Ryan Ling’s open declaration was basically one guy declaring war on the entire nation of Niyama!
In an instant, the entire Niyama leadership was shaken. The headquarters had already been on high alert, with emergency deployments keeping everyone frantically busy, but Ryan’s sudden blitz seemed to throw everything into chaos!
“Damn it, did a top-tier Chinese cultivator really come to kill us? Where are the black wizards—why have they all vanished?” roared Niyama’s Minister of Defense, slamming his desk.
“Minister, we just got word from the Black Wizard HQ—the Grand Shaman is about to emerge, and all the black wizards have gone over. Master Azan’s own aide just sent word: our military has to hold the line for now!” a communications officer said urgently.
“Bullshit! That guy personally wiped out Ksitigarbha, and over a thousand black wizards came fleeing back. You want us to hold the line? Against him? Are you kidding?” The Minister of Defense was no fool—he was actually pretty sharp. All kinds of footage of Ryan’s assault were already in front of him, plus the files from his rampage in Japan. The Chinese kid who survived a nuclear blast? Who the hell could stop him!
“But Minister, the President just ordered us—no matter what, we have to hold off this Chinese powerhouse. If you can hold him for three hours, you’ll be invited into the Cabinet and officially made Vice President!” the communications officer pressed.
“Minister, just give the order—we’ll follow your lead!” The other trusted aides jumped up immediately. If the Minister got promoted, they’d all ride his coattails straight to the top.
“Mobilize the elite divisions nearby, bring up all the artillery, throw every soldier we’ve got at him! I refuse to believe that our entire national military can’t stop one guy!” With that, several divisions stationed in Niyama’s capital were rapidly deployed.
Niyama might have some clout in Southeast Asia, but compared to the vastness of China, it was just a little earthworm—barely worth mentioning. The whole country wasn’t even as big as one Chinese province.
So no matter how strong their military was, Ryan just saw it as one word—trash!
And Niyama and China had a blood feud too. Back in the day, Niyama killed God knows how many Chinese—time to settle that score!
Right now, Ryan was totally exposed—he wasn’t hiding at all. Like a rocket, he blasted straight into the heart of Niyama, smashing through the random militia around him. They didn’t stand a chance; in seconds, he’d wiped them out!
Ryan’s move instantly caught the attention of neighboring countries—especially Southeast Asia, who were now on edge. Every military satellite in the region was locked on Ryan.
After all, Ryan was the superstar of the Japan battle—everyone wanted to see his next move. And today, he was going all out, totally unfiltered!
Crushing a whole country single-handed!
Even in the golden age of martial arts, nobody would’ve dared imagine this!
But Ryan was like some kind of mutant blade, splitting a modern nation wide open.
Now everyone had to re-evaluate just how powerful Chinese martial arts really were!
“Minister, he—he’s coming!” It had been less than five minutes since Ryan entered Niyama’s borders, and a fast-moving figure appeared on the capital’s radar!
That figure was moving so fast, he was practically outpacing supersonic jets!
Even the Minister of Defense was sweating, facing an absolute beast like this.
“All set! Four divisions are in place—artillery, tanks, missiles, everything’s deployed. Three more reserve divisions are assembling. We’ve got a full fifty thousand troops ready for this!” a staff officer shouted.
“Good! Just hold him for three hours!” The Minister knew full well these fifty thousand troops couldn’t really stop Ryan. If they could just hold him for three hours, he’d be satisfied—even if the whole army got wiped out!
“Understood!” The staff generals around him shouted, and orders went flying to every division.
“Target sighted! He’s in our firing range!”
“Artillery ready. Tanks ready. Snipers ready. Fire on my command.”
“On my command—open fire with everything you’ve got!”
With a single order—
Boom!
Nearly a thousand giant cannons roared at once, shaking the heavens and earth. That much firepower could flatten a city of a million people, and they were aiming it all at one guy—absolutely nuts!
“Damn, this is earth-shaking! I’ve been the Tiger Division commander for years, but I’ve never seen anything this wild. What’s Defense thinking, mobilizing three divisions for one guy? He must be a god—probably vaporized by now!”
“Commander, you don’t even know. It’s not just us—other units are still gathering. At least three or four more divisions are moving in. Word is, this isn’t just any invader—it’s a top-tier madman, insanely strong!” a brigade commander said, handing him a cigarette.
“Bullshit! I’ve seen all kinds of hotshots—no need for this much fuss, even for a God Realm master!” The commander burst out laughing.
But right then, the scouts around them suddenly started screaming in terror.
“What’s going on? Why the panic?” the commander yelled, kicking the loudest scout.
“Commander, look up!” Several scouts shouted, then bolted.
The commander froze, turned his head—and saw, hundreds of meters above, a figure blasting through the smoke. The shape shot upward, turning into a streak of blue-green light, like a meteor smashing down toward the army.
“What the hell—is that even human?” The commander was totally stunned, and the soldiers around him were so freaked out they dropped their guns.
All around, crowds of soldiers were frantically retreating. The kill formation of tens of thousands had totally collapsed!
And it was all because of sheer terror!
“Die!” Just then, the mysterious youth in the sky shouted. Instantly, a blade several kilometers long swept across the ground.
“Aaaahhhhh!”
The army erupted in screams, and the carnage was unreal—blood and guts everywhere. In an instant, half the force was wiped out.
That arrogant commander, along with the entire division HQ, was erased in seconds!
“Holy shit! No way that's human—is he some kind of god?” In the command center, Niyama’s Minister of Defense was totally stunned. He’d figured his troops might not stop Ryan, but at least they could hold him for three hours.
But not even a minute had passed!
One of their ace divisions had already been wiped out!
It was nearly total annihilation in an instant. What kind of attack was this? This was divine wrath!
“Minister, how can we fight this? We should retreat!” a staff officer shouted.
“Retreat, my ass! Attack! Hold him back, no matter what!” The Minister knew Ryan was terrifying, but once the battle started, there was no turning back. If they retreated now, it would be even worse. And as Defense Minister, he understood: if the army didn’t stand its ground, the whole country could be wiped out!
“Call in the Dragon Division’s tank brigade! Blast him—hit him with everything we’ve got!” the Minister shouted.
But before he finished, a staff officer turned pale and cried out, “Minister, the Dragon Division’s tanks are all gone! Every single one was smashed flat in seconds…”
