The Change Triggered by the Sea-Beast Whip

Boom—tremors shook the entire space, and only when Evan Yang and the dagger-wielding senior stopped attacking did the domain finally stabilize.

"Because of the Godslayer Daggers, I was separated from my family—and now, thanks to them, I've finally learned where they are. Today, I can finally let go and seek what I truly need to find." The dagger-wielding senior sighed.

Thus, the bloodshed triggered by the two Godslayer Daggers finally came to an end.

"Do you know where they are now?" The dagger-wielding senior, eager to find his family, immediately pressed Evan for their location.

"No need," Evan said modestly.

After hearing this, the dagger-wielding senior said, "Thank you. If I get the chance in the future, I'll properly thank you."

Evan stared at the dagger-wielding senior in shock. "You spent so much time and effort protecting them—shouldn't I be returning this to you instead?"

The dagger-wielding senior nodded, then smiled at Lauren Shell, "Without you, I wouldn't have escaped so quickly. Thank you as well."

Evan Yang accepted the Godslayer Daggers, saying, "Thank you."

"It's over. Let's go." Evan Yang put away the two Godslayer Daggers, feeling thrilled—now he was just one Godslayer Dagger short of the complete set.

"That was the plan, but I didn't expect you to be the boy's real father," Evan replied with an awkward laugh.

"Because of the daggers, I was separated from my family—and now, thanks to them, I've finally learned where they are. Today, I can finally let go and seek what I truly need to find." The senior sighed.

Thus, the bloodshed triggered by the two daggers finally came to an end.

"Do you know where they are now?" The senior, eager to find his family, immediately pressed Evan for their location.

So Evan told the senior where Madam Flora was now.

After hearing this, the senior said, "Thank you. If I get the chance in the future, I'll properly thank you."

"Take care," Evan said with a smile, seeing him off.

The senior nodded, then smiled at Lauren Shell, "Without you, I wouldn't have escaped so quickly. Thank you as well."

Lauren Shell hadn't processed it yet; only after he left did she come back to her senses. "He just left?"

"It's over. Let's go." Evan Yang put away the two daggers, feeling thrilled—now he was just one dagger short of the complete set.

"He just left?" Lauren Shell stared blankly, unable to believe things had ended so quickly.

"What else did you want him to do?" Evan Yang grinned.

"Man, I wonder when I'll ever reach your level," Lauren Shell sighed.

"You'll get there someday."

"I hope so. Come on, let's go," Lauren Shell said with a smile.

Just as they were about to leave, Lauren Shell suddenly felt something strange.

Evan Yang noticed it too, his gaze locking onto Lauren. He saw something at her side trembling—when she pulled it out, it was the Sea‑Beast Whip.

As soon as she took it out, the Sea‑Beast Whip shot into the air, flying off in a certain direction.

"What the heck?" Both of them were stunned.

The Sea‑Beast Whip had been Lauren Shell's life‑bound weapon for years, so she instantly gave chase, terrified of losing it. Evan Yang, worried for her safety, ran after Lauren as she pursued the whip.

After running for quite a while, Evan and Lauren finally reached an altar.

An altar? Both were shocked to see the Sea‑Beast Whip already embedded there, as if it had always belonged in that spot.

"What's this?" Lauren Shell asked, confused.

Then they saw the Sea‑Beast Whip activate, glowing with light—and in a flash, Lauren Shell vanished from where she stood.

Evan Yang was alarmed and rushed forward to investigate, only to be flung back by the Sea‑Beast Whip.

"Damn, what kind of artifact is this?" Evan, now at the Spirit‑Wandering Realm, felt his whole soul tremble from the whip's strike. He couldn't help cursing in shock.

After that first lesson, Evan didn't dare charge in again, choosing instead to observe from the side.

So he sat there for half a month. Whenever Evan approached, the whip would react and throw him back.

"What is going on?" Evan muttered, frustrated.

"You may leave now." A sacred voice echoed through the space.
