Most of Blackfield's jade mines are controlled by warlords, and these warlords generally sign contracts with major domestic jewelry groups. That means the supply is basically monopolized by the big jewelry corporations.
The remaining ten percent gets snapped up by smaller domestic jewelers and Jade Gambling Halls.
So, the only way to get a large supply of rough jade is to buy at Blackfield's Public Auction.
The Blackfield Public Auction is hosted jointly by several warlords and takes place every year on June 18, lasting a full week.
