Triumvirate Clash Part Two

12/7/2025

Weakness Ray, Curse Ray, Negative Energy Ray, Death Ray, and the most terrifying Entropy Ray—all unleashed at once under the buff of Extreme Magic and other enhancements. In an instant, the Overlord Golem erupted with horrifying destructive power. It looked like a blooming flower of death, or a laser turret spewing endless firepower, as more than a dozen rays swept out in a wave of annihilation.

But this was clearly not the Overlord Golem’s true objective.

Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh—the Cube of Truth spun rapidly inside the Overlord Golem’s body, deciphering mysterious signals from the void. Amid the chaos and thunder of battle, beneath its furious and arrogant exterior, the Overlord Golem’s core ran with icy calm. All those threatening negotiations were just stalling tactics, and the boasting like "your archmage will always be your archmage" was basically camouflage.

The Overlord Golem has no emotions.

Its core—the endlessly spinning Cube of Truth, and the enigmatic Master Nature who manipulates everything behind the scenes—every move has its purpose.

A mage fights the mage’s way.

Far beyond the chaos, inside a magnificent and towering mage tower, five more Cubes of Truth spun at high speed. Lines incomprehensible to ordinary people twisted and danced, and in this silent frenzy, a chilling sense of absolute precision emerged.

These Cubes of Truth had been operating for ages, but now, suddenly, one of them froze and hovered in place, no longer spinning.

“Hmm? Got a result?” Bathed in concentrated heavy fire, the Overlord Golem had taken quite a few hits. But one of its eyes focused and zoomed in, instantly spotting a woman in her fifties who was still stunningly beautiful behind the human barricade. “The one who’s been interfering with me and blocking my attempts to crack the secrets of hyperspace—is it her? Finally, I’ve found you.”

With a thought, the beams shifted. All kinds of rays displayed an awe-inspiring mastery of magic, energies of different properties interfering with each other in the air, weaving a tangled, overlapping web of light. The beams refracted and ricocheted, making the trajectory of destruction even harder to predict.

Ssszzz—four or five rays struck The Divine, but the giant didn’t even bother to block them, letting them scorch his body with blackened marks. The pain meant nothing to him now; it only made the murderous intent in his eyes burn hotter.

Behind the giant, Patrick Zade—who’d arrived late and just dodged the main battle—had barely found his footing when a Negative Energy Ray shot straight at his face. He didn’t even have time to scream before it slapped him right across the nose.

But at that moment, Patrick Zade finally felt that Lady Luck wasn’t just out to slap him silly. That proudly raised Unicorn King's Horn was like a divine sword, splitting the Negative Energy Ray right down the middle!

No one knew what they called it beyond hyperspace, but right now, that Unicorn King's Horn acted like a crystal prism scattering laser beams, deflecting the Negative Energy Ray in all directions. The people guarding him got hit and were instantly corroded and annihilated by the powerful negative energy, but Patrick Zade himself was untouched.

Still shaken, Patrick Zade touched the Unicorn King's Horn on his nose. The weird smell was still lingering, but hey, being the Unicorn King didn’t seem half bad.

On Jill Young’s side, the rays tangled and fused in mid-air, finally merging into a massive beam as thick as a barrel, blasting straight toward the position.

Jill Young darted to the front of the beam, clenched her left fist, swung her right arm up, and then punched out—Zzzzz! The huge beam, defying all logic, was smashed aside with one blow, sending waves of heat rolling as it skimmed past the position and blew out a terrifying hole in the transport pipeline!

The Overlord Golem only had this one move—this was its only chance.

“Archmage, god, whatever—you two are both going down.” Jill Young strode forward.

“Pathetic death throes—try to keep a shred of dignity for the strong.” The Divine stepped forward too.

No wind—because The Divine had absorbed all its energy.

No words—because language was meaningless here.

Jill Young and The Divine walked toward each other, a massive difference in size between them, but with each step, their auras clashed like rising mountains and swirling storms. In Jill’s eyes, the bullets flying back and forth had faded into the background; now, only The Divine and the Overlord Golem standing between them were clear and vivid.

Feeling the surging aura from across the way, Jill Young’s spirit churned too.

First, let’s size up The Divine.

Last time they fought, she’d held back a few tricks and some power, but she hadn’t gone easy—she really did kill him. He survived with some secret technique; that meant he was capable. And not only that, in such a short time, he’d changed so much. It was like the old Divine she’d killed was gone, and a brand new one had come back, stronger than ever.

Just look at those swirling six-colored lights—the guy opposite her had truly become a formidable enemy. And she could sense he was at a threshold; if he broke through, he’d get a huge power boost!

Next, the Overlord Golem.

Stuck between two overwhelming auras, it looked a bit pitiful. But you couldn’t deny—the Overlord Golem had the strength of a top-30 Heavenly Ranked Chosen One. Of course, it had its weaknesses, so it couldn’t trade blows with just anyone; if it faced Xiao Jingzhe, it’d definitely lose. Still, its power was undeniable.

