At this moment, Ryan Ling shut his eyes tight as countless mental formulas of the Infernal Madblade Style surged into his mind like electric waves.
In an instant, Ryan’s brain started working at full throttle. He might be learning these moves on the fly, but his current insight was already off the charts.
The first three forms of the Infernal Madblade Style were Severing Desire, Severing Soul, and Severing Spirit. The next seven were Severing Essence, Severing Blood, Severing Bone, Shattering Qi, Shattering Meridians, Shattering God, and Melting Hell!
Each of these seven forms was a step up from the last—the further you went, the more savage the power!
Right now, Ryan was at the Golden Core Stage, but none of his Immortal arts could fully keep up with the saber forms yet. If he could break through, sure, they’d still work great, but these seven advanced Madblade moves synced perfectly with his Golden Core power—if he mastered them, wielding his Golden Core qi would be effortless and absolutely maxed out!
This was a once-in-a-lifetime chance—there was zero hesitation in Ryan’s heart. With Guihai One-Blade backing him up, he had nothing to fear. Guihai’s power wasn’t quite Divine Dragon level, but at the very least he was Nascent Soul, maybe even higher. That kind of strength was honestly beyond Ryan’s imagination.
With him in Ryan’s corner, forget Elder Taicang—even if someone stronger showed up, Ryan finally had the guts to face them head-on.
Break! Ryan shouted inwardly, and just like that, he instantly grasped the fourth form—Severing Essence.
Then, bam bam bam—the fifth and sixth forms followed right after. Ever since Ryan hit the Golden Core Stage, his comprehension had skyrocketed, and his mind had gotten way sharper.
But while Ryan was in the middle of his crazy breakthroughs, Elder Taicang’s murderous gaze had already locked onto him. Deep down, Ryan’s heart was churning like a storm, but his face was totally calm—no one could tell he was secretly cultivating the Infernal Madblade Style right under their noses.
Right now, Elder Taicang had zero mercy to spare—seeing the Nang Family hesitate, his claws instantly lunged for Ryan.
"Kid, say goodbye to this world!" Elder Taicang roared. Ryan’s body started cracking inside and out—Middle Saint power was just plain unbeatable.
"Murong Taicang, I’ll fight you to the end!" Right then, Cindy Nang—already wounded—suddenly jumped out and blocked Ryan, taking the full blast of Middle Saint force head‑on.
Right now, Cindy was clearly throwing her life away for Ryan.
Under that brutal hit, Cindy’s chest caved in and her spine snapped clean through.
"Yier!" Seeing Cindy throw herself into harm’s way, her father Aaron Nang’s face turned ashen and he rushed over—right behind him, the whole Nang Family piled in.
Even Ryan’s brothers and all his girlfriends charged in, jumping in front of him without a second thought.
Right then, it was like everyone had sworn—even if they couldn’t live together, they’d die together.
"Bunch of trash. If you all wanna die with this brat, I’ll send every last one of you straight to hell!" Elder Taicang was famous for being ruthless—he straight‑up hated the Nang Family for not playing ball with the World Dominion Society.
In that instant, everyone’s fate was hanging by a thread. Life and death, right on the edge—even Ryan’s father, Ryan Qingyun, was sobbing: "If you have to kill, kill me! Spare my son, spare these innocent people—I’m begging you…"
But to Murong Taicang, that kind of sobbing was just a fly buzzing—he couldn’t care less.
In a flash, a wave of raw Middle Saint power swept across the whole crowd.
If that hit landed, nobody here was getting out alive.
Everyone clung to each other. Their eyes were full of despair, but not a hint of fear.
"Justice lives, Heaven’s Will endures!" General Kenneth Li suddenly roared—and everyone else joined in, shouting at the top of their lungs.
"Justice? I’ll send your so-called justice straight to hell!" Murong Taicang spat—and right then, his power yanked Cindy Nang up off the ground.
Cindy Nang screamed in agony—it felt like every bone in her body was being ripped apart.
Aaron Nang was weeping. He didn’t understand why his daughter would risk everything for Ryan, but he knew one thing for sure—she’d grown up, she loved this man, and she’d give her life for him.
As a father, Aaron Nang just wanted his daughter to be happy and free—wanted her to grow old with the man she loved, not die with him.
But fate had other plans. Right now, Aaron Nang was doomed to watch his child die before him.
But Aaron Nang knew perfectly well—if his daughter died here, then the entire Nang Family would never crawl away to survive. They’d go all-in against Murong Taicang, even if it meant the whole clan getting wiped out. Better to die fighting the World Dominion Society than live in shame.
"Die!" Murong Taicang roared, and in that instant Cindy Nang was about to be snuffed out for good.
But right at that critical moment, a savage saber strike blasted out—aimed straight at Murong Taicang.
With a thunderous bang, Murong Taicang’s hand slipped—and Cindy Nang, who’d been teetering on the edge of death, got yanked back to the land of the living.
Jason Nang nearly collapsed from nerves, but a bunch of Nang Family uncles and brothers rushed up to catch Cindy before she hit the ground.
"Ancestors, bless us!" Aaron Nang finally snapped out of it, muttering as he gently stroked Cindy’s forehead. Then, not wasting a second, he ordered her sent to the rear—no matter what happened, even if the whole Nang Family died here, this old dad would never let his daughter take another hit.

At that moment, everyone’s eyes whipped toward the source of that insane saber strike. Next second, jaws dropped—because the guy who’d unleashed it was none other than Ryan Ling.
"Ryan!"
"Boss!"
"Master!"
......
Everyone started shouting, pumped up—Ryan’s whole vibe had changed, saber intent blazing off him. Clearly, he’d had a breakthrough in that split second.
“Putting on a show? Kid, even if you got stronger, you’re still no match for me. So what if you had some last-minute epiphany? It’s just a freshly-sharpened blade—means nothing to me!” Murong Taicang quickly steadied himself, eyes still full of contempt.
"Murong Taicang, ever heard the saying: 'A blade sharpened at the last moment still shines?' Let’s see if this brand-new saber can win justice for everyone!" No hesitation—Ryan unleashed the first three Infernal Madblade forms: Severing Desire, Severing Soul, Severing Spirit—all at once, slashing madly at Murong Taicang.
Murong Taicang just smirked, not bothered at all.
With a casual wave, he swept away all three saber strikes like they were nothing.
"Same old tricks. Looks like you haven’t even scratched the surface of this saber style—daring to challenge me with that? What a joke!" Murong Taicang clearly knew the Infernal Madblade Style, and those first three moves couldn’t threaten him at all.
But Ryan didn’t say a word—not even a hint of emotion on his face. What he wanted was Murong Taicang to let his guard down.
Before Murong could finish laughing, Ryan suddenly unleashed his next killer combo.
"Severing Essence, Severing Blood, Severing Bone!" Three monstrous saber shadows crashed down from the sky, each move way stronger than the last set—at least a hundred times more powerful, totally next level.
"Impossible! Guihai One-Blade only ever taught the first three forms—how the hell did you learn the rest?" Murong Taicang’s face finally changed.
Clearly, those last three moves were serious business—Murong had to muster at least seventy percent of his Middle Saint power just to block them.
But Ryan wasn’t done—he immediately followed up with three more moves.
"Shattering Qi, Shattering Meridians, Shattering God..."
