It's Actually Rona Zhu

"Heaven's Dew drips down from the void and gathers in the Heaven's Pool. In other words, the Heaven's Pool is filled entirely with Heaven's Dew," Evan Xiao said.

"Has the Heaven's Pool dried up too?" Grace asked.

"No," Evan Xiao replied. "But I doubt the water there can be used for alchemy."

"Why not?"

"Heaven's Dew is formed in the void, but once it touches the ground, it loses its purity and gradually loses its original effect," Evan Xiao explained.

Besides, the Dragon Clan loves to soak in the Heaven's Pool. By now, it's basically one big bathhouse.

Grace frowned.

"I can ask the Divine Dragon for help," Evan Xiao said. "In a few days, I'll bring you both Phoenix Essence and Heaven's Dew to try."

"Great! Thank you!" Grace said.

"Why are you thanking me?" Evan Xiao kissed her on the cheek.

Grace glanced at him, her eyes shimmering, utterly captivating.

Evan Xiao couldn't resist and leaned down to kiss her sweet lips...

Just like dry wood meeting a blazing fire, both of them were losing control—luckily, Louis Lin's voice rang out from outside: "Miss Grace, someone from your family is here to see you."

Grace and Evan Xiao separated, fixed their clothes, and sat two meters apart, straight-backed and proper. "Let her in!" Grace said firmly.

To her surprise, it was Rona Zhu.

"Rona? Why is it you?" Grace asked.

"Greetings, General," Rona Zhu said, bowing politely first.

Evan Xiao glanced at her and waved, signaling she could skip the formalities.

"Sister, Grandfather isn't well!" Rona Zhu said. "You should hurry home and check on him!"

"Grandfather? What's wrong with him?" Grace exclaimed, startled.

"He fainted! It looks like... an energy backlash!"

"Let's go!" Grace jumped up and rushed out.

"Wait!" Evan Xiao called out.

"What is it?"

"I'll go with you!"

"Alright." The three of them hurried home together.

Sure enough, the old general had suffered an energy backlash and was unconscious.

Fortunately, it wasn't too serious.

After Grace's quick emergency treatment, he finally pulled through and woke up.

"Grandfather!" Grace called out, her face dark with worry.

"What's wrong?" Grandfather's eyes flickered with guilt.

"How much did you drink?" Grace asked. "Trying to cultivate after drinking—do you have a death wish?"

He had this bad habit—always liked a few drinks before cultivating.

"I... only had a little!" Grandfather held up one finger. "Just one tiny cup! Really! Rona was there the whole time, ask her if you don't believe me!"

Grace glanced at Rona Zhu, who just smiled and stayed quiet.

"From now on, no more cultivating after drinking!" Grace said. "You're officially banned from alcohol!"

"What?" Grandfather protested. "I'm your elder! How dare you boss me around? Evan, back me up here!"

Evan Xiao said, "Grace is a Spiritual Alchemist, and you're the patient! Patients have to listen to the doctor!"

Grandmother, face dark, chimed in, "Exactly!"

Seeing everyone ganging up on him, Grandfather turned to Rona Zhu. "Rona, you're still the best!"

"Grandfather, even if you say I'm the best, it won't help. From now on, I won't dare bring you any more wine!" Rona Zhu said.

"Hmph! All of you!" Grandfather grumbled. "I've lived like a monk for years, finally got home, and now you won't even let me drink!"

"You can drink, just not before cultivating. It's too dangerous!" Grace advised.

"I really didn't drink much, just one tiny cup," Grandfather protested, looking wronged. "Back in the day, I could drink a whole bottle and be fine!"
