Even if more than ninety-nine percent of those combinations result in spells that are basically useless—just magical dead weight—having so many Law Sigils ensures that Leon's spells are far stronger than ordinary ones!
With the construction of the final Law Sigil completed, all the basic runes vanished without a trace. The torrent of runes flickering in Leon's eyes disappeared completely.
