The Immeasura Palace Lord believed that, across all the realms, there were fewer than a handful who could match her mastery of escape techniques. And none of those few resided in this universe. Her escape technique, tied to her artifact, was known as Nirvana Vanish.
But after just one hour, the Immeasura Palace Lord’s expression changed, growing even paler.
No matter how she fled, no matter how far she escaped, Joe Di followed her like a shadow. Though he was not faster, he was never slower. Eventually, the Immeasura Palace Lord had no choice but to repeatedly tear open the void, yet no matter how many times she did so, Joe Di always managed to keep up.
At this point, the Immeasura Palace Lord no longer dared to recklessly tear open the void. Each time she did, it consumed part of her energy, and Joe Di would always use that instant to catch up through the rift she created.
The farther she fled, the more terrified the Immeasura Palace Lord became. Her cultivation had been greatly diminished, true, but she was still a Third Step powerhouse. Even with her top-tier Nirvana Vanish, she could not shake off a mere Joe Di—showing just how terrifying his escape technique was. Though her injuries were severe, they affected her combat far more than her ability to flee.
Initially, the Immeasura Palace Lord was only furious that Joe Di had gravely wounded her. Now, uncertainty crept into her heart. Back then, she had escaped the Gate of Destiny mainly because she left behind a contingency the moment she entered. But now, aside from running, she had no other options.
If Joe Di caught up, her life would no longer be her own. In this moment, the Immeasura Palace Lord suddenly felt regret. She should never have left her hiding place at the Gate of Destiny’s exit. She should have been ruthless, waited until Nick Ning left, and then escaped in another direction.
No matter what, the opportunities in the Creation World far surpassed those in the Five Elements Universe.
Joe Di was equally astounded. He had never seen anyone run faster than the Immeasura Palace Lord. He had no idea what technique she used—even his own Rule Escape couldn’t catch up. And this was when she was gravely injured; if she were at full strength, he would have lost her long ago.
Fortunately, he could still barely keep up now. Joe Di believed that as long as he could follow the Immeasura Palace Lord, he would eventually catch her.

The Triad Realm, aside from the Primeval Realm, has always been the second domain outside of Celestial Beyond.
At this moment, tens of thousands of cultivators were gathered on the void plaza outside the Triad Realm’s boundary array. Several clearly Prime Realm cultivators stood at the center of the square.
This was the once-in-ten-thousand-years Void Grand Ceremony—the Triad Grand Ceremony. Besides repairing the boundary array, the ceremony included rituals to honor the heavens and bless the Triad Realm with prosperity. It also featured a talent competition and the opening of the Triad First Secret Domain.
Just as the Triad Realm’s strongest cultivator, Henry Qi, was speaking, a disheveled figure suddenly sped across the void toward the plaza.
Seeing someone rush toward the plaza, Henry Qi and several Prime Realm cultivators immediately unleashed their artifacts to attack. But the newcomer simply slapped down with one palm, sending all their treasures flying into the void. Even Henry Qi, the strongest among them, spat blood and was knocked backward.
The cultivators watching from the sidelines were all shocked. For someone to send a group of Prime Realm experts—including Henry Qi—flying with a single slap, their power was truly boundless.
"Immeasura Senior..." At that moment, Henry Qi recognized the person who had slapped him away—it was none other than the Immeasura Palace Lord, the top powerhouse who had once vied for the Gate of Destiny. This was the same ruthless figure who nearly killed Nick Ning, but hadn’t she entered the Gate of Destiny? Why was she here?
The instant he recognized the Immeasura Palace Lord, Henry Qi felt a chill in his heart. As a member of the Qi Family, he knew well how these powerhouses behaved—the Triad Realm was nothing to them, easily destroyed without a second thought. The Primeval Realm’s fate was a warning. And he had just offended the Immeasura Palace Lord.
Yet before Henry Qi could beg for mercy, the Immeasura Palace Lord dashed off in another direction, pausing only briefly before vanishing into the void.
Henry Qi stared blankly in the direction where the Immeasura Palace Lord had vanished, feeling utterly bewildered. Did she really just barge through for the sake of borrowing a path?
He hadn’t realized that the Immeasura Palace Lord truly was just passing through. In other words, if he hadn’t attacked first, she wouldn’t have cared who he was.
Before Henry Qi could process what had happened, another figure rushed across the plaza. This newcomer was just as fast as the Immeasura Palace Lord, vanishing in a flash before anyone could see who it was.
"I get it! That powerhouse behind is chasing the Immeasura Palace Lord?" a Prime Realm early-stage cultivator exclaimed in shock.
Henry Qi instinctively retorted, "Don’t talk nonsense! The Immeasura Palace Lord is far too powerful—who could possibly chase..."
Henry Qi’s words abruptly stopped. Though he hadn’t seen the figure behind clearly, he’d gotten a good look at the Immeasura Palace Lord because he’d attacked her. She was covered in blood, her face pale as paper, her aura unstable and her Dao resonance chaotic—clearly gravely wounded.
The Immeasura Palace Lord was so seriously injured, yet instead of seeking a place to heal, she was frantically fleeing—and someone was pursuing her. It was obvious she was being hunted.
The thought that someone was hunting the Immeasura Palace Lord made Henry Qi gasp. Who could possibly be chasing her? This was...
"I think I know who that person is," a mid-stage Prime Realm cultivator finally calmed down.
"Who is it?" Henry Qi asked urgently. He had thought that in the post-Creation era, his power was unmatched. Only now did he realize that in front of true powerhouses, he was still just an ant.
"Back then, Feng Brooks of Thunder Sound Valley in the Gate Domain had already reached the Third Step, but was casually killed by someone—likely that very senior..."

Because Henry Qi had blocked the way, the distance between the Immeasura Palace Lord and Joe Di narrowed even further.
Several more months passed. The Immeasura Palace Lord sighed inwardly—she knew escape was impossible. She stopped, stared coldly at Joe Di, and said, "Joe Di, you killed Immeasura Palace’s lord Fubu Wen, destroyed my palace, and now you hunt me down. Are you in this universe just to bully others?"
Joe Di was momentarily stunned—he hadn’t expected those words to come from the Immeasura Palace Lord. Then he burst out laughing. "Old fool, you sure talk a lot. Trying to stall for time? Too bad, Old Master Di isn’t falling for it."
As he spoke, Joe Di’s Creation Brush swept out a massive ‘Realm’ character, while his Azure Veil Blade slashed down.
One word shatters ten thousand Daos; the Realm divides Yin and Yang!
The Immeasura Palace Lord felt her domain shatter instantly, a new realm enveloping all space. The Azure Veil Blade’s terrifying killing intent locked onto her body—she sensed death in that instant.
"Creation Brush?" The Immeasura Palace Lord shivered with dread—she was actually seeing the Creation Brush here. When the Realm character landed, her Third Step domain was like an eggshell, trapped in iron.
Clearly, when Joe Di had slashed her half in two before, that was nowhere near his full strength. Now that he wielded the Creation Brush, this probably wasn’t even the extent of his power.
The Nirvana Mirror was summoned, but even its terrifying Nirvana Aura couldn’t block Joe Di’s Azure Veil Blade. Within the blade’s tearing curtain was an ancient, icy killing intent.
Crack! The Immeasura Palace Lord could even hear her bones and flesh shattering. Despair flashed in her eyes—she was unwilling to die here, to die at the hands of an ant. How could she fall in such a place, bullied by a creature less than a pig or dog?
