Domineering Subjugation

Evan Chu staggered a few steps and then fell hard to the ground, looking utterly disheveled and staring in terror at the Perfumed Heaven Hall Mistress not far away. “How could this happen?” he cried.

But in fact, he had fallen on purpose—his goal was to make the Hall Mistress drop her guard so Luna the Sword Spirit could seize the chance to subdue her. After all, the Hall Mistress’s strength was terrifying, and Evan couldn’t afford to take risks.

“Heh, why aren’t you running anymore? After being hit by my Heavenly Fragrance Poison, you still want to escape? You’re underestimating Perfumed Heaven Hall too much. Right now, doesn’t it feel like thousands of ants are crawling through your body—agonizing, isn’t it?

The more you circulate your Stellar Power, the worse it gets—and the deeper the poison seeps in. You dared to kill my hall’s disciples, so today I’ll torture you to death!” The Hall Mistress’s face turned vicious, looking downright scary.

“Hey, don’t get reckless or you’ll regret it! I’ve got serious backing—if you kill me, Perfumed Heaven Hall will know no peace!” Evan threatened, figuring if he was going to play the part, he’d go all in. Bluffing the Hall Mistress felt pretty damn satisfying.

“Oh? Let’s hear it—what kind of power is backing you that could make Perfumed Heaven Hall suffer?” The Hall Mistress laughed, but the anger in her eyes only grew.

“If I tell you, will you let me go? If not, I’m not saying a word. Anyway, my people know I came to Perfumed Heaven Hall—if I don’t return in three days, just wait for your sect to be wiped out!” Evan said seriously.

“Wiped out? In the Azure Tide Ruins, no sect dares talk about destroying Perfumed Heaven Hall. Kid, if you’re going to brag, at least use your brain. You really think I’m that easy to fool?” the Hall Mistress snapped.

“You think Perfumed Heaven Hall is such a big deal? If my Hall Master made a move, wiping out your sect would be effortless. And you dare claim no sect could destroy you? What a joke!” Evan sneered, putting on an utterly disdainful look.

The Hall Mistress was stunned by his words—this kid’s strength was clearly formidable, obviously the elite of some great sect. Judging by his attitude, he wasn’t lying. Could he be from that newly risen Dark God Cult of the last few decades?

Though she was shocked inside, the Hall Mistress’s face showed not the slightest hint of panic. “Go ahead and tell me—which sect are you from? If you’re honest, maybe I’ll spare your miserable life for your sect’s sake. But if you try to hide anything, you’re dead for sure.”

Evan snickered to himself—the Hall Mistress was clearly falling for his bluff. Only a fool would believe she’d really let him go. So he laughed and said, “Unless you give me the antidote first, I’m not telling you anything. If you dare lay a hand on me, then do it! I’d love to see how my sect wipes out Perfumed Heaven Hall.”

The Hall Mistress flew into a rage. “Brat, you have no right to bargain with me. Since you won’t talk, you’d better taste some pain first.”

With that, she flashed right up to Evan and slammed her palm into his chest. The force was immense, making Evan feel a wave of agony in his chest.

Even the defenses of his Fourth-Layer Starforge Body couldn’t withstand her casual palm strike. It seemed her cultivation had at least broken through to the Saint Martial Realm—Perfumed Heaven Hall really was no joke.

Evan couldn’t help but spit out a mouthful of blood, cursing furiously, “You crazy hag, you dare hurt me? If I survive this, you’ll regret it!”

“Heh, you think you can? You’re about to die and still spouting nonsense—don’t you know your place? Still, your strength isn’t bad. You actually withstood sixty percent of my power and can still talk. Looks like I’ll have to use harsher methods.” the Hall Mistress said.

“Throw whatever you’ve got at me! Like I’d be scared of you, woman. Just hope I don’t get away—if I do, you’ll regret it for life!” Evan shouted back, his face twisted with fury.

The Hall Mistress glanced at Evan and said, “You don’t know when to quit. I’ll make you wish you were dead!”

She chopped out another palm, this one roaring with thunder and wind. If it landed, Evan could be seriously hurt—so he instantly countered with the seventh form of Demon-Breaking Fist, striking head-on against her attack.

Bang! Their attacks collided—Evan skidded several meters across the ground before stopping, while the Hall Mistress was also forced back a few steps.

But at the instant their attacks met, a flash of white light shot from Evan’s brow and, without warning, slipped straight into the Hall Mistress’s body.

She was so shocked by Evan suddenly unleashing his Stellar Power that she didn’t notice the white light at all—which was exactly what he wanted.

He rose from the ground, knowing Luna the Sword Spirit had succeeded. Their minds were linked—she’d already told him she could subdue the Hall Mistress at any moment and let him do as he pleased.

“You’re not poisoned? How is that possible!” The Hall Mistress was utterly shocked when she saw Evan now.

“You think some cheap Heavenly Fragrance Poison could take me down? Didn’t I tell you—if I get out of this, you’ll regret it! And I’ve gotta say, your body’s not bad at all. I’ll be sure to enjoy it soon, so do your best!” Evan laughed.

Such filthy words made the Hall Mistress furious. “I’ll kill you right now—die!” she roared.

She chopped out a palm, but Evan simply closed his eyes and let her attack land—he wasn’t worried at all.

Just as her palm was about to hit Evan, the Hall Mistress suddenly collapsed, writhing in agony and rolling on the ground.

“Heh, how’s that feel? Want to kill me? You should check your own strength first. Now it’s my turn to deal with you.” Evan laughed.

He spoke to Luna in his mind: “Luna, is there a way to seal her Stellar Power? This woman’s attacks are too strong—if she suddenly ambushes me, I’ll be in trouble.”

“That’s easy. I’ll just seal her Saint Star Pellet. The Hall Mistress is at the third layer of the Saint Martial Realm—definitely not to be underestimated,” Luna replied.

Suddenly, the Hall Mistress’s pain vanished. She slowly got up, puzzled—how could this young man tamper with her body without her noticing? It was simply unbelievable.

She glared at Evan. “You’ve got skills, kid. Let’s see how you escape this time!”

She struck out with another palm, but realized too late it had no power at all—her Stellar Power wouldn’t respond. Checking her Saint Star Pellet, she found it completely sealed.

She was stunned, and just then Evan slammed out a palm. As their palms met, he suddenly switched moves and pulled the Hall Mistress into his arms...