To think a mere figurine could reach this level—just how terrifying is Master Nature, the one behind it all? How many figurines has he made, and how insanely powerful is his real body? How fast is he evolving?

Enemies like these—now that’s exciting!

This is what it means to have powerhouses everywhere, to have a hundred boats racing, a thousand sails unfurling—this is the age of epic competition.

This is the era of Chosen Ones—move forward or die!

In times like these, you have to keep getting stronger—stronger and stronger! You have to progress faster than anyone, rise higher than any master. Only this kind of adventure is worth Jill Young’s obsession, worth her giving it everything she’s got!

As her spirit surged, Jill Young’s veins of power naturally surfaced on her skin. Golden mist steamed from every inch, her aura exploding upward, enveloping the Overlord Golem and crashing toward The Divine. The Divine’s eyes flashed, and his massive form darted forward, striking first.

The overwhelming aura crashed in like a tidal wave, flooding everything. A massive fist slammed out, tracing a vacuum path—a silent punch carrying ruthless, unstoppable force.

But The Divine’s punch wasn’t aimed at Jill Young—it was for the Overlord Golem caught in the middle.

Supreme Technique triggered on reflex—Eight Desolations and Six Harmonies bow to the Supreme. The more pressure, the stronger it gets. The energy in her dantian surged like boiling water, every acupuncture point humming softly. The Bone-Washing Technique ran nonstop, polishing each point until they gleamed like stars, faintly visible through the golden mist.

Is this the chance for a breakthrough?

Then let this punch shatter every obstacle!

She could almost hear all her meridians and acupoints bursting out in a beautiful symphony. Suddenly, Jill Young let out a long howl. In a flash, she threw a punch of her own. The gentle golden mist turned into a tidal wave of force, making the dozens of meters between them vanish. Jill’s form was heroic—her punch wasn’t especially fast, but its fierce energy pressed down on everything, slamming into the Overlord Golem.

Crack! The force of both punches pierced the void, meeting in the middle. The Overlord Golem’s fragile limbs snapped one after another. Its three heads gave up on The Divine behind it, fixing all six eyes on the incoming Jill Young.

All six eyes shone with different lights. Except for the one that was already frozen, the five remaining Cubes of Truth inside it (including the remote ones) were calculating like mad. Its mental power overloaded, slowing the timeline to a crawl. In a distant mage tower, an old white-haired mage holding a staff watched the Cube of Truth, radiating waves of joy.

“So strong! Unlike that guy, this woman has the toughest body I’ve ever seen! She’d make an amazing test subject—I’d love to have her punch something, just to get the data. Too bad, though, the Overlord Golem still has a job to do, so I can’t let it get totally wrecked. For this hyperspace contest, I’ll have to ask you to exit the stage.”

Buzz—the second of the five Cubes of Truth suddenly froze.

“Perfect timing. Now, experience a mage’s way of fighting.” The old mage slammed his staff down—thud! The element pool in the mage tower started bubbling. At the same time, the artificial gravity in Tiberius Laboratory vanished.

“Huh?” Halfway through her punch, Jill Young suddenly stopped. Her left foot stomped down, pouring all her power into the ground. The metal floor surged like ocean waves. Her charge came to a sudden halt, Jill’s brows furrowed, and she shot a deep look at the Overlord Golem—expressionless, yet exuding a calm aura—then gave up the attack and flashed back to her own lines like a beam of light.

In midair, Jill Young pressed a button. With a crackle, the Salamander’s connectors generated powerful magnetism, pulling all the Chosen Ones together.

But The Divine didn’t stop—his thunderous fist smashed into the Overlord Golem. Crack! Crack! The golem’s surface split into tiny fractures, its limbs were smashed to bits, and one of its three heads exploded. A few more punches and it’d be done for.

But from inside the Overlord Golem came a relaxed laugh: “Seems you’re nowhere near as perceptive as she is. That’s some terrifying intuition and impressive decisiveness. What a pity—I was hoping to bury both of you here.”

Huh? The giant frowned, suspicious.

The next moment, a strange and wild pressure enveloped the giant. Not just him—within a sphere a hundred meters wide centered on the Overlord Golem, everything was filled with apocalyptic destruction.

This is... spatial collapse?!

Master Nature cracked the secret behind spatial collapse—and pulled it off right inside the lab?!

No sound, but suddenly everything started getting crushed.

The Divine’s face changed drastically, and he tried to flee at top speed. But in the turbulence of space, he was barely faster than a normal person. The destruction kept intensifying, drawing everything toward the core, matter stretching into bizarre lines. As the world crumbled, the Overlord Golem left The Divine with one last line before blinking away.

“Your archmage will always be your archmage.”
