Bind Force and Severing Force

12/7/2025

A wild wind rampaged through the sky. Massive clouds seemed to manifest out of thin air, rising from the desert and swirling at breakneck speed, their friction generating a sea of electric charge. Crackle—BOOM! Lightning splintered, thunder roared, and the cloud vortex spun furiously, then a fat tornado crashed down to earth, tearing across the sand. It was as if the heavens themselves had lost their temper, coming down to squash a madman. Or maybe it was the gods shining a spotlight, ready to whisk their favorite child back to the sky.

But you think you can just walk away?

Did I say you could leave?!

Bind Force—Caged Bird.

Bind Force—Caged Bird, evolved from the classic Celestial Dragnet form. Originally, Celestial Dragnet was a lightness and palm technique from the ancient tomb school, letting eighty-one birds flutter between your fingers—never escaping your grasp. But after absorbing all sorts of divine skills, including the Northern Sea Divine Skill, Ripple Step, and Minor Formless Skill, this move got a full-on supercharged makeover.

Doesn’t matter how quick you are—if I say you’re not leaving, you’re not leaving. Caged bird, time to play by my rules!

And the best part? You don’t even need to throw a punch.

Jill Young stood her ground, not lifting a hand, not moving an inch. Hummm—five meters above her, the tornado slammed into some invisible barrier, blocked from entering her zone. Meanwhile, the vague human shape shot through the air like a bullet, spun a wild U-turn tighter than any drift king could manage, and then crash-landed face-first into the desert.

BOOM! Sand and stones flew everywhere as "God" drilled a crater in the desert with his head, just like a cannonball.

Right now, God was totally dazed. No golden shield buff, so his head was rattled and his face shredded bloody by flying sand. He had zero clue what just happened—he didn’t feel anyone touch him, he just kept charging forward… but ended up carving a groove in the ground with his face.

He looked up, cold sweat breaking out down his back—he’d landed right at the woman’s feet, barely three feet away! From this angle, her half-smiling mouth and that condescending stare cut straight through his pride like a knife, but it was the shock that snapped him back to his senses.

He couldn't make sense of what had just happened.

But he knew one thing—he had to get out of here, fast!

His silver teeth clenched, storm power surged like a tidal wave. BOOM—God shot up like a missile, flying toward the storm that was calling him.

Just as his feet left the ground—snap!—someone grabbed his ankle, tight.

God glanced down and saw that weird smile—his soul nearly jumped out of his body. He roared and tried to rocket upward, dragging Jill Young with him, cranking his golden shield to max. At this point, popping the yellow light was basically muscle memory.

No matter how hard he tried, Jill Young stood firm—she didn't budge an inch.

Don't rush off—the main course isn't over yet. My Bind Force has more than one trick. If you ask me, I prefer the next move: Bind Force—Land of Tenderness.

God was instantly on edge.

But God didn't understand Chinese, so he wasn't nearly as freaked out as he should've been.

The Land of Tenderness is the tomb of heroes.

Even heroes stumble at the beauty checkpoint.

If you know Chinese, the second you hear that name, you know you’re in trouble. No matter how strong or bold you are, in the Land of Tenderness your will gets worn down, your edges get smoothed, your pride gets plucked, and your energy gets sucked dry. All that talent just ends up being used to charm a pretty face under the moonlight.

King Zhou played in wine pools with Daji, King You lit beacons to amuse Bao Si, Emperor Cheng rode with Flying Swallow, Lü Bu ditched his foster dad for Diao Chan, Emperor Taizong lost his soul to Wu Zetian, Emperor Xuanzong chased after his beloved, Wu Sangui toppled his crown for a beauty, Mao... culture... Jiang Qing... cough cough, sudden existential dread—better not write more or heaven might strike me down. Anyway, endless tales pour out from just those three words: Land of Tenderness.

Anybody who gets the reference knows this is trouble—big trouble. But honestly? There’s probably a tiny bit of curiosity about what kind of steamy action happens in the Land of Tenderness.

Uh...wait a sec—Jill Young...Land of Tenderness?!

I’m not a fan of 'Caged Bird'—too bossy, too blunt, makes guests feel like they’re being forced to stay. 'Land of Tenderness' is way better. Just hearing it makes people want to stick around—even if I say you can go, you won’t want to leave. Oh, and by the way, this move is a mashup of several techniques. Number one: Dragon Claw Technique.

Crack! The yellow light around God’s ankle shattered.

Number two: Bone Displacement Grip.

