This Grand Shaman God was no ordinary figure. Back in the day, he was the mastermind behind some of Huaxia’s worst disasters. We’re talking all the way back to the 1930s—the most brutal war Huaxia ever faced. Japan led the charge, but you can’t ignore the insane Niyama fanatics, with the Grand Shaman God as their poster boy. They wiped out every last Heavenly-Master exorcist Huaxia had in one go, leaving the country totally crippled. That’s how Huaxia’s righteous forces got wrecked, and it let wolves like the Azure Dragon Society and World Dominion Society run wild in sheep’s clothing.
And now, Ryan Ling was up against the same guy who went full psycho on Huaxia nearly a century ago. In terms of seniority, the Grand Shaman God had him beat by a mile!
“Ryan Ling, you’ve got some nerve! You just went and broke international law, attacking Niyama, and you killed so many of my Shaman Cult followers. Are you trying to die?” The Grand Shaman God finally spoke, his voice booming so loud it felt like all of Niyama could hear him!
“Blah blah blah!” Ryan snorted coldly, his eyes blazing as he stared down the Grand Shaman God—like he was the real god here.
“Kid, not bad. Hardly anyone dares talk to me like that. You’re the first—and probably the last!” The Grand Shaman God smiled faintly. Suddenly, his whole body started pouring out black smoke. Then he shouted, and a huge, gnarled hand lunged at Ryan, wreathed in flames. Anyone with half a brain could see those weren’t ordinary flames—they came straight from Niyama’s biggest Javanese volcano, a place crawling with yin energy and ghostly hellfire said to devour even gods. And now, all that fire was locked tight in the Grand Shaman God’s grip.
Boom!
In that instant, countless flames surged up and completely surrounded Ryan!
But even now, Ryan didn’t budge. He just shot the Grand Shaman God a sideways look, his contempt so obvious it left everyone stunned.
“You little bastard! Think you’re tough? Even if you were a god, I’d roast you alive!” The Grand Shaman God couldn’t stand being disrespected. His voice shot up eight octaves, and the flames around him went berserk!
“With power like that? Kinda weak, don’t you think?” Ryan said, letting his Nascent Soul energy burst out. Instantly, all those flames trapping him were blasted away.
“You can push back formless fire with raw true energy?” The Grand Shaman God was stunned. He’d never imagined his raging flames would not only fail to hurt Ryan, but get blasted away in an instant. Fire was supposed to be intangible, able to seep into every part of you—even God Realm heavyweights couldn’t strip it off this fast!
“You nearly wiped out all of Niyama in one go—kid, you’re seriously something else!” The Grand Shaman God’s gaze turned deadly serious. Top dogs could size each other up with just one move.
“You sure do talk a lot. Time for me to show you how it’s done!” Ryan flexed his arms, and a surge of Nascent Soul power erupted—instantly turning into a sea of flames that counterattacked.
Boom boom boom!
Ryan’s attack was at least ten times stronger than the Grand Shaman God’s last one. The Grand Shaman God’s face went pale as he staggered back several steps, then quickly unleashed far more of his own power just to block Ryan’s Nascent Soul flames.
But even as he managed to block it, the Grand Shaman God’s face completely changed.
He hadn’t expected Ryan to strike back so fiercely in the blink of an eye!
But before he could react, Ryan attacked again—this time with even more force than before. For a moment, the Grand Shaman God felt like he was being crushed by a mountain, barely able to breathe.
“How is this possible? You’re just a kid—how could you have such monstrous true energy?” The Grand Shaman God was totally baffled. But at that critical moment, he didn’t hesitate. Countless streams of black smoke behind him instantly condensed into huge, sinister black shells—his years of cultivation, packed into one attack. If those exploded, they could flatten the whole world—this was basically a nuke-level move!
“You’ve got tricks like that? Now we’re talking!” Ryan grinned, then just said one word—"Seal!"
The moment Ryan shouted that word, every last one of those sinister black shells was instantly wrapped up tight!
At that moment, the Grand Shaman God’s bloodshot eyes bulged as he screamed, “Explode! Explode! Explode!”
In the blink of an eye, all the black shells detonated with earth-shaking force. But to the Grand Shaman God’s utter disbelief, every explosion was locked inside a tiny seal—completely contained!
“Is this guy actually a god?” The Grand Shaman God was totally floored. He’d heard a bit about Ryan Ling, but the power Ryan was showing now shattered all his expectations. Ryan was just too strong—so strong, the Grand Shaman God could only look up to him.
“Grand Shaman God, you’re no match for me. Be smart and get lost—I don’t have time to mess around!” Ryan shouted. He’d already wasted enough time fighting all of Niyama, and with Shenlong’s condition getting worse, he didn’t want to waste another second!
“What did you say? You really think that’s all I’ve got?” The Grand Shaman God’s face turned red and white, humiliated in front of all his Shaman Cult followers. He went nuts, roaring and bellowing, then shouted out loud.
“Mountain—come!”
Suddenly, a towering mountain nearby was yanked over and hurled straight at Ryan, threatening to crush him.
Instantly, everyone in Niyama’s capital freaked out, screaming in terror. If that mountain came down, the whole city would be flattened.
To ordinary people, this was nothing less than a battle between gods!
A battle between gods was on a whole other level from any ordinary martial arts showdown!
But even faced with such a wild attack, Ryan didn’t even flinch. Back in the day, this kind of move would have been a real threat—but ever since he leveled up to Nascent Soul, it was just too weak!
“You little bastard! Back in the day, this move crushed plenty of Huaxia martial artists—today, I’ll crush you!” the Grand Shaman God roared, lining the mountain up for a direct hit on Ryan.

He used to power it with Golden Core strength, but now he was driving it with Nascent Soul energy. The moment he let loose, the whole world seemed to shake—and the mountain shattered instantly!
