"Trying to run now? You think you can still get away?" As soon as Ryan finished speaking, Aaron Zhao suddenly shoved the two Jinling Void-Realm masters toward him, then turned and bolted for the exit.
"Ryan, you can't let that bastard mastermind get away!" Gabriel Xue, who'd been lying on the ground, slowly stood up.
"That's right! Aaron Zhao is the mastermind behind this whole plot—he has to pay! And all that Azure Dragon Society crap is tied to him. That guy needs to die!" Jinbiao Chen, the Chen family head, shouted.
Right after, Lin Zhan, Yuan Zhengang, Harvey Jin, and the rest all jumped up too. With Ryan Ling going berserk, none of them wanted to sit out. They were all Purple-Realm masters—not enough to take on Void-Realm, but now that they were free, mopping up the goons would be easy. Ryan Ling was on a killing spree, having just broken through to Foundation-Building and stepped onto the Immortal Path. Why would he hold back for anyone? These guys had been trying to kill him, stabbing him countless times. No way he'd ever forgive that.
After he killed one, the other ran off like he'd seen a ghost.
"Trying to run? Get back here!" Ryan Ling shouted, sending a surge of Foundation-Building energy out like a chain, instantly wrapping around the neck of the other Jinling Void-Realm master and yanking him back.
"Screw it, I'll fight you to the death!" That Void-Realm master knew he was done for, so he went all out, charging at Ryan like a madman. His Void-Realm energy flared to the max—he was clearly the strongest of those Ryan had killed so far. He wasn't about to go down easy; his only option was to fight Ryan with everything he had.
"Careful!" Someone shouted nearby. The guy's Void-Realm aura was so intense, it was almost the sum of the previous four Ryan had killed.
"Break!" Ryan saw it coming but didn't even move. His strength wasn't just half-step Foundation-Building anymore—he'd stepped fully into Foundation-Building, his power at least ten times what it was before. One Void-Realm master? Even five at once wouldn't faze him now.
Immortal and mortal—it's like they're on totally different planes of existence!
As soon as Ryan roared, the guy's massive Void-Realm energy shattered, sending him flying into a steel-reinforced stadium wall. The wall collapsed, and the guy was left with broken bones from head to toe—not a single spot intact. Even if he survived, he'd wish he was dead.
