If Andrew Qi and the Japanese managed to escape, tracking them down again would be tough. So Shawn said to Damian Shen, "By the way, Boss Shen, Andrew Qi is with the Japanese! If we can find where he's hiding, we should be able to track them both down!"

But here, since local powers like Hung Brotherhood and our Eaststar Triad are so strong, the Yamaguchi Syndicate only runs something like an 'office' to handle their business." Damian Shen explained.
