Beginning to Ruthlessly Crush the Flowers

Evan Chu immediately spoke up after hearing the Grand Elder say that: "Everyone in the Azure Tide Ruins knows Heavenly Fragrance Pavilion's rules. Even if I were the dumbest person alive, I wouldn't make such a rookie mistake. That girl's story is full of holes. With her level of strength, if I really wanted to do something to her, she wouldn't have been able to resist at all, let alone send a signal for help.

I don't understand why she'd slander me like this. A real man owns up to what he does, and I won't admit to something I didn't do. If the Grand Elder thinks I'm just making excuses, then I have nothing more to say. If you want a fight, let's fight—I'm not some coward. But there's one thing I have to make clear: for a sect as famous as Heavenly Fragrance Pavilion to have a disciple like her, it's truly unfortunate."

"Are you done talking? Then prepare to die. You think I'd believe anything you say? Even if she's lying, I don't care—who knows if you'll spread this story everywhere. For the reputation of Heavenly Fragrance Pavilion, you have to die." the Grand Elder said coldly.

Evan Chu felt his anger ignite. Talking nonsense with these women was pointless—hell, if I have to, I'll just bathe Heavenly Fragrance Pavilion in blood today.

"So you're just another idiot woman, wasting food and air by living in this world. If you want to kill me, you'd better see if you have the skills. I didn't want to make this a big deal, but clearly that's not going to happen." Evan snapped back, his anger flaring.

At the same time, that suffocating, king-like aura reappeared around him, startling the Grand Elder and making her even more curious about Evan Chu's origins.

In truth, she already believed Evan Chu's words by now, but for the sake of Heavenly Fragrance Pavilion's reputation, she had no choice but to go against her conscience. She laughed, "I didn't expect someone so young to have this kind of power—you're really something. But geniuses like you rarely live long. Prepare to die!"

As soon as she finished speaking, a powerful aura surged from her body, instantly scattering the force Evan Chu had just released.

Meanwhile, the other women retreated far away. The atmosphere was so oppressive that they couldn't stay close, so they could only watch the fight unfold from a distance.

"Let me show you the spatial lockdown of a Ninth-Layer Divine Martial expert. Dying under my spatial lockdown is an honor you don't deserve." the Grand Elder declared.

Right away, Evan Chu realized his body was being bound by an invisible energy, making it feel like he couldn't move at all.

Evan had faced plenty of situations like this before. The Grand Elder probably thought his strength was far beneath hers and that his speed was a threat, so she deliberately used this move.

With a thought, Evan activated Earthshift, quickly covering himself in a layer of stone armor. He could've just burrowed underground and escaped, but since this woman was being so unreasonable, he decided she deserved a lesson.

He also wanted to test the true power of Tyrant Cleave, the first form sealed inside the Frostbane Sword, so he stood his ground without moving.

When the Grand Elder saw the stone armor appear on Evan Chu, she was baffled—it was the first time she'd ever seen someone create something like that on their own body.

She slowly increased her force, preparing to crush Evan Chu flat—just like she'd once done to Meng Ji, turning someone into nothing but a human skin.

Evan immediately felt the pressure bearing down on him. It was every bit as intense as the Gravity Chamber's force, maybe even stronger.

But Evan Chu was no longer the same as before—this kind of pressure didn't threaten him at all. His own defense was already formidable, and the stone armor alone was enough to withstand it.

Evan stood there, completely unfazed, and looked at the Grand Elder of Heavenly Fragrance Pavilion not far away. "Old hag, your spatial lockdown is so weak. Did you skip breakfast, or are you just too old to have any strength left?" he taunted.

Since she wanted to kill him, Evan had no intention of showing mercy. Women care a lot about their age, and now Evan was actually calling her an old hag, which instantly infuriated her.

She instantly cranked up her force. "Brat, you talk too much—let me send you on your way!"

Evan now felt the pressure growing much stronger. The stone armor formed by earth element was starting to crack—turns out this old woman really did have some power as a Ninth-Layer Divine Martial expert.

"Old witch, your strength is still too weak! Don’t tell me you spent last night fooling around with some man and now you’re too exhausted to fight? If this is all you’ve got, then I’m about to break your spatial lockdown—don’t say I didn’t warn you!" Evan laughed loudly.

The Grand Elder was enraged by Evan’s words. The first rule of Heavenly Fragrance Pavilion was to forbid any improper acts with men—in their eyes, all men were evil, heartless, and not worth loving or trusting.

For the Grand Elder—who was at least fifty years old and still a virgin—Evan’s insult was the greatest humiliation imaginable.

"Die!" This time the Grand Elder was truly furious. Stellar Power roared inside her, and for the first time she felt the urge to kill someone—not just once, but thousands of times over.

Evan felt the pressure intensify again. If this kept up, his Earthshift defense would be crushed for sure. With a thought, he unleashed his Chaos Dragon Force at full power.

He planned to kill both the Grand Elder and the girl who slandered him, then escape Heavenly Fragrance Pavilion as fast as possible. The Azure Tide Ruins were huge, and nobody knew his real identity anyway—even if the whole world hunted him, he could just change his face and disappear.

Ice and fire elements gathered on his fist as he unleashed the seventh form of the Demon-Breaking Fist. The massive force smashed straight into the Grand Elder’s spatial lockdown.

Even with her Ninth-Layer Divine Martial strength, the Grand Elder’s spatial lockdown was nothing before the Demon-Breaking Fist’s power. Evan’s punch shattered it instantly.

The huge backlash instantly shook the Grand Elder’s mind, and the rebound from her own technique left her heavily wounded—she’d used her full strength, so the damage was even worse.

Unable to hold it back, the Grand Elder spat out a mouthful of blood, forcing herself to endure the pain as she stared in shock at the young man across from her. She couldn’t believe someone not even twenty, whose realm shouldn’t exceed Fifth-Layer Divine Martial, could break her spatial lockdown head-on.

The most unbelievable thing was that he hadn’t suffered a single scratch under her spatial lockdown’s pressure.

The other female disciples saw the Grand Elder coughing blood and rushed over. One of the guardians shouted, "Everyone, join forces and kill the villain who hurt the Grand Elder!"

In an instant, all the women began to surround and attack Evan Chu again—this time joined by two more outer guardians...
