"Yeah, I came back to take a look," Evan Yang replied with a smile. "Come on, the Sect Master talks about you all the time—he keeps asking if you've returned yet." Leonard Lee was clearly excited. "How does the Sect Master know I'd come back?" Evan asked curiously. "No idea, but he keeps saying you'll return one day. I never expected you actually would! If he finds out, he'll be thrilled. Right now, he considers you the most promising talent in our sect." Leonard grinned. "Don't put me on a pedestal," Evan said awkwardly. "Don't be so modest! We all know it. Not only are you powerful, but we heard about you challenging higher realms with lower cultivation. Anything about you, we've heard it—especially the fact that you're from the Heaven-Battling Clan." Leonard added. "You know about that too?" Evan was surprised Leonard knew so much.
"Of course! Who in the Immortal Realm doesn't know you now? When I first heard it was you, I thought I must've misheard. After double-checking, I realized it's true. You're a big deal now," Leonard Lee said, laughing.
"A big deal? Leonard, you're teasing me again. I'm only at Profound Immortal cultivation—I'm nowhere near a real big shot," Evan Yang replied. He knew his strength was still far from that of High Emperors and Immortal Sovereigns.
"Cultivation isn't everything. It's about potential, and you've got plenty. Sooner or later, you'll be Immortal Sovereign material," Leonard Lee said confidently.
"There you go putting me on a pedestal again," Evan Yang sighed.
"Alright, enough joking around. The Sect Master can't wait to see you—let's go." Leonard Lee, still excited, led Evan to Immortal Lord Xavier. At that moment, Immortal Lord Xavier was meditating in a cave. Hearing Leonard's excited voice outside, he opened his eyes and asked, "What's going on?"
