Although Andrew Han had his suspicions, he was still taken aback when he heard the giant Demons mocking him.
Back when he first entered the relic and landed before the palace gates, neither Cloud-Sea State Internal Power nor brute strength could push open the massive doors. Only by applying force through Inspiration could he barely manage to open them.
He recalled this carefully.
The reason he could open the palace gates likely lay in the fusion of Inspiration with the silvery Sun-Killing Mirror, which in turn gave rise to an unprecedented power—inspiration force.
This insight was clear to him, but he remained outwardly calm.
"Heh."
Andrew Han quietly circulated his Internal Power, making sure the many treasures in his bag would not spill out. He stared coldly at the green giant tortoise and the pitch-black giant wolf. "Just two giant Demons dare to appear before me, Andrew Han? You truly have no fear of death."
No fear of death?
The two giant Demons exchanged glances, their amusement growing even stronger.
Each giant Demon was different from the next.
Especially with their bizarre demonic powers, defending against them was nearly impossible. Unless Andrew Han had no weaknesses at all, facing an encirclement by giant Demons meant certain death.
"Interesting, interesting!"
The laughter of the giant tortoise and giant wolf echoed through the area, chilling and sinister. "You only managed to kill a crippled Black Dragon, and now you think you can handle us?"
Their savage, arrogant laughter reverberated, disturbing the mind.
Boom, boom.
The giant tortoise moved its stubby legs, approaching Andrew Han, its emerald eyes full of menace.
At the same time—
Andrew Han narrowed his eyes, silent.
All around was empty ground, save for the palace behind him, towering several hundred meters high. Gray, unknown mist filled the area, muffling the sounds of any shockwaves.
"Forget it."
"First, I'll kill these two giant Demons... These things are priceless. Later, I must find a place to hide them."
Though his expression seemed grim, Andrew Han was actually calm inside, having sorted out all his thoughts.
Within the relic, it seemed only he could open the many palaces... Though unsure if other Law-Realm guardians could open the massive doors, at least Netherfiend giant Demons could not.
Thinking as he moved,
he set his bag down beside him.
It looked like a bag full of glowing light, and it truly was packed to the brim. Andrew Han didn't care whether the items were treasures or not—anything he could carry was stuffed inside.
Clack, clack.
Objects inside the bag knocked against each other.
"Right."
Andrew Han spoke with icy resolve, masking the crisp sounds.
He circulated his Internal Power.
Inspiration flooded the area.
Andrew Han's expression turned cold and ruthless, his overwhelming aura sweeping in all directions. His left hand, carried behind him, five crystalline fingers unfurling like a lotus, gathered an unstoppable force.
"What did you just say?"
Andrew Han gave a cold, indifferent smile. His left fist suddenly burst into radiant light, swinging toward the left: "You think opening the gate will spare my life? Today, I, Andrew Han, will be direct—none of you four giant Demons will escape. You will all die!"
The two 'opening the gate' phrases carried vastly different meanings.
Boom!
It looked like he struck empty air, yet the impact was like diamond shattering—a massive crash. His left fist smashed the third, hidden and silent, giant Demon.
And this was only the beginning.
Cloud-Sea State Internal Power surged. His left fist withdrew, and his right leg, like a thunderous battle axe, sliced through the air, creating burning ripples as it struck and repelled the fourth hidden giant Demon.