Snap! Crack! Joints twisted, bones shattered—like a string of firecrackers going off.

Number three: Forge Hammer Strike.

Boom, boom, boom—the desert echoed like heavy artillery pounding nonstop.

This one's wild—Eighteen Hells, Pure Land, Infinite Reincarnation Slam!

From a distance, the figure glowing yellow looked like a prehistoric T-Rex was going to town on him—grab, slam, twist, slam, choke, slam, whack, slam! The noise shook the cliffs and sent rocks tumbling.

With the yellow light, God’s body should’ve been tough as steel. Sand should’ve cushioned the blows. But right now, God swore he felt like dough—flattened like an Indian flatbread!

Blood spurted from every wound. He couldn’t even scream. The force mangled his body—he couldn’t run, couldn’t fight. A terrifying thought hit him: If this keeps up, I’m going to die.

No way, no way—I can’t... I can’t be...

Boom—his back slammed into the desert, which felt as hard as an anvil. The impact blasted blood from his chest like a pressure hose, and hammered the thought deep into his mind.

If this keeps up, I’ll die—really die!

He cracked open his nearly blinded eyes and saw Jill Young’s smile—ecstatic and resolute. She wasn’t letting her prey escape, no matter what.

No, I have to get out—I have to! Even if I have to use my trump card, even if I have to use... that technique!

With a thought, the rune card floating in his mind shot out, blazing with light. It was his ultimate survival tool—no need to move, just think, and it activated. Nothing could stop it, except for the massive resources and his own willpower it required.

It cost a fortune, but for someone with God’s status and wealth, it hurt a little but wouldn’t break him. He’d always resisted using this trump card—the real issue was his pride.

Aiming for the Divine Throne in the sky, God refused to bow to anyone, refused to think anyone was above him. But using this trump card meant admitting he needed someone else’s power to survive.

Especially—he didn’t want to bow to that person.

Master Nature...

One mistake, total defeat. Life or death in a single moment. Caught by Land of Tenderness, God knew he’d miscalculated—he’d lost, big time. If Jill Young hadn’t wanted a witness, he’d already be dead. And from her piercing eyes, he could tell—she wasn’t set on letting him live. It all depended on her whim.

Now, survival was all that mattered.

Whoosh! Strange light burst from the rune card, shattering into countless sparks. Beams of indescribable color weaved together, forming a huge, intricate magic array that engulfed God. Jill Young’s hands were suddenly empty—God had broken free.

I have to admit, I underestimated the heroes of the world. I underestimated Master Nature, and I underestimated you." God straightened up, blue ripples swirling around him as his wounds were quickly suppressed. The deep damage from the Eight External Forces couldn't be healed so easily, but at least on the surface, he looked calm and collected again.

Master Nature really is the master of spatial magic. This magic array is half in the void with me, so don’t waste your energy." God stared at Jill Young, eyes burning with madness and hatred: "Today’s just a greeting. Next time, I won’t make the same mistake. Next time…"

He didn’t spit out any threats, but his thirst for revenge was so strong you could feel the chill in your bones.

Suspended in the semi-void, no physical force could touch him. The magic array would soon teleport him to his safehouse. As a pure physical fighter, even Jill Young couldn’t touch him now.

As long as I can leave, next time—next time, I’ll make you pay!

But just then, God’s heart skipped a beat—he realized Jill Young didn’t look frustrated at all.

Her smile was even colder, more confident, more resolute—sharper than ever.

A strange aura burst from her, making God—safe in the semi-void—feel a chill down his spine, like a blade at his throat.

An illusion?

No, definitely not an illusion—this woman really could hurt him!

I didn’t think you’d force me to use this move, but you’re tougher than I expected. Since you’ve earned it, I’ll use it to send you off." Jill Young raised her right hand, blade-like, her eyes flashing. "Remember what I said? I promised to take your head, and I keep my promises."

Her palm blazed with light, like a divine sword unsheathed—its brilliance sent chills through the world. Her platinum hair flew, and invisible energy radiated outward, crushing the sand to dust.

Facing this move, God was suddenly terrified—he realized Master Nature’s rune card couldn’t block it!

With a shout, clouds gathered. God, desperate, pushed his yellow energy to the max, turning himself into a golden statue. The magic array spun faster, pulling him into the void—his body fading away.

But Jill Young didn’t rush. She unleashed her move: "Eight External Forces—Severing Force: Immortal-Slaying Blade. Time to send you on your way."
