Background and Dorian as a Mascot

2/14/2026

Serena Feng had no intention of treating Dorian Owen's external injuries. He wasn't going to die, nor would he lose any limbs—so why waste medicine on him?

As for the injury that could end the Owen family's bloodline, Serena actually wanted to treat Dorian—but he refused to cooperate in the slightest.

Serena told Dorian to take off his pants so she could examine him, but he refused no matter what, clutching his waistband and shouting, "No, no!"

Seeing Dorian act like a chaste maiden defending her virtue, Serena's hand froze in midair, utterly embarrassed. Why did she feel like a brothel madam forcing someone into prostitution?

Serena really wanted to just walk away and leave Dorian to his fate, but then she thought of the Assassin Alliance and forced herself to stay. Softening her voice, she coaxed, "Alright, Dorian, stop making a fuss. No one's trying to take advantage of you here. I just need to check your injury—if you won't let me, how am I supposed to know how bad it is?"

"No way! You're a woman—I can't let you look," Dorian declared, defending his chastity to the death. Zuo An agreed, his tone cool: "Men and women should keep their distance."

Are you kidding? If Serena Feng saw Dorian's private parts, Ninth Royal Uncle would probably castrate him on the spot.

"If I can't look, how am I supposed to treat you?" Serena was at her wit's end.

Of course she understood that you couldn't just look at that kind of place for no reason. But... she was a doctor! If she didn't examine him, how could she prescribe medicine?

Ugh, she really missed the female nurses from the urology department—those women could grab that area without blushing in the slightest.
