Shattered Path Perseverance

A flash of white light—I found myself in a bright, white space. This was the space of Coexistence, belonging to the power of the human part.

"Coexistence."

I shouted, and after a while, a streak of white airflow appeared on the mirror-like, polished ground. A white humanoid figure stood before me—its right eye golden, its left eye black. It grinned at me.

"It's good that you can hear my voice again."

"I'm counting on you, Coexistence. Find the Origin—I need Origin's help."

This was the only way. Last time, during the incident with Lord Shenyan, it was Ethan Zhang, Heavenly Soul, who used his Instinctive Origin to bring me into Lord Shenyan's Instinctive Space.

Coexistence nodded and sank into the ground. I waited anxiously—there was no time to lose. After a while, a burst of white light appeared above me. A figure slowly descended.

"Hurry, or it will be too late."

"Don't rush me, Ethan Zhang."

Heavenly Soul looked at me reluctantly. After landing, he immediately crouched down. A bright white tree slowly grew from the ground, and a white road like a bridge began to stretch upward. Heavenly Soul jumped onto it, extended a hand—I grabbed his hand. He pulled me, and together we ran along this road.

"Have you considered the consequences of doing this, Ethan Zhang?"

"No matter what, I must quickly learn the status of the Azure Luan."

Heavenly Soul sighed. The road ahead kept extending. I felt I had already left my Instinctive Space, not knowing where I was headed.

"This kind of thing shouldn't exist at all. It's only natural that it can't hatch. Divine Law would never allow something that transcends the rules to appear."

I quietly watched Heavenly Soul. He seemed to know something, but he didn't tell me everything.

"We're almost there."

Heavenly Soul spoke, and I felt a wave of scorching heat coming toward me. Ahead, patches of red appeared in the white expanse—fiery, blood-like red, radiating a heat so intense it felt like it could melt a person.

Heavenly Soul stopped. Not far ahead was a world filled with red. The land, scorched and glowing, gave off wisps of white smoke. Waves of heat swept over us, dizzying and oppressive.

"Don't go over there."

A hand gripped me tightly—Heavenly Soul was adamant. I stared at him, then he pointed to a patch of searing land ahead, where a faint blue-green glow persisted.
