickers Gavin Gan had knocked down all got back up, their faces twisted in vicious snarls.

Jack Huang's gaze swept over Kelly Wu, Kelsey Zhang, and Molly Wang, his eyes lewd. "Scarface, these three girls look pretty good. Why don't we all have some fun before we leave? We've been pent up for months!" he suggested.

Scarface glanced over, instantly tempted—all three girls were top-notch, especially the baby-faced, busty one, right up his alley.

For traffickers like them, death was always lurking around the corner, so they acted with utter lawlessness. With all the crimes they'd racked up, they'd face a firing squad if caught—what's one more rape charge?

Seeing Scarface's expression, Jack Huang knew he'd taken the bait. "Scarface, you choose first," he said.

With Jack Huang egging him on, Scarface dropped all pretense. "Jack, I knew you were my kind of guy. I'll go first then." He raised his hand and pointed at Kelsey Zhang. "Hey, girl, get over here!"

"W-what do you want?" Kelsey Zhang stammered, her face pale with terror.

Scarface let out a savage laugh. "What do you think? I'm gonna do you—guaranteed you'll love it."

"If you don't want to die, move!" Jack Huang snarled, pointing his gun at Kelsey Zhang.

"Wait!"

Ian Song suddenly shouted.

"Shit! Who the hell told you to speak?" Jack Huang's eyes flashed with malice as he swung a slap at Ian Song.

"Courting death!"

Ian Song's eyes turned cold, and with a casual flick of his hand, he struck back.

Instantly, Jack Huang was sent flying like he'd been hit by a speeding car, crashing into the private-room wall before coming to a stop.

At the same moment, as Jack Huang flew through the air, Ian Song blurred into a phantom, vanishing from where he'd stood.

Next, the two other traffickers found the guns in their hands had mysteriously disappeared.

"Not good!"

Scarface and the others were all hardened criminals, used to living on the edge. When they saw Jack Huang sent flying, their faces changed instantly—they all reached for their waists, going for hidden weapons.

But at that very moment—

Twelve streaks of silver flashed and vanished.

"Pupupupu!" (A rapid series of wet impacts.)

Screams erupted one after another as the wrists of six men, including Scarface, were pierced clean through, blood streaming down.

From blasting Jack Huang away, snatching the guns from two traffickers, to piercing the wrists of Scarface and five others—everything happened in a split second. By the time Kelsey Zhang and the others snapped out of it, Ian Song was calmly standing there, holding a pistol in each hand, both aimed at Scarface and the wounded traffickers.

"Kelsey, call the police!" Ian Song ordered. These guys all have guns—they're definitely not just ordinary punks.

"O-okay!"

Kelsey Zhang nodded reflexively, then pulled out her phone and dialed the emergency number.

After telling Kelsey to call the police, Ian Song ordered Gavin Gan and Leon Long to gather the nine traffickers and keep watch over them.

In less than ten minutes, the private-room door was kicked open.

"Don't move! Everyone get down with your hands on your heads!"

"What's your name? What's your position?"

"I'm Michael Yang, captain of the North City Branch Criminal Investigation Team!"

"Alright, the rest is up to you to handle!" Ian Song said to Captain Yang.

Ian Song returned to his group's private room and said, "Alright, everyone, it's time for us to go."

"Ian, is it really okay for us to just leave like this...?" Leon Long asked, a little worried.

Just then, Captain Yang walked in too. Ian Song turned and asked, "Captain Yang, can we go now?"

Captain Yang was momentarily stunned, then hurriedly replied, "Of course you can!"

"This is Captain Yang from the CID. If he says we can go, what are you still worried about?" Ian Song said with a smile to the group.

Only after watching Ian Song and his group leave did Captain Yang finally let out a long sigh of relief.

"Captain, who is that guy?" one of the officers asked, curious.

Captain Yang shot him a glare. "Don't ask questions you shouldn't. All you need to know is, that guy's got serious backing—we don't want any trouble."

Captain Yang couldn't help but grimace. How was he supposed to write this report?
