I watched the scene below in silence: the forces of the Underworld Court had formed a massive concave formation, blocking the enemy advancing across bridges that regenerated no matter how many times they were cut down.
The enemy’s actions amounted to nothing but suicide. Again and again, high-ranking ghost generals at the front wielded their weapons, unleashing powerful ghost aura to strike the foes on the bridge, sending them plunging below.
Watching the war below was witnessing a one-sided massacre. From the fortress where I stood, giant incendiaries were constantly hurled from the lower tiers, bursting among the enemy ranks and instantly reducing many to ash.
Originally, in such a one-sided slaughter, the enemy stood no chance. Yet I still saw some slip through, crossing the bridge and engaging the Underworld Court soldiers directly.
