Cassie Kofi Is Humiliated

1/4/2026

Casey Kofi instinctively reached for her phone. Whether it was guilt or weakness, she couldn't hold onto it, and the phone slipped right in front of Howard.

Howard lowered his head and happened to see a video.

In the video, Casey Kofi was led into a room by a group of men, where things too shameful to describe happened.

"Ahhh! Who did this?" Howard's eyes burned with anger. "Casey Kofi, tell me, was it Cherry Miller?"

Casey Kofi saw the video and screamed, nearly fainting again.

Hearing Howard's words, Casey Kofi clutched her face and cried in pain. "Howard, it was Cherry Miller! She did this! She ruined me! Please help me!"

"No. Casey Kofi, I've been watching Cherry Miller myself. I followed her car at every intersection—she didn't even know your route to Fortune Garden. Casey Kofi, tell me the truth, did you do something?" Howard was at least smart enough not to believe Casey Kofi's words completely.

"I... I..." Casey Kofi faltered, unable to answer directly.

"At a time like this! You're still hiding things from me?" Seeing Casey Kofi's reaction, Howard understood everything.

Casey Kofi must have done something she shouldn't have!

Casey Kofi suddenly threw herself into Howard's arms, sobbing uncontrollably. "Howard, Cherry Miller tricked me! She ruined me! I can never marry Ethan Yin now! Howard, you have to avenge me!"

"Casey Kofi, what did you really do?" Howard held her tightly, his heart aching. He gritted his teeth and said, "If you don't tell me the truth, how can I help you?"

"I just... I just found some people. I wanted... I wanted to grab Cherry Miller on her way to Fortune Garden and shoot some compromising videos to threaten her..." Casey Kofi realized she couldn't avoid it anymore and finally confessed.

She clung to Howard, crying desperately. "Howard, I only wanted to teach her a lesson, I swear I didn't mean anything else. Howard, help me! I can't let myself be destroyed like this!"

Howard sucked in a breath, unable to stop himself from shouting, "Casey Kofi! Are you out of your mind? You actually did that to Cherry Miller! Don't you know how powerful Cherry Miller is in Newport City? You... you..."

"Howard, I just wanted to teach her a lesson, I never meant to hurt her!" Casey Kofi stubbornly tried to defend herself. "But you saw what happened! Cherry Miller is so cunning—her people intercepted me halfway, she escaped, and I was the one who got ruined!"

"Impossible. I was watching Cherry Miller from the moment she left. She didn't make any calls, didn't meet anyone..." Howard said, refusing to believe her story.

"You don't believe me, do you? Have you fallen for that woman too?" Casey Kofi shrieked. "Are you betraying me now?"

"No, I haven't!" Howard quickly hugged Casey Kofi, seeing her on the verge of collapse. His heart ached for her.

"It has to be Cherry Miller! Howard, you have to avenge me!" Casey Kofi snarled. "Go kill Cherry Miller! You're a fighter—if you act, Cherry Miller won't stand a chance!"

"Casey Kofi, do you realize if I really kill Cherry Miller in Newport City, neither of us will make it out alive?" Howard said coldly. "Are you sure you want me to do it now?"

"I don't care! Figure it out yourself, I want Cherry Miller to pay! I can't let her ruin me for nothing! Howard, help me, I've never begged anyone before, but today I'm begging you—help me!"

"I..." Howard hesitated.

Rationally, Howard knew that if he went head-to-head with Cherry Miller, he didn't stand a chance.

If what Casey Kofi said was true, it proved Cherry Miller's grip over the Yin Family's power in Newport City was strong enough to avoid any risk.
