The Touch Feels Off
Leon Zane had regained his powers, making it impossible for Rina Chu to defeat him.
Outside was Rina Chu's horse. He walked over, hoisted her onto it sideways, and rode off.
"You pervert! What are you doing?" Rina Chu struggled and shouted, "Let me go! Didn't you hear me? Let me go, or I'll kill you!"
Leon Zane grinned smugly and galloped toward the General's Manor.
But Rina Chu was no pushover. As she struggled, she snapped the rope and, in one swift move, yanked hard on Leon Zane's pants.
Leon Zane could feel his pants about to be pulled off by her.
"You little minx! Let go of my pants!"
"You pervert, let me go!"
"You let go first."
"You let go!"
Leon Zane raised his hand, ready to smack her. "Do you believe I'll knock you out?"
Rina Chu blocked his hand, but lost her balance and was about to fall off the horse. Instinctively, she grabbed for something nearby.
Her hand landed on something soft and squishy.
And as soon as she grabbed it, it started to get bigger... and harder.
Something feels... off. What is this?
She glanced to the side...
"Rina Chu!" Leon Zane roared, making her let go immediately.
...
And so, the two of them bickered all the way to the General's Manor.
Leon Zane shoved Rina Chu into a room and slammed the door shut.
He put a barrier spell on the doors and windows, making it impossible for Rina Chu to escape.
"You pervert, why did you lock me in here? What are you up to?"
Leon Zane smirked, "What do you think I'm up to?"
"Who knows what goes on in your perverted mind? Just say it!"
"I'm going to lock you in here and starve you to death!" Leon Zane declared.
"Why starve me to death?"
"Why do you think? You've been starving me on purpose these days—I’m practically anemic! Now you'll get to see what starving feels like!"
"...Aren't dragons supposed to not need food? I was only trying to help!"
"Who told you dragons don’t need to eat? Who told you that!" Leon Zane exploded in frustration. "Rina Chu, just wait in there and starve!"
With that, he stormed off.
No matter how much Rina Chu banged on the door, Leon Zane refused to open it.
...
Full Moon Manor.
"Grace, I heard Evan Xiao is actually the Crown Prince of the Dragon Clan?"
"Mm-hmm." Grace couldn't hide the sweet smile on her face.
"Did he tell you how he'll arrange things for you?"
"He said that when he returns, he'll take me to Dragon Abyss," Grace replied. "He said he'll marry me as his Crown Princess."
Jun Lionhead fell silent for a moment, picked up the tea she poured, and took a slow sip.
"Master, don't worry. No matter where I go, I'll keep improving my medical skills—I won't embarrass you!"
Jun Lionhead smiled, "You really like him, don't you?"
"Mm-hmm." Grace nodded.
"If you want to be the Crown Princess, your cultivation is too shallow," Jun Lionhead said. "Once you get to Dragon Abyss, you'll be vulnerable."
"But I'll have Evan Xiao with me, won't I?"
"He can't be by your side twenty-four seven. As Crown Prince, he has lots of responsibilities. When he becomes emperor, he'll be even busier!"
"I know, Master," Grace said. "Don't worry, I have a way to quickly improve my cultivation."
Jun Lionhead said nothing more.
"Master, once I’m settled in Dragon Abyss, I’ll come find you. Then you can come to the Divine Realm with me, okay?"
