However, Rina Chu dashed forward like an arrow, grabbed Bobby's hands—one in each of hers—and pried them away from his chest, staring intently at his chest.
"Rina Chu! Wh-what are you doing?" Bobby, already incredibly good-looking—practically a work of art—now looked even more striking, hair disheveled and body still wet, caught by Rina Chu with his hands pinned to the edge of the tub... He looked exactly like a beautiful boy being forcefully pinned down by a wicked woman...
Grace rubbed her forehead and stepped in to stop her: "Hey! Hey! Hey! Don't be so impulsive, you're going to scare Bobby—Wait, Bobby, you have a birthmark on your chest? It looks like a tree."
"Yeah, yeah! There's a birthmark! Is it really that shocking to you all? Can I leave now?" Bobby asked, utterly exasperated.
"Yes! Yes!" Grace immediately dragged Rina Chu out and scolded her, "Bobby really is outrageously handsome, but you can't just do that! You're making us women look bad!"
Rina Chu scratched the back of her head and said, "Um, I have something to take care of. I need to head out for a bit! I'll be back soon!"
"Where are you going? The sun's about to set!"
"I'll be right back!" she called out, already at the courtyard gate as she spoke.
"She's acting so weird..." Grace shook her head.
Greenleaf Temple in Sigil City.
Rina Chu ran inside and saw the silhouette of an elderly monk at the far end of the courtyard.
He was gazing at the distant setting sun.
The golden rays of the sunset bathed him, as if he were wrapped in a cloak of light, inspiring awe and reverence.
"President," Rina Chu called out.
The elderly monk turned around—it was Master Sage Dao.
"What's the matter? Why are you out of breath?" Master Sage Dao asked.
"I found someone with the Verdant Order's wooden symbol on them!" Rina Chu said excitedly. "We have another brother!"
"You're talking about Sam Yuan, aren't you?" Master Sage Dao asked.
Rina Chu was stunned. "Huh? President, you already knew?"
"Of course," Master Sage Dao replied.
"Then why didn't you tell him?"
"He's not like us. There's no need to tell him," Master Sage Dao replied.
Rina Chu asked curiously, "Not like us? How is he different?"
"Do you know who he really is?"
"Isn't he... Sam Yuan?"
"Yes, but also no."
Rina Chu: "...President, can you just be straightforward for once?"
Master Sage Dao said, "He is Sam Yuan, but he is also the true President of the Verdant Order."
"The true President?" Rina Chu's jaw dropped.
"That's right! So, there's no need to tell him. He'll awaken when the time is right," Master Sage Dao said.
"Oh..."
...
As luck would have it, when Rina Chu returned to the Spirit Alliance, she happened to run into Bobby coming out from inside.
Sam Yuan looked a bit nervous and tried to avoid her.
But Rina Chu deliberately walked up to him and, with a gentle smile, asked, "Where are you headed? Is there anything I can help you with?"
Her gaze was completely different, eyes sparkling as if stars were dancing in them.
Bobby had known her for ages and had never seen her act so sweet. He shivered and said, "Rina Chu, did you take the wrong medicine or something?"
"Nope!" Rina Chu laughed. "Just checking if you need my help, that's all!"
"No thanks!" Bobby dodged around her and dashed off.
For several days after that, Bobby didn't dare be alone with Rina Chu...
...
Since then, Grace has been thriving as the manager of spirit herbs for the Eastern Alliance.
Ever since Jun Lionhead talked to her about his attitude toward Shannon, Grace had been mulling it over.
Later, she decided to tell her the truth.
