Madly Slashing Two Teams, The Arena Boils

1/5/2026

At this moment, the crowd was stunned to see the short Tom Tang reveal such overwhelming strength—but what really blew their minds was his wild boast: claiming he could single-handedly take on an entire city.

Even the Wuzhou team wouldn’t dare say something so cocky. And here’s a Harbor City fighter—supposedly the weakest, lowest-ranked guy on the squad—spouting off like this? He wasn’t just slapping Huazhou’s face; he was clowning every team here.

What’s a Harbor City fighter worth, anyway?

To everyone watching, they were the definition of trash. But now, this so-called trash was suddenly on top—and all the other teams started roaring in outrage.

“Screw it, let’s beat him down! This clueless punk only won by some cheap trick—what’s the big deal? He’s so cocky, he deserves to get beaten to death!”

“Exactly! He lucked out once and now he’s showing off—typical loser. Harbor City is just a synonym for garbage. Huazhou, hurry up and toss this trash back in the bin. Just looking at them makes me sick!”

“Right! Since he’s so wild, let all of you go up together. He’s asking for death—who’s to blame? The eight left should just rip him apart!”

......

Riled up by all this hype, the Huazhou fighters on the stage couldn’t hold back anymore.

“Go to hell!” The other eight all charged at once—eight versus one. Everyone watching broke out in a cold sweat for this “skinny monkey.” These eight were no weaker than the giant from before, and he hadn’t even gone all out in the last fight. But now, the eight were totally pissed, battle aura blazing, unleashing every ounce of power they had.

“Huazhou’s going all out this time—eight fighters, all at the innate level, and none of them weak. Combined, their power’s basically grandmaster tier. That ‘skinny monkey’ is dead for sure!”

“Master Qin’s right—he’s a goner!”

“He managed to win one, so he got his moment. Getting killed by eight might be brutal, but at least he gave Harbor City’s trash a little glory.”

“Heh! Funny logic, but trash with a little extra shine is still trash!”

“Hahahaha!”

All the Huazhou-leaning experts cracked up. To them, Tom Tang’s performance was just a tiny unexpected twist on their road to total domination.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! While these so-called seniors were busy running their mouths, Huazhou’s eight shameless steel fists flew at Tom from every angle.

Sure, Tom asked for it—but eight-on-one? Even the real martial arts purists thought this was way over the line.

It looked like Tom was about to get beaten to death, just like everyone expected. But suddenly, something unbelievable happened—Tom unleashed an even greater force. The moment it appeared, it smothered all their innate auras. The eight fighters hit a wall; their fists stopped half a meter from Tom, unable to move an inch closer. Their faces twisted in agony, some gritting so hard their teeth nearly cracked.

“No way! Is that—grandmaster qi?”

“Grandmaster? That kid’s a grandmaster? Since when did Harbor City have a pint-sized grandmaster? Wasn’t their team leader Ryan Ling supposed to be the only possible one?”

“Are you guys seeing things? No way that little shrimp’s a grandmaster. If he is, then Harbor City must be crawling with them!”

Those so-called martial arts seniors just stared, eyes wide. Even the crowd couldn’t help but stand up—this was way crazier than tossing that fat guy.

Right then, Tom Tang let out a loud yell—“Ah!”—and all eight Huazhou innates were sent flying off the stage.

Huazhou Team: totally wiped out!

For a moment, the whole place went dead silent. Most people were completely stunned.

One versus eight—the supposedly weakest Harbor City fighter actually won!

Half a minute later, Harbor City’s stands exploded in wild screams and cheers. Huazhou’s side? Not a peep.

“Who’d have thought Harbor City would have two grandmasters? That kid was playing dumb the whole time. Looks like Harbor City won’t be bottom feeders today!” At that, a few Wuzhou team members snorted. Nearby, a youth in a Tang suit sat cross-legged, eyes closed, as if none of this had anything to do with him.

“Huazhou Team, is that all you got? Anyone stronger?” Tom Tang licked his lips, clearly not satisfied yet.

But before Tom could finish bragging, three of Harbor City’s temporary picks started hollering from behind.

“Monkey, that’s enough! Boss let you go first for a quick thrill, but you’re dragging it out—get your ass back here!”

“Yeah, it’s our turn to show off—get down here already!”

“Damn monkey, get off the stage—remember, it’s a team sport!”

......

Hearing his teammates yell, the crowd got even more confused. Tom had just blasted out grandmaster-tier gang-qi—who dares talk to a grandmaster like that?

But to everyone’s shock, the short ‘grandmaster’ actually listened, grumbled twice, and obediently stepped down.

“Holy crap, grandmasters are this easy to boss around now?” Someone nearby scratched their head, totally baffled.

The other three couldn’t wait—they all jumped onto the stage. In this tournament, if you’re confident, you can go solo or as a group.

“Huazhou’s out—who’s up next? Hurry up, bros, we’re all dying to start!” The three sniffed hard, waving at the Harbor City stands.

“Tian Niu, I’m right here—it’s your bro Kuan!”

“Fu-mei, make sure you get some pics of me later—make me look cool!”

“Mom, Dad, I swear I’ll make you proud this time—maybe even open a dojo and get rich!”

......

The other teams just gritted their teeth. In their eyes, these bumpkins were way too damn tacky. Sure, Huazhou lost, but only because they miscalculated and missed one grandmaster. Even so, having two grandmasters isn’t a big deal—top teams like Wuzhou, Bazhou, and Hengzhou all have more than two.

“Screw it, Huazhou’s out—we’re up! No way we’ll lose too!” The speaker was Linzhou team captain Gavin Guo—he’d had enough. Linzhou and Huazhou were close, practically brothers, so after Huazhou’s wipeout, they were out for revenge.

“Yeah, those three hicks don’t deserve to stand up there. Let’s go up and crush them—wipe that smug look off their faces!”

“All right, all together—don’t hold back, go straight for the kill. Twist their heads off if you can!”

The rest of the Linzhou team nodded, eyes flashing with murderous intent.

In a flash, all nine Linzhou fighters jumped onto the stage—nine versus three. For revenge and their own sense of superiority, they ditched all pretense.

“Finally, some action! Names, now—I don’t fight nobodies!” One Harbor City guy squinted and called out.

“Name your ass! Like you deserve to know—just die!” Instantly, a burly Linzhou fighter drew his blade and slashed, and the other eight whipped out their weapons too.

On this stage, any cold weapon goes—blades, spears, whatever. Normally, if your opponent’s unarmed, you don’t use a weapon. But Linzhou just wanted to win, so screw honor.

But right then, a Harbor City voice boomed: “Damn, they really think we’re trash? Screw it, bros, no more hiding!”

As soon as he finished, three monstrous waves of gang-qi erupted, flooding the arena. The crowd shot to their feet—one grandmaster was crazy enough, but now there were three at once. People were about to cough up blood from shock…
