Undying Body

2/14/2026

Heaven‑Guide Venerable hadn’t used his full strength, and neither had Quinn.

His goal was to force Heaven‑Guide Venerable to go all out, to see whether the one behind this Heaven‑Guide Venerable was truly one of the Nine Heavenly Venerables from back then.

Even if this person wasn’t one of the Nine Heavenly Venerables, Quinn could still gauge his achievements through his divine arts.

When Quinn defeated the previous Heaven‑Guide Venerable, that one never revealed his true abilities, refusing to expose his identity even at death. But this Heaven‑Guide Venerable was about to unleash his signature techniques, which Quinn found extremely exciting.

In the Heavenly Court, few have the right to obtain a Heaven‑Guide Flesh Body and descend to the lower realms in it—only the leaders of the Heaven Alliance are qualified.

He wanted to see just how powerful the true rulers of the Heavenly Court really were!

Within Quinn, the Overlord Three‑Core Art was running at full force, linking all fourteen of his Divine Treasuries together!

The Celestial River surged, penetrating through Life‑and‑Death, Heaven‑Man, Seven Stars, Six Directions, Five Luminaries, Spirit Embryo treasuries, then flowing through Profound Capital and into the Demon‑Path Divine Treasury—fourteen Divine Treasuries unified as one!

His Primordial Spirit unified gods and demons; the Overlord Three‑Core Art fused all his power into one, with his Primordial Spirit standing atop the Celestial River, ready to unleash every ounce of strength and potential within him!

This would be the strongest strike of his entire life!

Once again, darkness surged around Blackheaven Palace, swallowing both Quinn and Heaven‑Guide Venerable.

Suddenly, a thunderous boom erupted behind Blackheaven Palace—a colossal star split open with a canyon stretching from east to west across the planet.

The canyon widened, mountains retreated, oceans ebbed, and the chasm grew larger and wider—revealing an unimaginably massive eyeball.

This gigantic demonic eye gazed into the darkness, waiting for Heaven‑Guide Venerable and Quinn to make their move—eagerly anticipating the outcome of their battle.

This eye was the true eye of Lord Darksun himself.

The Lord Darksun seen by the crowd wasn’t his real body; as the first demon god, his true form was simply too enormous. Even gods and demons could barely glimpse his full appearance.

So he used a false body to appear before others, keeping his true body hidden deep within the darkness.

When Quinn first arrived at Blackheaven Palace and settled in, he once wandered into the darkness, feeling his way through until he touched some terrifying, monstrous presence—and then, smiling, returned to the palace.

Back then, he’d realized Lord Darksun’s real body was hidden in the darkness and knew escape was impossible, so he simply turned back cheerfully.

Now, violent tremors shook the darkness—space itself seemed to quake tens of thousands of times, making it impossible for the crowd in front of Blackheaven Palace to even stand steady!

This wasn’t a direct collision of divine arts between Quinn and Heaven‑Guide Venerable, but rather the explosive energy unleashed as Heaven‑Guide Venerable’s divine arts activated.

It was hard to imagine that a Divine Bridge Realm body could contain such vast and overwhelming power!

In the darkness, Quinn stood at the heart of the chaos as Heaven‑Guide Venerable’s divine arts erupted like a world‑ending catastrophe, filled with boundless fury—punishing every act of rebellion under heaven!

Quinn also went all out—his mind now completely blank, with not a single stray thought left.

His qi and blood surged like a raging tide, as though the spirit of an entire era was burning within him—blazing fiercely, like oil poured onto a roaring fire!

He charged forward at blinding speed—moving so fast that even his ocean‑like qi and blood could barely keep up with his body.

The sea of qi and blood followed him, rising up like a blood‑soaked banner—its endless waves thundered and roared!

The Sword Pill in his hand transformed into an unstoppable sword intent, stabbing toward the wrathful deity in the darkness!

In front of Blackheaven Palace, Moses Santon, Xue Taidou, and the others stared into the darkness at Quinn and Heaven‑Guide Venerable, but could see nothing at all.

The darkness blocked their sight.

Meanwhile, the gazes of countless towering gods and demons swept through the darkness, trying to make out the battle. Their eyes shone like searchlights, slicing through the gloom—yet all they could see were fragmented glimpses: flashes of figures darting at impossible speed, and the constant eruption of supernatural phenomena.

Quinn and Heaven‑Guide Venerable were moving too fast, and the surrounding darkness left little for their eyes to pierce.

Suddenly, everything fell silent.

"Is it over?" murmured one of the Northern Heaven‑Lords.

Just then, hundreds of miles away, another surge of divine arts erupted. The crowd quickly looked in that direction, but Quinn and Heaven‑Guide Venerable had already vanished—only a shattered mountain peak remained, tumbling into the valley below with a dull crash.

Then, another thunderous explosion of divine arts resounded a hundred miles away. Over three hundred Northern Heaven‑Lords turned their gaze there, beams of light illuminating the scene.

There, Quinn’s body hung from a cliff, his three heads and six arms battered and broken. Heaven‑Guide Venerable bowed to him, and the cliff exploded—Quinn was blasted to the other side, vanishing into the distance, while Heaven‑Guide Venerable’s figure swiftly disappeared as well.

At last, they sensed another ripple of divine arts.

When the Northern Heaven‑Lords cast their gaze there, they saw Quinn’s sword light stretching for dozens of miles—not a sword, but a pillar as thick as a man’s waist—crushing Heaven‑Guide Venerable as it swept across the mountainside.

The mountain was sliced in half, but its summit didn’t fall—Quinn’s sword was so fast that, though the peak was shortened, it landed gently atop the mountain’s body.

The Northern Heaven‑Lords, the elite among gods and demons, focused their gaze there and saw Quinn’s sword pillar clearly.

But it wasn’t truly a pillar—instead, it was formed from countless flying swords, each executing a different sword technique, weaving in and out of the pillar in strange patterns.

From a distance, it looked as if Quinn was wielding a pillar dozens of miles long.

Heaven‑Guide Venerable seemed to be crushed beneath the sword pillar, but in truth he was fending off the surging sword lights within it—struck by dozens of blades. Shock filled his eyes as he opened his mouth to speak, but the distance was too great for anyone to hear his words.

"What is he saying?"

The Northern Heaven‑Lords were puzzled; darkness surged again, and both Quinn and Heaven‑Guide Venerable vanished from sight.

When the ripples of divine arts returned, Heaven‑Guide Venerable’s hand—missing three fingers—pressed Quinn’s face down, smashing him onto a vast, dark lake. The water exploded upward, nearly every drop flung skyward as if a meteor had struck the surface.

Hundreds of eyes watched the scene. At the lake’s bottom, Heaven‑Guide Venerable’s fists rained down on Quinn like a storm, driving him deeper and deeper. The ground around the lake cracked and split, fissures dozens of yards deep radiating outward and growing ever deeper.

Suddenly, Heaven‑Guide Venerable soared into the air like a startled swan, narrowly dodging a pitch‑black portal.
