Third Eye Crisis

"Would I ever lie to you?"

Quinn rolled up the geography map and said, "I have a senior brother who loves wandering around, chasing historical mysteries and uncovering the truth behind them. He left me a bunch of maps—this is one of them."

Cyrus Qi ordered the gods on the ship to approach the ruined continent and said, "Your senior brother is even more reckless than you. He managed to cross out of the Origin World and come here, then escape intact—his cultivation must be impressive. What's his name?"

"Wayne Gale."

"Wayne Gale?"

Cyrus Qi thought for a moment, then shook his head and said, "Never heard of him."

A god under the Red Empress overheard the name Wayne Gale and his expression changed slightly. He whispered, "Young Master, Wayne Gale isn't some nobody—he's the Emperor of Yunluo Heaven Palace."

Cyrus Qi was startled and whispered, "Yunluo Heaven Palace's Emperor? So Wayne Gale is the master of one of the Thirty-Six Heaven Palaces? That's an incredible rank—his status in the Heavenly Court is just a notch below my master. How could he possibly be Quinn Shepherd's senior brother?"

The god whispered, "This Yunluo Emperor is a rebel too! He defected thousands of years ago. I heard one of Heavenly Court's Venerables exposed him, captured and suppressed him—his life is worse than death now."

Cyrus Qi suddenly understood and laughed, "Red rubs off on you, black stains you. The whole Quinn family really are rebels to the core."

Quinn coughed and reminded him, "Cyrus, I can hear you, you know."

Cyrus Qi pretended not to hear. The Phoenix Ark slowed down, and Quinn opened the map, locating Wayne Gale's marked spot on the continent and searching for the place where Wayne hid his treasure.

The Phoenix Ark flew above the continent, slowly descending, when suddenly it was rocked violently by a savage force, tossing and tumbling!

Over six thousand gods on the ship shouted in unison, channeling all their power. For a moment, countless Heaven Palaces appeared above the treasure ship, with innumerable Primordial Spirits standing tall within them, unleashing all their might to power up the Phoenix Ark!

The Phoenix Ark's wings spun and sliced, bursting out with blades of light that instantly shredded the strange force into countless fragments, restoring stability to the ship!

At that moment, a grand sound echoed from the ruins below, its rhythm oddly ritualistic, as if countless people were performing a sacrifice.

Light burst forth from the source of the sound, growing ever brighter and so dense it seemed almost tangible, surging toward the just-stabilized Phoenix Ark!

Under the stunned gazes of everyone on board, the light condensed, transforming into a colossal godly giant—like a spirit form, with no flesh, its flickering light weaving strange patterns across its surface.

Its body was far larger than the Phoenix Ark; its head rose up beside the ship, with halo rings spinning wildly behind it as it reached out to slap the Ark!

Quinn's mind thundered as he stared, dumbfounded, at the impossibly majestic giant god.
