"Demon King Chu has gone mad—he actually dares to challenge four high-tier gods at once!"

He's gotten too full of himself. If he kept a low profile, his future would be glorious, but now...!

"Yeah, the gap between mid-tier gods and high-tier gods is huge. Does he think just because he killed a mid-tier god, he can ignore the high-tiers?"

At this moment, not a single person believed in Ian Song, nor did anyone think he could defeat four high-tier gods working together.

"Eldon, the God of Longevity, this is a great hope for our Human Race. If you transcend with Creation Divine Light, once he becomes a god, he can take your place protecting our people. So I hope you'll step forward!"

The green-haired Goddess Cassandra looked at the aged Eldon, the God of Longevity, and spoke.

Eldon, the God of Longevity, was one of the human race's three high-tier gods, and generally acknowledged as the strongest among them.

Upon hearing this, a look of hesitation flashed across Eldon's face.

"Eldon, I agree with Goddess Cassandra's suggestion!" The other god, Yaolao, spoke up.

For a moment, Eldon looked at Ian Song and said in a deep voice, "Ian, you must have heard. If the girl beside you joins the Heavenly Phoenix Clan as their Divine Daughter, you won't lose out. Why not take a step back?"

Eldon nodded and stepped forward, arriving at the edge of the formation.

His sword had a clear trajectory, simple and unadorned, but the sword intent it radiated carried a destructive edge.

Over the past few months, with his divine fruits exhausted, improving his cultivation was nearly impossible, so he focused entirely on swordsmanship. His understanding of the Heavenbreaker Sword Canon rose to a whole new level.

The Heavenly Phoenix Clan's lifespan far exceeded that of the Human Race, but Eldon was an exception—his lifespan was much greater than any other Human god.

"Grand Elder, could you do an old man a favor and spare our Human junior?"

Eldon spoke directly, making his intentions clear.

"Impossible! He killed our clan's Divine Daughter—how could we possibly spare him!"

Another high-tier god of the Heavenly Phoenix Clan spoke up.

"If Eldon can persuade him to let the girl at his side join our Heavenly Phoenix Clan, I might consider it!" The Grand Elder smiled.

For a moment, Eldon looked at Song Yan and said in a deep voice, "Chu Fan, you must have heard. If the girl beside you joins the Heavenly Phoenix Clan as their Divine Daughter, you won't lose out. Why not take a step back?"

Ian Song taunted them again.

Hmph, you little thief, courting death! I'll cut you down myself!

A high-tier god strode forward, a simple black longsword appearing in his hand. He casually swung it in a wide arc.

It looked like a simple strike, but it contained profound mysteries—ethereal and elusive, impossible to anticipate.

Nice sword technique!

As a swordmaster, Ian Song nodded to himself and swung his Azure Flood-Dragon Sword in response.

His sword followed a clear trajectory, simple and unadorned, but the sword intent it radiated carried a destructive edge.

Over the past few months, with his divine fruits exhausted, improving his cultivation was nearly impossible, so he focused entirely on swordsmanship. His understanding of the Heavenbreaker Sword Canon rose to a whole new level.

Clang!

The two swords collided in midair with a crisp sound, then separated and kept slashing.

Again and again.

The two exchanged dozens of sword moves. Except for their first clash, their blades never collided again, lending the duel a calm, effortless air.

But the high-tier gods present, and those watching nearby, grew increasingly serious as they witnessed this duel—various expressions flickered across their faces.

Because this was a clash of Dao versus Dao, stripped of all flashy techniques.

Who would have thought Ian Song's swordsmanship was this advanced? I can't compare!

A mid-tier god who specialized in swordsmanship sighed.

If this boy survives today, his future blessings will surely surpass my own! Eldon, the God of Longevity, also sighed.

Buzz!

Suddenly, a piercing sword cry rang out. Everyone saw the high-tier god of the Heavenly Phoenix Clan's black longsword shatter into pieces, inch by inch.

He froze in place. A line of blood appeared on his forehead, and the light in his eyes gradually faded away until it vanished.

Thud!

The lifeless body collapsed to the ground.

Demon King Chu won!

He actually killed a high-tier god!

Demon King Chu is defying the heavens!

Spectators who had doubted Ian Song now changed their tune.

But there were still skeptics.

He may have killed one high-tier god, but the Heavenly Phoenix Clan still has three more high-tier gods and twenty-one mid-tier gods. If they all attack together, Demon King Chu is doomed!

Yeah, that makes sense.

With this kid around, our Human Race is sure to rise two ranks! What a pity...

Goddess Cassandra's eyes shone as she stared at Ian Song and murmured.

You three, come at me together!

Ian Song pointed his sword at the Grand Elder and the other two high-tier gods.

Kill him!

Murder gleamed in the Grand Elder's eyes. The Creation Heaven Monolith hadn't even opened yet, but the Heavenly Phoenix Clan had already lost a high-tier god. She couldn't accept this, so at this moment, she was truly enraged and wanted to destroy Ian Song completely.
