A Tribulation Expert Infiltrates

1/11/2026

"Kill!" Ian's voice rang out like a thunderclap, slicing through the chaos.

Ian Song stopped holding back. A terrifying aura erupted from his body, and as he activated the Wind God Art, his entire form seemed to dissolve into a raging gale.

"Die! Die! Die!" His roar was a storm of slaughter, each word a death sentence.

In an instant, the air was filled with agonized screams. Whether mid‑Fusion or early‑Fusion experts, none could withstand even a single sword strike from him. As for Soul‑Split cultivators, he cut them down in swathes with a single swing.

In just twenty breaths, Ian had slaughtered every single guard of the Prince Muyeno Estate by himself.

The sound of sword-qi punching through flesh.

"Aaaahhh!"

The screams of the dying. At this moment, Ian Song had become the grim reaper, harvesting lives with ruthless coldness and swift, decisive strikes. Each swing of his sword claimed at least dozens of lives.

In less than ten breaths, Ian had slaughtered ninety percent of the Prince Muyeno Estate's guards. The few who survived only did so by fleeing in time; otherwise, they too would have perished beneath his sword.

Just then, the battle on the other side reached its conclusion as well. The Song Residence’s six late-Fusion experts suddenly erupted with full power, catching the Prince Muyeno Estate’s three late-Fusion commanders off guard. In an instant, all three were gravely wounded.

"You're demons...!"

The three late-Fusion commanders seemed to realize something, but before they could finish speaking, the six Song Residence experts caught up and shredded them into three clouds of blood mist.

SMACK! SMACK! SMACK! SMACK!

Ian swung his arms left and right, landing four ruthless slaps on Soren Wu's delicate cheeks. In an instant, Soren's face swelled grotesquely, the humiliation burning hotter than the pain.

Five late-Fusion great demon kings, actually serving a human.

"Just who are you, and why do great demon kings serve you?"

Mooncaller was full of doubts, but even more delighted—she felt she had finally grasped a handle on Ian Song. Colluding with the Demon Race was a grave crime.

Ian Song realized this too, and his heart sank slightly.

He had taught these demon race subordinates higher-level human cultivation methods; once they cultivated to a certain level, they could fully erase the demonic aura within their bodies. Unfortunately, their cultivation was too high, and removing all traces of demonic aura would still take time.

"No, I have to end this quickly!"

"Get lost!"

With a casual toss, Ian hurled Soren Wu hundreds of meters away. Soren crashed to the ground, tumbling over and over, his misery laid bare for all to see.

At that moment, an old man appeared out of thin air in a corner of the manor. Ian, who was lying entwined with Lila Li, snapped awake. The intruder hadn't triggered any of his external arrays, but anyone entering the formation fell under Ian's perception, so he instantly sensed the arrival.

A vague, oppressive aura clung to the newcomer—exactly one of those Ian had sensed lurking outside the night before. Evidently, this Tribulation‑realm expert hadn't detected the five great demon kings, but had come straight into the manor itself.

Fury flashed through Ian, but he was helpless to act. He didn't even dare reveal that he'd noticed the intruder—one wrong move could spell disaster.
